The location was convenient to the airport. We stayed in a room that had a broken tile in the bathroom. Several of the tables and chairs in the pool area were rusty and clearly needed replaced. The garbage can in the pool bathroom was rusty and needs replaced. The front desk person was not personable or welcoming at all. Almost seemed bothered by our coming to this hotel. When I asked questions, the answers were short and not friendly. Seemed odd to have this personality type at the front desk; maybe better with back room IT or admin work? The gentleman didn't smile one time; I even tried joking around with him. Maybe he was just having a bad day.
We used the outside grill, but it was coated in mold and mildew inside; we had to spend some time cleaning and scrubbing before it was ready for use.
The $10 per night parking fee is a joke! This added with the $8 pint of ice cream that was for sell inside; seriously taking advantage of customers. I could see charging for parking if this were a downtown Seattle location with limited parking (quite normal in fact) issues. Felt like price gouging.
The hispanic maintenance help was extremely nice and very helpful. He really understood the importance of taking care of guests and smiling. The ladies in the morning at the front desk were also very welcoming and hospitable.
Overall except for the maintenance man and the 2 ladies in the morning, this hotel is way overpriced for the quality of the amenities and the service.

Nicole was awesome. We arrived late at night and she got us right into our room. We had fresh towels when needed, and absolutely no issues with the room. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
On the down side, the mattress was definitely showing some wear. It has a few broken springs that could be avoided, but it is definitely time for a replacement.

We took my son for his 6th birthday and we loved it. Nice big rooms, the pull out bed was a pleasant surprise, pretty view from 4th floor, nice clean pool, nice continental breakfast. Would come again!

We stayed at this property only 1 night before catching an early flight and wished we had stayed longer. The property looks very new, modern, and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The room was large enough for the 5 of us. It is close to Southcenter Mall and about 10 minute drive to Seatac airport.

What a nice location....We walked to the kohls/target shopping center...There was a some restaurants close by......We also enjoyed the complementary airport shuttle....We used it to take the train and light rail to the Space Nettle.....

Pros: The staff was friendly and cleanliness was good. Comfortable and accessible with grab bars in bathroom as requested was good. Decor was bright and modern, with full hot breakfast. Pool clean, good temperature and accessible. Cons: the van picking us up was an unmarked rental van, with limited and awkward seating, delays locating passengers, and driver not very friendly. Check in took a long time when it was late at night and we were tired. Refrigerator noisy and poor insulation between rooms. Adults and children in neighboring rooms very noisy. Furniture in dining room was tattered and worn. In pool room chairs were rusty, several plants were dead or dying, and a dirty article of clothing left on a chair. Most concerning was the area of the hotel was in an industrial district not that close to the airport, and another guest complained his car window had been broken into and items stolen from his car in hotel parking lot. No surveillance cameras. So property area not secure. Don’t think I will stay here again.

Very Poor customer service - no one at the front desk waited almost 10 minutes. On the day of check out, customer service person was very moody and did not even check us out, we saw a box with keys so we just left it in there.
The bedding was not clean had a strong odor
The shower water was weak
Computer was broken so could not print boarding pass and no ETA when it will be fixed.
Very Disappointed with our stay this time around.

I WISH MORE HOTELS WERE LIKE THIS ONE. This was the hotel I selected for my family to stay in the area for one week and I couldn't have picked better. The Continental breakfast provided a nice spectrum of options every morning, the hotel was convenient walking distance to a small shopping center with multiple food options, and amenities in general were great. We even found ourselves needing to do laundry at one point and I was surprised to see there was no cost to use the machines, plus there was detergent already in the room. We have stayed at multiple hotels that have not had enough towels or various other basic things you come to expect at a hotel so this place has as many stars as I can give them for everything being not only what I would expect, but so much more.

We stayed here with a large family group the night before leaving for a cruise. The free shuttle to the airport was great and we scheduled a pick up to the port from a shuttle company. The hotel was up to date and had a great breakfast.

overall I was disappointed
The beds were terrible. I woke up every morning in pain, all the way from my upper thighs/hips to my neck. I requested more pillows (3 thin, pitiful pillows for 3 people were all that was provided), and was told multiple times by the staff: "we have no access to the extra pillows" which makes no sense, and felt very much like they just didn't want to deal with it.
The pull-out couch was SO loud it was almost funny...every single movement caused a screaching, grinding sound that reverberated off the walls. It was awful.
The room itself was clean, but had curtains instead of walls for "privacy," and no guest service....we were only there for a few days so it wasn't a huge deal, but would've been nice to get our trash taken or get clean towels.
There were small things like no bedside table, and even though it said "suite with full kitchen," it wasn't. I appreciated the full-sized refrigerator, but there was no stove or oven, so we couldn't cook any food. Also, even though I paid for 3 people for breakfast, the options were pretty slim, and myself and my son have allergies, so we couldn't eat the options provided.
Overall, it was really disappointing.

