$15 Parking Fee rip off
It was decent. What you typically expect from a Hampton Inn. But it's a rip off for $15 to park in their lot. Yeah, their lame excuse is everyone else is doing it. They never used to do it before. No reason to rip your customers off. Not like you pay extra to build it. It's always been there.

My family and I wanted to experience snowflake lane and decided to stay in Bellevue. The other hotels surrounding Bellevue square were kinda pricey, this hotel was only 6 minutes away so we decided to stay here. We stayed 2 nights for under $300 and in my opinion it was worth more.
It was great! Directly across the street was Dave & Buster’s, food, & grocery.
We chose the king room with couch (had pullout bed) and it was huge with lots of space for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Breakfast was great too with lots of choices, hotel was clean and accommodating.
Pool and gym were also very nice and clean.
Again, Bellevue square was a 6 minute drive so even after a long day of shopping and parade watching we were right around the corner for a great price!

Property is great and well located in Bellevue. Lots of good food and shopping options around.
One issue we have is the sofabed. The mattress is completely sagging in the middle which makes it almost impossible to sleep on.

The breakfast is great. The room didn't have conditioner which stinks when you find out when you are in the shower. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. They charge for parking which is just a nickle and dime thing.

Needed delayed check ou for medical reason was told i had to wait until early morning to ask. When i asked was only granted additional hour. Thought parking was free, but was paid and all of the front parking spots are reserved or designated.. so 16 to park in dimly lit rear of hotel.

The property was fine. Exactly what you expect at a Hampton Inn. They need to install outdoor cameras or hire a security guard to police the parking lot. For being in a nice area and being charged $15 to park I should not have woken up to my car being broken into. They refused to refund my parking and did not have any cameras to help the police. I was one of 6 vehicles vandalized and broken into last not alone. Do better or at least don’t charge for no security

5 cars maybe more got broken into. Some low life broke the windows and things got stolen. There are no cameras around the hotel no security either. Not a very safe hotel. Oh but they charge 15 dollars for parking lol.

Everything in the hotel was good, but the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was very high, i have no idea what the reason for that is. No very convenient, please stick it somewhere lower.

We got a room with 2 queens and ot smelled terrible. We went to the front desk to get moved to another room but they didnt have any other 2 queen rooms...meaning that they knew something was wrong with this one because they saved this one for last. We were told they could swap us to a king suite but when we went to look at that one it was way too small. We ended up checking out amd getting a refund and finding another place to stay.

The hotel was good, bed was comfortable, clean, AC worked great even though it was noisy. Breakfast was horrible. Tasteless and not a lot of option. No decaf coffee.

Clean and fantastic service
This is a very clean hotel in a good part of town. Comfortable beds and a free breakfast. Our shower faucet became stuck in the on position and water was gushing out. Had to call the front desk for immediate attention so we had a repair man in the room first thing. It was not fixable so we were unable to shower as we were checking out. They were gracious enough to take 50% off of our stay which we appreciated.

Everything you Need in one stop!
The staff at this Hampton Inn were particularly friendly and helpful! We felt very safe at this facility and came back for a second night. Dave & Buster's restaurant across the street was a great place to catch a meal. There is a Trader's Joe and a Target within walking distance. Great Stay!

It was a bit difficult to find safe areas near Seattle, but we felt very safe at this Hampton Inn in Bellevue, WA. The location was close to a couple of food marts and Dave & Buster's across the street had good food! The staff was superb at this Hampton Inn, and we felt well cared for with clean rooms, good breakfast, nice facility!

Spacious room and quiet environment. Breakfast is decent with mini omelette and yogurt. REI and target within walking distance. Easy access to Highway. The TV didn’t work at beginning which turns out to be an unplugged cable.

Property was clean, breakfast had a great selection, staff was friendly and welcoming, easy parking, Target, Home Goods, Trader Joes, Dave Busters and Chipoltle across the street, Pool was not very deep but still good fun, rooms were quiet and clean with air conditioning. We stayed at 5th floor. Practically no WiFi (very weak). We had to go to lobby to usr WiFi. When I informed feont desck receptionist, l only got attitude and very aggresive response from hom with no help at all.

