I usually stay here when I have to go to Vegas for business or appointments. I really like the location as its close to a lot of other casinos, offers different places to eat and the front desk staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

I love the Queens! We were able to check in early, which was amazing after such a long trip. The room was right off from elevators which was so nice to not have to walk to far to casino. The front desk was so accomadating, smiling, ready to help. The room was clean and looked exactly like the picture. The floor waitresses were great as well. They were there when you needed a drink right away. They were so incredibly nice! Again the front desk upon arrival on Saturday February 3rd were so great! That set the scene for our entire trip! I wish I could remember the name of the man that checked us in. I believe he was a supervisor with a great attitude! Thank you everybody for everything!!

This trip was AMAZING! We stayed in a room on the 6th floor facing Freemont! We are an older couple but enjoyed being an older part of the hotel with the best of the party!

I loved the customer service I received when I was there and after I checked out and had to call to look for a missing item. Every time I called I felt like they were genuinely concerned and they were very helpful.

It’s an old property, old wood paneling, just looks dated, it was good for the price, no resort fee, and free parking for hotel guests was a good thing to offset the bad. Rooms are dated, rust in the tub.

The hotel room was dirty. The bed was super old. Too many homeless people sleeping at machines. Same slot machines as every other casino. Only plus was the very helpful staff at check in - no resort fee - Chicago brewery had excellent food and service

The room was very old and didn't look like it was well maintained. The bathroom sink looked as though it had a film of old dirt on it and the shower looked like it had the film on it as well. All in all, although the room may have been clean, it was so old that it looked dirty and you could still smell the cigarette smoke in it.

Loved the idea of staying close to the Fremont experience. Wasn't aware of the different tower options or the difference.The North Tower is right on the Fremont experience which was neat the first night or 2 but when staying 4 nights it would be nice to sleep without hearing noise until 4 am and having it start back up a few hours later. Not gonna lie, I like to party but damn some peaceful rest helps after a couple days of drinking and gambling. Orbitz could definitely update their page so people know that south is quieter and north is bonkers.

I booked a non smoking room and pre paid with Expedia. When we arrived they said they overbooked and had only smoking rooms available. She let me know if I had booked direct I could see if they were available at the time of booking but it’s not possible with Expedia. Anyhow, I usually have no issues with the place or the room but the smoke smell is pretty intense for sleeping. Needless to say, it was a long 3 nights.

It was great.. except..
The Four Queens was very clean and in great shape. I would have been really pleased if there hadn’t been 3 OD deaths in the room adjoining mine. There should be some sort of call/ text security notification if you are on the same floor with a great deal of police activity happening in the hallways. This could be rolled out with no breach to security or privacy the same way schools do. Please consider this in the future for the people scared in the rooms. I do send my deepest condolences to the families that lost loved ones.

It’s Vegas, you want to keep those of us who drink happy, the water needs to be complimentary. I know that seems like a silly thing to be upset about to some, but when you wake up hungover and inches from death, and get on the phone asking for water, and they reply with “the water is not complimentary” it’s pretty devastating. There wasn’t an option to pay for water either and have it brought up. I had to go down to the bar and pay $3 for a tiny bottle. The other main complaint I have is that some of the dealers they had running the tables were extremely rude. One even cheered when my dad finally lost playing roulette. Pay the extra $20 a night to stay at the golden nugget

Something they generally can't control. But lots of homeless and loitering. Other than that. Wonderful experience. The beat Expedia stay in the past 6 years . Above and beyond our expectations. Im a Hilton former employee and I fell this stay was 2nd best. In my opinion.

We had no Hot water. Took a good 20 mins to even get Luke warm. Ice machines only in certain floors. And we’re not working. I reported and they still weren’t working by our departure. Husband needed to ice his knee. Stay was average. Great price and location. Staff was kind and friendly.

My recent stay at Four Queens in Las Vegas was characterized by a stark contrast between the excellent service provided by the staff and the extremely disappointing room accommodations. Although the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay, I regret to say that the room itself left much to be desired.
Upon check-in, the front desk staff warmly greeted me and efficiently handled the process. Their welcoming and professional demeanor was a positive start to my stay. Throughout my visit, I interacted with various staff members, including housekeeping, concierge, and restaurant servers, all of whom displayed exceptional customer service skills. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring a comfortable experience for the guests.
However, despite the staff's commendable efforts, the room I was assigned was far from satisfactory. The moment I entered, it was evident that the accommodations were outdated and in dire need of renovation. The overall cleanliness was questionable, with visible dust accumulated in corners and on surfaces. The room lacked adequate lighting, making it feel dim and uninviting. It took three days to fix a non working light. The furniture showed signs of wear and tear, contributing to an overall dated ambiance.