Didn’t have the room we reserved
For $352 a night, I expected more. We are 4 adults, and we reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa bed. When we arrived we were told that that room was not available and only the king studio (one king bed and one sleeper sofa) was available. That meant that one of our party had to sleep on the floor. The bedding for the sofa bed included a blanket with several holes in it. Our room was accessible, and had bizarre handles for the sliding doors to the bathroom that we couldn’t figure out how to use. The staff was very kind, but there wasn’t much they could do. After this experience I’m not sure I will ever stay at another Hilton property.

LACK OF STAFFING MAKES FOR POOR SERVICE
The shuttle service from the airport to the HOTEL was AWFUL. The phone rang and rang and rang - nobody answered. We waited 40+ minutes for a bus to come and we barely made it on board. Others were left at the airport - who knows when they finally got picked up. Poor poor planning. Only one check-in person on a Saturday nite at PRIME TIME check in is unacceptable.

Ok stay. Not worth the money
When we checked in our room was not ready. This was already 30 mins past checkin time. We asked if another room was available and told no. It would be 30 more mins. We waited about 15 and then out in another room. Don’t have a check in time if you can’t honor it. We make a reservation and plans based on that. The person helping us was nice and polite about it. Did not offer a discount or anything else. The room. The room has the worst carpet. It’s glue down tiles. Horrible. The beds. Horrible. For the price we pay the mattress should be better. For as many spots you tell us how to leave a tip you would think the room would be cleaner. It wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean. The pool area was nice. The outdoor areas were not.

Shuttle and wifi not guaranteed
There was only one airport shuttle and it was overcommitted from 2a-5a, which led us to take a Lyft. The internet did not work and I spent 30 mins troubleshooting with an 877 the front desk provided, which still never resolved itself. The font desk attitude for both was cavalier and unhelpful.
We thought paying the higher price would mitigate such service problems, but it did not.
Room and facility was clean and new.

Way overpriced to stay at this location. $430 to stay here for less than 17 hours with a view of the parking lot is ridiculous. The room had a weird smell to it and the freezer and AC unit were very loud. Expected more for the cost.

The overall stay was awesome! Breakfast ends at 9:00 AM which is a bit early. Not the end of the world because there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. 10/10.

They did not do a detail clean of the room. Still had pubic hairs on the floor of bathroom, and counters were not wiped. And they did not restock toilet paper or towels. We had to ask for more. Pool was dirty, you have to pay to park. There is no cable tv guide, felt like I was back in 1999. Breakfast was ok to good. Staff was friendly and nice. I love that there is a kitchen with dishes and a dish washer. Beds were comfortable. For the price you pay to stay there, they need to do more detailed worked.

Mostly Good & I would stay there again
The shuttle from the air port will collect you after you contact them - there is a specialist phone direct to hotels etc for immediate use in the airport shuttle collection area so if your own phone does not work in the US as soon as you get off the plane you are still good to go.
Not as good getting you back to the airport as it only runs on the hour.
Breakfast was on the amazing side due to the choice the only problem is you have to ask the server as there are no labels on the cooked food.
There is use of two Apple computers in the lobby area however, when I was there one was awaiting updating and the other was very difficult to use with long waits for it to be ready to be used, I don't know if this is usual for Apple but the hotel might like to think about having the usual Microsoft system installed as the other kicked you out of whatever site you were on after printing and not allowing you back in to print anything else. It is probably better, certainly quicker, to email your printing request to the desk.
Room was very large with good lighting (they can do it) in the bath room and kitchen area; not so much if you want to use the desk, there is a lamp but I still found it difficult to work by; luckily I had brought an extra light with me

Front staff was very rude, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and there was about 4 squares of toilet paper on both rolls. Dissapointed. The hotel was very clean and about a mile from lots of shopping. Has a big fridge. Utensils, plates etc. Minus the rude front desk lady and no bathroom supplies its a nice hotel.

