simple & clean lodging with enough space for 5-6 people. interior and furniture could be updated but the property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was accommodating with any requests made, including a late check-out.

Disappointed
The property layout was strange. Unit space was good. We were very disappointed with the pool as it closed at 445pm. Had I know I would have booked elsewhere. Then the jacuzzi tub in the suite turned the water black. When I told the manager they didn’t seem to care much. I won’t stay again.

Spacious, two story condo unit. It's decor is best described as bland. It's worn and dated. And, it was peaceful and comfortable. It's value priced property on Cape Cod.

Nice condo development near wooded area. Tennis and swimming available. Everything needed in the kitchen including dishwasher. Our unit had a washer and dryer which was an added touch.

Awesome, minor issues, will return!
The stay was great, the property was a little outdated but it was still very roomy. The couch pull out was very uncomfortable, the springs were stabbing us. The hotib was awesome , kitchen very equipped. Lighting was nice. Having a basketball hoop was nice, too bad it doesnt have its own court though. Indoor pool was nice.lady at the desk was a peach. Paid great price in the off season.

Raccoon in attic
There was a raccoon living in the attic , it was running around at 3am above the ceiling keeping my family awake at night

Buildings are dated, our condo was somewhat clean. Needed to clean out showers and we found a mouse on our last day. Pool is nice and staff was friendly. Upstairs bedrooms get hot while downstairs is very cold.

Well located. Would have been a top-shelf venue back in the 1980s. The property is starting to look somewhat dilapidated.

The second bedroom — large water spots on ceiling. General repair needed throughout the condo. And a couple was fighting throughout the night do we could not sleep.

Sweet retreat
The townhouse was amazingly beautiful. It was spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfy. The jacuzzi tub was a fun added bonus. The outside is just as pretty, with nice landscaping in the front and a deck and grill out back. There are things to do in the area and Mashapee is a cute little town. I would definitely come again

We arrived to the property and the toilet bowl in the Main hallway was filty and the toilet in the Master bedroom would not flush. We call maintenance and was told that someone would be over. No one came.

No sleep here!
Beds were horrible! Furniture was uncomfortable. Desk clerk said it was too early to check out and the office doors should have been locked and couldnt help us. We left keys on counter and left.

Overall Happy, Will Return
We survived a huge wind storm without losing power, which was a huge win.
The fireplaces are nice until someone in another unit starts a fire without opening the flue and sets off not only their smoke detector but the fire alarms on the outside of the building.
Great value -- large unit, with full kitchen, for very reasonable rate. Convenient to a lot of attractions, restaurants, shopping.

An OK place to stay for a couple nights
This is a nice place, don’t get me wrong but the rooms are dated and none of the beds are comfortable. The sofa bed mattress is probably original as it was torn, stained and nearly painful to sleep on. But the area is perfect, the people are friendly, the pool is warm and you are close to everything

Could tell Resort was old. Unit was clean but could use some updating. Master bathroom had an old time jacuzzi with a very small shower Ceiling fan in master bedroom wouldn't stay on, needs new switch. Front desk people were very friendly.

Good sleeping arrangements for multiple family groups
2 bathrooms
Living area is relatively nice/ updated
Beds and pillows are reasonably comfortable
Toiletries are high quality
Reasonably clean (except the shower doors and curtains)
Cons:
Bathrooms, esp. the showers, are hideous and very outdated
The bedspreads are in the style of 40+ years ago and really ruin the impression of the bedrooms. All it would take is an updated bedspread to make a huge improvement on the beds.

The three-bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable and the front desk personnel welcoming and pleasant. While generally clean, the unit is in need of updating, especially on the exterior trim, doors, and bathrooms, where chipped paint and damage is evident. The outdoor pool is small but nice, with ample chairs and shaded areas. Tennis is available as well as a small playground. Great location--convenient to shops and good eating options. Price was very reasonable for the space you get.

Quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay. Easy access to restaurants, shops and beach. Have stayed at this resort on many occasions and have never been dissatisfied. Would recommend for a lengthy vacation or just a nice short get-a-way.

This was my second year in a row birthday treat to myself. The property has met and exceeded all my expectations. Clean and peaceful, with lots of amenities to keep my children occupied.
My only dislike was that I had to pay to use the indoor tennis court, since there was a tornado of rain on the outdoor tennis courts.
But overall, it was phenomenal!

We had such a wonderful time. The condo was so much more then what we were expecting. It was spacious and clean and very up to date. It had everything we needed. The outdoor tennis courts looked brand new and the indoor pool was clean. The staff was friendly and so helpful recommending places to eat. We will definitely be coming back here next year.