The late 1960s hotel design and construction, right on Fremont Street, hotel room accommodations made away from majority of outside and casino noise, non-smoking room fresh smells, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and validated no-cost parking after getting a no-cost Player Club card. Great choices in eateries.

No Resort Fees! 5 minute walk to Golden Nugget (attended Concert) In the HEART of Freemont Street. If your hear to party and stay up late, this is your place. Black out curtains a plus, but LOUD music coming from Freemont Street. Our room was on the Freemont Street side. We stayed up late, so too tired to hear music & crowds. If you want a quiet night, don't stay here. Customer service was Great. We would stay here again. Served our purpose. Bed and Pillows, Great!!

So im a fan of 4 queens anyway. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. Updated BR. Only complaint is you can hear the bands from the outdoor stage. The hotel staff, servers slot techs all very nice folks.

Place for affordable sleep
The place is fine (North Tower) to get some affordable sleep after midnight because of the noise of shows on Fremont street before that time.
Rooms are showing their age (sink kind of clogged, broken lamps, old and small TV, old furniture, old curtains). No mini fridge. Dirty windows on the outside.

The hotel property is very rundown, the amenities are unusable due to lack of cleaning and sanitation. The bathroom in room was peeling wallpaper. the windows are exceptionally dirty. The hotel had no hot water on the first day of stay and then limited going forward. The rooms are very noisy with all conversations and snoring being heard from next door rooms. While I was there for my 4-night's stay I did not want to touch anything in the building due to lack of care. This downtown, historic casino, needs an overhaul.

I enjoyed my stay, however, staying on Fremont St is not something I will do again. Very noisy till after 2am, I wasn’t prepared for the onslaught of lights and noise in the hotel room.

When you book through Expedia last min your told it takes 2 hrs to go through. Annoying when your on the phone with Expedia and they tells us it went through already. We use phone call reservations and the girl said the other girl is at lunch and she can’t do it!!! Customer are waiting and you say oh she just went to lunch!! Very unprofessional she could of said I will process everything asap or train more people to handle.

We had zero hot water the day we had to check out. We were in such a hurry that we could not call anyone about it so we complained at the front desk on the way out. They said that we should had called and waited for maintenance to fix it. We told them again that we did not have time and in a hurry. They did not care and we did not even get an I’m sorry. Strongly disappointed and will never stay there again.

My husband and I have stayed multiple times at Four Queens and have had no problems at all. This time the sink in the was restroom was pretty backed up and we found a woman's dress and belt hanging in the closet, just made me wonder how thoroughly or room was cleaned.

Our toilet didn’t work to the point we even ended up checking out early and leaving a night early. We called like 7 different times and they said maitenance was coming. But they never showed up and we waisted most of the day waiting for them. I’ve been coming here for years and never had this poor of service not worth what I paid. Can’t get a refund of any sort either. When we didn’t have a working toilet! If we needed to use the restroom we had to go downstairs to the casino. What the heck?

Our room was nowhere near what was advertised. Very worn out and abused and wondered how clean it was. I took a look around behind the curtains and stuff and there was considerable dust on the back of the curtains and floor. The bed was not comfortable at all and the bathroom was only able to hold one person at a time. Half of the electrical plugs in the room so we had to unplug the coffee maker and alarm clock to plug in our razors and irons. We asked for daily cleaning and fresh towels at the front desk and our entire stay of three nights we never received any. Magnolia's Restaurant was the only bright spot as the people were always Pleasant and willing to talk to us. Gaming in the casino was as expected because you really never win in Vegas anyway but still had fun.

easy place to go party. the casino definitely has a much smokier atmosphere than casinos on the strip. it seems to permeate the hotel areas as well. themusic from fremont can be loud, but youre here to party anyway. very convenient location for access to cheap food, drinks, and rideshare. youre in the middle of the party and its easy to get to/from.

The north tower is noisy. The place was dirty when we arrive the toilet had pee all over. They transfered us to a different room. The carpeta need cleaning the beds had wires coming out.

Rooms in north tower definitely dated, felt like we were in the 70's.
Casino floor could also use an upgrade.

Not so clean
The room barely fit the bed... The bathroom wsd do small had to maneuver around the door to close it. There was mold all around the tub rust around the drain. Soap scum all over the shower curtain and tne bathroom door didn't lock. God only knows what was the chunky yellow stuff on the back of the toilet seat....i have pics but won't open where to upload