When I booked the room thru Expedia, I did picked and paid for the room with sofa bed, but when I checked in and got to our room, I was given a room without sofa bed, so I went back to the front desk to let them know my concerned and asked for a room with sofa bed, and I was told that since I booked the room with the 3rd party (Expedia) I was told that there's nothing they can do about it. (I was disappointed with Expedia as well as Home2 Suites by Hilton) having two big size teen agers which is the reason I paid for a room include sofa bed, which is a must for us! So since we are so tired from a long trip, we just don't have a choice, and we decided just to stay. (we were cramped in small room) The other thing was when we got in to the room to make coffee we noticed cups that was hanging in the cups rack was unwashed (with lips marked and coffee drips marked on it) and a coffee stain on the paper cups lid! The next day @8am we went down for breakfast, they were out of bottle juice already! so we did wait for the small fridge to be refilled but they never did, refill it. I saw one of the staff giving a bottle of juice to one person, and so they know they were out of juice in the fridge! Place were noisy too lots of kids...The only thing I like about it is the room was clean. But the lobby/breakfast area was cramped... I don't usually leave a bad reviews but I am disappointed customer! and Don't book from a third party like Expedia coz they can messed up your hotel booking!

It really IS an excellent hotel, with a great breakfast buffet!
Here's a heads-up: it's located on a dead-end road surrounded by abandoned train tracks which prevent access in any direction, but one! If you miss your turn (or turn when GPS says to turn) you'll end up driving in a 2-mile loop to get another shot at making the "correct" turn. (Most of the side-roads in this area do not connect in any organised manner!)
After a couple of trys you'll learn precisely how to get there, but it was frustating for a one night stay.
Hope that in time, the tracks will be ripped up and the roads connected as they should be.

Won't stay here again.
Horrible experience, requested 2 rooms together when reserving. Front desk told me to make the reservation online then come early for check in to ensure rooms were together, we came early and the front desk said the rooms werent ready yet and to come back late to check in. We came back again at 7p and the front desk said they were booked and gave rooms on the 2nd ans 4th floors. I paid for 2 suites and got two rooms with a curtain divider instead of an actual suite. Front desk was unfriendly and rude.

Everything was great except for the poor lady who was in charge of breakfast. She seemed really tired and overworked. I wasn't surprised because she was doing everything. And then she started yelling at guests about having no more food left so guests should stop asking her for more food. She was also yelling about dishes being left on the tables. I don't blame her but it was just so much negative energy. The hotel guests just wanted to enjoy their vacation. It wasn't the guests' fault that there was not enough food for breakfast. The poor lady was yelling at the top of her voice and it was upsetting. She shouldn't be in the service industry.

This property was farther from the airport than specified on the website. The decor was awful, it was filled with children running all over from the pool to the entry in wet towels, who were very loudly yelling. There was food all over the floor in the elevator we used. The room was drab. Once again the decor was awful from the carpet to the wall color. They charged $42 for a $15 bottle of wine on site. Should’ve went with Marriott

I picked this place due to the shuttle. My daughter had a bit of a wait which is fine but when she called the guy at the hotel wasn’t the friendliest. The lady who did the shuttle was kind. My daughter thought the area was safe as things were nice around the area. Just be careful as I later found out this city has one of the worst crime rates. 1 out of every 6. Luckily for me my daughter had no issues. Safe travels.

The room was dirty! Toothpaste splatter on the cabinet drawers. Noticeable red scum around the shower Both couch cushions had stains front and back! Pillows were very lumpy. Towels were very limited.

They charge you $10.00 a day for parking on site. This Home 2 Suites was not as nice as others I have stayed in. We had a severe issue with noisy neighbors that hotel didn’t do anything to help solve it for us. We were kept awake for two nights in a row. On our last night I was able to sleep 3 hours, and was woken up at 2:45am with loud bangs, crashes, stomping. Front desk agent did nothing to help us. The noise was consistent all throughout the night, at 4am I was done trying to sleep and left town.

We didn’t check in until almost 2am. Our room was right next to the elevator, which we could hear every time it moved. We had stayed there two weeks prior. The front desk person was rude both stays. After nearly $200 for 10 hours, and not being treated kindly, I do t think we’ll stay again.

Random charges after stay
I had stayed here before and enjoyed it, so I expected to this time as well but was sorely disappointed. Upon checking in I was told parking was NOT free despite it being absolutely no where near the airport and every other hotel in the area offering free parking. Then the extra charges started. As of today, Home2 Suites has charged my card five separate times for various fees they are unable to explain. My reservation was entirely pre-paid via Hotels.com. I can understand a deposit that is refunded, but at this point I have almost $70 in pending charges from them on my credit card including being billed for parking twice. The front desk was no help. Very poorly managed hotel.

A very nice hotel in the SeaTac area. Not as close to the airport as others, but it has a free shuttle. Our room was very large and well appointed with a kitchenette. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty decent.
