Convenient to accessing the free trolley bus. Supermarket and Dept stores nearby. Tasty breakfast.

This B&B experience was amazing! My wife and I stayed here for a quick overnight getaway and were so pleased! The check-in process was very easy and the staff was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasurable.
The room and home was very clean & modern, yet held its South Florida, Miami Beach cultural touch. We LOVED it and plan to be back!

Great price for the location
Cute little place for one or two nights. We stayed for five nights and it was a little too small for our family of four. First of all, there was no furniture to put our clothes in. They just had a small hanging rack with a shelf on top. If you're over 5'7", the shelf is easy to reach. The mattresses need to be changed. If you are on the edge, it sinks down. The pillows were very hard and inconsistent - meaning that every pillow was a little different. The rugs they had in the bedroom and bathroom need to be replaced. Everything is starting to show wear and tear and needs updating. The couches they have in the lobby...I just would not sit on them. The rug under the couches is gray from dirt when it should be white (if you see the pictures online and then the rugs in person...it seems like two different rugs). The pictures they have show everything sparkling clean...they need to update the pictures or update the furniture! As far as service, Gosha (sorry about the spelling) and especially Carlos, were great! The other employees seemed to be bothered if you asked them for something. They did have a nice breakfast, although it could have started a little earlier...at least have the coffee out earlier. Breakfast starts at 8:30. Overall, for the price in a great location, you can't really complain that much...

Great bed and breakfast located not far from the beach. Great price and value. Easy to find and parking is only 5 minutes away in a secure parking garage. Very convenient if you are going on a cruise (10 minutes from docks). I would recommend this place and stay here again.

This place is much smaller than what is shown in photos. Rooms are just small bedrooms in a house. The staff goes AWOL after 8:00 PM and do not come till afternoon of next day.
That said, made to order breakfast is good and the person cooking is very courteous. There is happy hour at the end of the day but we don't drink so didn't make a difference for us. it is a 15 minute walk from the beach.

There is no parking for overnight guest, you need to park two blocks away in the ramp and pay $20 for overnight and the room was much smaller than it looks on the web site and only one bed had all the sheets on

Very cute, not many rooms but such a lovely, cozy and homelike feeling. Rather relaxed and laidback, breakfast will be made freshly for you and there’s a nice area with several tables to sit and eat and enjoy some quiet time. Still close in walking distance to Ocean drive and the beach.

We try to stay here the day before each cruise out of the port of Miami. It's always nice to make the trip to S. Beach the day before, know you're only 10 minutes away from the port the morning of our cruise. The only issue we had was walking from our Uber to the gate, the property between the curb and sidewalk is very low and one of our members tripped due to the height of the step up to the sidewalk. Darkness played a part, but it is a hazard to be aware of.

This was our first experience of staying at a B & B. I love the small, cozy setting. We stayed here one night to wait for a cruise. It was great having our breakfast cooked to order. Being a small business owner, I love supporting other small business owners versus big chains

Great find in South Miami Beach
This small B&B is a great base for South Miami Beach. The staff are very helpful and it was nice to start the day with a freshly cooked breakfast. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the neighborhood is quiet.

I would not let my dog sray the lady was very rude and ghetto. She told they were booked up. I was able to book it on expedia for 2 days, got to place standing at gate no awnser phone, so i called from a second number she ask me why i book on expedia when she said the were full, because i did not believe u . She hung up on me . I hipe no one stay here ever.

My experience at Bars B&B South Beach Miami was enjoyable, although it didn't quite match the online images. Charlie, the staff member, was a standout, offering a warm welcome and excellent assistance. The cooked breakfast was a delightful highlight of the stay.

This is a very small and convenient B&B near South Miami Beach. I chose this location for the distance more then the looks. I wanted something close to beach and downtown. Super quiet area. Breakfast was amazing. Every morning greeted with a smile from Charlie who is exceptional. He made us great breakfast on our stay.
Cons: don’t be fooled by the pictures the place is pretty outdated. Shower needs some upgrading. Room looked a little unkept floors were dirty. Sheets had some stains. But then you get want you pay for and the price was cheap. The main PLUS was breakfast and distance to beach. :) Charlie was so so polite and friendly the made a world of a difference. :)

It’s a nice place to stay and I have been staying in this hotel for 5 days. All staffs are very nice and kind, which makes me safe and sound during my stay in Miami. It’s very close to the beach and I will recommend this place to my friends next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at bars. We especially loved our morning breakfast with Charlie who was amazing, and the food was outstanding. It is such a nice little location and we were so thankful for the chairs and umbrella that we could borrow to use at the beach locations. I would highly recommend, and I will most certainly be back!