Additional charge to park while you sleep
The staff at this hotel were very friendly, and the rooms were clean, although average.
We paid $300 (canadian funds) a night, only to be told upon arrival that there is an additional charge of $15US a night, to park your vehicle there. This is ridiculous! Where do they expect you to park? I would think that at the price we paid for an average room, parking would be included.

The staff were so friendly! We came into town for Taylor Swift and they had friendship bracelets made to give out to us, how sweet. Our room was super clean and I loved the continental breakfast. Thank you so much! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Only real negative was that several members of the front desk staff were brusque and uninterested in being helpful. We were placed in a 2nd floor room right above the laundry (and so had to listen to unbalanced loads spinning every day from 7am onwards). When we checked in we asked if there were any rooms on the top 2 floors and were told no. However, within 5 minutes while we were still at the front desk another traveler showed up asking if there were any available rooms and was given one on the 4th floor. When we asked again the staff member was almost rude repeating that he had already told us there were no rooms.
Housekeeping and the breakfast room staff were a pleasure however.

Had a family emergency and needed to fly home one day sooner. We were on a cruise at sea and could not cancel 48 hours ahead. Expedia said it’s the hotels policy for no refund or credit and the hotel said it is Expedia’s policy. Regardless billed full fare.

We booked 2-Queen beds room more than a month ago and when we reached the front desk, they said they are already booked and gave us one king size bed and a single roller bed. We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers and one person need to sleep on the couch. Beds mattress are terrible, no one be able to sleep well. Other things, there is no way we can close the curtains and the street lights were right beside our suite. Never had this kind of experience before.

Normally the Hampton is my families first choice because of the breakfast options, this time however my son and I both got food poisoning and narrowed it down to the only thing we both ate- breakfast sausage- my other 2 family members were fine but avoided the sausage because to them it look undercooked. I think the person in charge of food management should take a look at how things are stored... It did sort of ruin my husbands fathers day and we weren't able to celebrate together due to my vomiting...

One of the worst hotels we’ve experienced in years. The staff were unfriendly and the rooms were dirty. Our toilet didn’t work and we were told there was nothing the could do about it until the next day. Only when we insisted staff call the manager did they offer us another room. the manager apologized the next day only after we sought her out. She kindly comped us a night. The noise was something we’ve never experienced. The walls are paper thin and most of our nights were punctuated by loud guests in the hallway and adjoining room. We were woken up several times at 1-2am by the guests above us yelling and stomping. We were greeted at breakfast on our last day by a drunken man at the elevator with his pants around his ankles and blood on his face. Quite alarming for our children. I have never written a review like this. Stay away, especially if you have children.

The room was very nice. The first night I had very noisy neighbors, but that is not the hotel's fault. They gave me new towels and made my bed every day. The breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff that I met was exceptionally nice and wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory.

It was a disappointment because we found blood stain on bed sheets pillow case and on duvet. This is disgusting and not hygienic specially during pandemic. Unfortunately we didn't realize the stains until next morning because obviously the housekeeping did not exchange the bed sheets. They flipped the pillow down so the stain is not visible unless you checked 360 degree view. I am very disappointed on the cleaness level.
On the other hand, the front desk staff named Moises was very polite and excellent service.

I came with my family during Spring Break to visit Seattle. We decided to stay outside of Seattle due to better price/parking fees.
The overall stay at Hampton Inn-Bellevue was great. We were allowed to check in early since our flight arrived at 9:30 am. Distance to Seattle was ideal so that was never an issue. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options were great and we loved the complimentary coffee/tea that were available 24/7. Wish we could’ve used the indoor pool but we will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was friendly. We got to check in extra early which was wonderful. Lots of parking. Our room was clean and comfortable. Footsteps in the hall seemed loud early morning was my only complaint. Warm breakfast included was nice. Target across the street was handy. Would recommend!

Also, amazing grocery options nearby: PCC Market, Trader Joe, Whole Foods.

The property is located in a great area but our room had issues with bugs in the room. I discarded two bugs from the wall in the 1st hour and another when we returned from dinner. My family was worn down from Christmas shopping and we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. They move us to another room and we had to pack up all of our belongings and move again to get to a clean room. This was very much an inconvience, especially with two small children. Not a good experience.