Definitely would stay again!
Very comfortable and perfect for our family. Beaches were about 10 minutes away and easy to get to, a great place to stay and easy to take day trips to all kinds of places. I likes the deck and wooded area to have my coffee every morning.

Great value for 2 BR apt on the cape
We asked for a single floor condo when we made our reservation. We were very happy with our accommodations. We had 2 BR, 2 Baths, kitchen, large Living/dining area, patio with table and chairs and washer/dryer. It is quiet and in a forested area just off route 28 so very convenient, I don't mind that it wasn't outfitted with the latest fashion furnishings, etc. We were very pleased that we could stay in an apt rather than one room for about $20 more including the $10 fee which I was informed of when making reservations, but the check in staff couldn't explain what it was for. Regardless, it was still a very good deal and I will stay here again when visiting the area.

Quiet cozy lots of amenities
We live locally and were having house remodeled so stayed for 4 nights, and would definitely do it again. Full kitchen, all utensils, spacious, quiet, country atmosphere, tree-shaded grounds, nice warm indoor pool, good looking tennis courts in season. We even used the fireplace.

Great place to stay.
Decided to plan a last minute weekend getaway. Very pleasantly surprised when I arrived at South cape. Fully equipped with 2 full baths, laundry room,dishwasher, and fireplace. All at an excellent price . I would definitely visit again.

Fantastic Christmas Getaway!
We decided as a family years ago that it was more fun to go away for Christmas than it was to get a bunch of presents no one really needs. This year, my sister in law and her family decided to join us. I booked two two condos at South Cape Resort for the 10 of us back in May and hoped for the best. I shouldn’t have worried, the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. The indoor pool was a dream, all the kids (4 teens, 2 tweens) had a blast there. Due to the time of year the resort was pretty empty so it was nice and quiet. The staff are wonderful and super helpful, we had a minor issue with the water heater but maintenance has it fixed within an hour. The location is great for shopping/restaurants. We will be back again, it’s already top of the list for Christmas 2018!!

Complete awesomeness. Location was great, indoor heated pool was addicting. Nice and peaceful. Skylight in the loft townhouse was fantastic. Deck, basketball area, the house accommodated 4 kids comfortably.

Adequate condo. for family gathering
South Cape Resort was the perfect choice for our family gathering. I have a large family from all areas of the country & South Cape was able to accommodate all of us. Check in and out was easy & having a kitchen was helpful especially with the young children.

Convenient to everywhere in Cape Code

Staying on The Cape is always enjoyable. Beautiful scenery, lots to do, great dining; so what more could you ask for? A comfortable place to stay in a nice location. The trip to South Cape Resort with a wonderful location, beautiful surroundings and a facility that is nice and well outfitted.

Weekend not long enough!
Three generations went to Cape Cod for a wedding. Jamie and all the other staff at the South Cape Resort were very accommodating and friendly. Their recommendations for food and beaches were right on! The accommodations were very clean and "homey". The indoor pool was therapeutic and awesome. My only complaint was that our stay was not long enough! We will be back!

Short stay in the Cape
Stayed for 5 days at the end of our road trip. Complex is in a great location. Our 2 bed condo was spacious and clean and perfect for what we wanted. All of the beds were new but the rest of the furniture was, as most other reviewers say, dated. This didn't bother us at all as everything was clean. The indoor pool was lovely and my children enjoyed playing there.

This place has the potential to be really nice.It is spacious but it desperately needs to be updated.The bathroom in pariucular was not good.My parents stayed in another unit that was uterine and much nicer.Nontheless this was a great value.

Tons of space
The condo itself is huge. Tons of space for a family. Location is good right on 28 between the ferry and Hyannis. However the deadline or is straight out of the eighties with the old tvs old phones and outdated bathrooms and kitchen. Very dark inside. We didn't use any of the other facilities.

Better for 4 people than just a hotel room
The location was good. Close to the main road and South Cape beach. Nice to have a kitchen. Very strange master bath with accordion door. The master bed was the worst bed we ever slept in.

Apartment like hotel!
This hotel has apartment like room with separate bedrooms and a kitchen with utensils and pans to make meals. I like cooking when possible to save money. The room decor is dated but comfortable. My kids loved the very large whirlpool tub in our unit!
The beach is about 20 minutes away. We loved Surf Drive beach as it is a non-resident beach and and as the top crowded. Roche brothers grocery store is nearby and this location is easy to access from other areas on the Cape.

Love Nest
We enjoyed the size of the units with 2 bedrooms and a loft. The unit had 2 bathrooms which makes it nice for husband and wife, if you know what i mean. The kitchen was fully supplied for cooking meals. I would stay there again...Did i mention the fireplace...