This is a bed and breakfast. It was a first time for me, for that type of experience- and let me just say out of this world, amazing! The owners are polite, courteous, and possible the most humble people I have yet to meet. If your staying in South Beach, check in here (support small business :) you wont regret it! Close to nearby shopping, and the location gives you an "at home" type of feeling. Walk around the block, enjoy the local neighborhood.

Perfect location
We had a good experience at this place. The owner is super friendly and Charlie is amazing. The place is ideally located close to everything. No need to rent a car. The only downside is there were no closet/cabinet in the room to put our stuff and the choice for breakfast was limited. It is the perfect place for a short stay.

We originally booked it for the night before our cruise and the night after… ended up staying an extra night due to flight issues.
The staff was very accommodating and Charlie is the best!
Only con… the outside relaxing area was nice but not as advertised in the pictures.

This place was wonderful and the staff are excellent. Charlie and the manager Taise were great and provided a lot of information for us to check out South Beach which is about a 10-15 minute walk. The breakfast is wonderful and they do have two parking spots on the property which is a bonus. My wife and I really liked our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks to all for the stay at Bars B&B.

The photos you see on the hotel website are not up to date and can be misleading . Rooms are way smaller.
I enter the room and there are hair strands everywhere and I mean literally. The bathroom counter had toothpaste all over it. Dirty shoes marks all over the ground.
There was not a keycard to enter room.
The only thing the front desk agent said when we brought it to her attention was call the third party for a refund, she did not even apologize or show empathy even though we told her it’s our wedding anniversary.
This is not a safe hotel

Very cute and quaint place. B&B is in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. Very walkable area. Easy access to the beach, Ocean Dr, etc.
Only complaint was rooms could be a bit cleaner. There was hair along the baseboards in the bathroom and behind the door. Other than that no other complaints.
Only had breakfast one morning but it was good and service was excellent.

Their staff is super friendly. Made us feel welcome from the time we walked in.. Breakfast is amazing. It's made fresh when you order. It's in a good location with only a ten minutes walk to Ocean Dr.
The only issue we encountered was the cable TV only worked for one as they were having cable issues in the neighborhood. Didn't affect us too much since we didn't spend much time in the room. Other than that it was an amazing staff and we will definitely stay here again.

It was okay…
I was a little disappointed with the place, looks much cuter in the pictures. It just felt like inexpensive furniture, foam mattresses, just not very nice as I had imagined. For a $200 room I had expected more. They only give us one key, and parking was down the street in a garage for $20. Definitely didn’t feel “fabulous” as the reviews say. Breakfast was great and the chef was VERY sweet and accommodating!!

I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Even on a weekend during spring break, the street and the room were very quiet. I enjoyed the rain shower and the patio for breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay, but our room was right by the main door so you'll wake up if you're a light sleeper. But really nice staff and location!

Great breakfast service, and a good area near grocery store / target. Short walk to beaches and the marina. Staff recommendations were very helpful. The mattresses were too soft for us. They hooked us up with beach chairs and umbrella.

Really loved this charming place, easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars. Because it was a BnB, very friendly with the guests. Would have liked to have coffee/tea available throughout the day... (And seriously, if you are going to offer wine/cocktail for happy hour, take the time to find something better than "Barefoot Wines." Plenty of great cost effective options that arent "sugar bombs." ;*) Heidi at front desk was awesome, as was the chef who made breakfast!

We ended up not staying the night and driving home instead. I was grateful to get a refund, I just wish the property was as advertised. The woman at the front desk at arrival was great, but the rest of the trip was not good. We got room 7 and it was extremely dirty and dated. Scuff marks on the flooring, bed, the bathroom mirror was cracked, the bathroom window wouldnt close, hair in the shower and a shower head that was about to fall off. We told ourselves that for the night it was fine to sleep in, but we were greeted by 2 cockroaches when we came back from exploring that night. We picked up our things and left.

Absolutely superb! On arrival Charlie was the perfect host explaining the area and facilities. Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, location is excellent with a multi story car park 3 mins walk away. The place is full of character, comfortable beds, quiet at night.. would highly recommend Bars B&B to anyone

It is a great little property very close to South Beach. Staff was excellent. They provide to-order breakfast. Easy check-in and out. Parking on street in front with their permit. Would stay again for sure.

We stayed here only for a night but the room was very clean including bathroom. The whole property was quiet clean and very affordable.
In the morning the breakfast provided by Charlie was amazing. Charlie is a gem of a person and he welcomed us very nicely in the morning. His attitude was very positive and welcoming. I and my wife were really pleased by him. Definitely, we will come back. The check in process was also easy and the front desk assistant was helpful and friendly.

My overall stay was very good. The staff were very attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ready upon arrival. Breakfast was amazing! I was able to park my car on the premises which was a HUGE plus for me as we stayed 2 nights. Will certainly recommend and be back again ourselves.
