I stayed on the 7th floor, from 2-4,2-7, the staff was noicy when cleaning, they were arguing most of the time. It was annoying to see and listen too.

Easy to book and used my one key credits when my flights were delayed and rescheduled the next day. Super tired and didn't feel like sleeping at the airport.
Check in online was easy but had to download the MGM app. Digital key worked for the elevator but had issues accessing the room. Had to get physical keys printed which required a visit to the lobby after an already exhausting travel day(delays and rescheduled flights had us stuck in Vegas)
Of course it's Vegas, they nickel and dime everything so no complimentary toothbrushes/etc for our overnight trip (expected but would have been nice since bags were delayed elsewhere) but there's a kiosk you can buy toiletries at a premium unless you wanna walk/ride-share around.
Staff, security was friendly and helpful-valets great getting taxis even at 3am.

If Im paying 85 dollars in resort fees I need to hear about the casino, pool, spa, free play. I was told NOTHING about any pool casino or spa. Instead I just paid and was put in a tower that I was not assigned. If I wasnt so tired after a long day of travel I would have been pissed. This place takes your resort fee for nothing. Customer service is too poor. Shame on you.

Awesome experience
I was at the Excalibur hotel for a week, and since day one, starting with the awesome view attached, they were incredibly attentive to my every need and put themselves out of the way to ask if there was anything else they could do to make my day better, which there wasn’t I’d like to thank the staff at the Excalibur hotel for the awesome service and look forward to my next reservations Thank you so much. It made my brothers birthday a time to remember.

First, once we were able to check in, we spent 20 minutes trying to find our room the desk didn't explain that room 16213 was the 16th floor, room 213. Security helped us with that. We decided to pay extra to get a "strip view" room. BIG MISTAKE! Yes, we got a view of a corner of the strip showing the MGM & New York with the New York roller-coaster directly across the street, so you hear it, along with the screams and the music ALL night. On the brite side you don't hear any noise from the hall. The window was so dirty you couldn't enjoy the view anyway. The temp regulator in the room was screwed, 1 minute the room was really warm, 5 minutes later your shivering. Mentioned the temp issue to the desk and was told that they would send in a repair person if I'd wait in my room for the technician, sorry, on vacation and wasn't planning on spending the day in my room
waiting on a tech. Extremely difficult to get sleep in this "strip view" room. But then many don't while visiting Vegas. No full mirror either for those who like to check their attire before heading out.
The bathroom ceiling fixtures were all covered in rust, a baseboard and the wallpaper by the shower was all wet and falling off due to previous water damage, we hadn't used it yet. The carpet in the room was nasty, the whole room stunk. The staff don't even ask how your stay was. Casino was least favorite of the many we checked out Won't be back to the Excalibur and definitely won't recommend it. Major disappointment

Bed bugs spotted on the bed when we arrived. Went back to the desk for another room. They gave us a bottle of water, apologized and then gave us another room 2 floors down.

The location is great, room was adequate. The issue I had with the hotel was the smell in the lobby and hallways. It seems they spray room freshener or something to make it seem "fresh". As a person who is sensitive to scents, this was a horrible experience. I had a headache every day of my 4-day visit. With many places going "scent-free", it may be something to think about. We won't go back because of this.

A female staff who helped us for registration was very unpleasant. She was annoyed by my question when i asked about hotel fee. "You have to pay! Everyone pays for the hotel services" and gave me a small card that indicates about the services. When I asked her about the parking if it is by hour, she said, "$18/day!" I just did not want to ask anymore. I would not recommend the hotel. It may be the only staff, but i will not forget my terrible first day at the hotel.

Excalibur is a nice, reasonably priced property. There are several food options and you can't beat the parking garage for ease of access if you drive to Vegas like I do. Will stay again.

though everyone was incredibly polite and nice, there were NO self service options when it came to getting my luggage to my room or back to my car, we needed a cart due to the number of people and ammt of luggage, leaving me forced to pay to have my bags moved to and from the rooms, i am capable and willing to do this my self, though i do appreciate the staff, i would prefer to do it on my own and not be forced into having someone else do it

The rooms are definitely showing their age. Definitely past due for an update. $27 hamburger and french fries is ridiculous. The highlight is still the tournament show.

Property not terribly bad but the rooms are AWFUL!! The bathroom was dirty, The floor of the bathroom, the shower door, all rusted and dirty. The rooms are dusty, also, needs updating. Then the TV, difficult to turn on and find channels, could do with updated Cable. Didn't make a fuss as the room was $47 a night. Guess I couldn't expect too much for that price. Good selection of food on the premises, which was good. Didn't have to go outside to eat, if you don't want to. Still pretty disappointing. Definitely wouldn't be staying there again.

Squeezed every penny for less
No dinner buffet, no reason why not offered. Brunch buffet end3d at 2pm. Parking $18 per day, $39 per day resort fee, but 30% of escalators were out of service. I checked other hotels, but no dinner buffet at others. Would have nice to know this. When cashing in payout tickets, no coins paid, only another ticket, or give coins to charity. How much money does these casinos need? I will not return.

We’ve stayed at the Excalibur multiple times over the past several years, and though the price is usually great, I paid alot of attention to cleanliness and the property condition during this visit - and its pretty bad. Not only is everything really dated, but its just not clean or well kept! There was a bunch of hair in the bottom of the shower, the couch in the room was dingy and did not look like anything I would want to sit on, both lamp shades were obviously broken and leaning, the light on the bed headboard would turn on but be so dim that it didnt light up anything, the popcorn ceiling really needs to go - its dated and yellow. The tile in the bathroom, even if it has been cleaned, is so old that it looks filthy. The caulking that is left in the bathroom is yellowed. The sink is dated and looks nasty, the faucet and handles arent even with eachother - I can keep going! Again, the price is great but its not somewhere we will likely stay again.

My room was not clean. The bathroom had mold in the shower and there were brown stains on the toilet and on the wall behind the toilet. Also, there was a huge crack in the tile on the bathroom floor. The staff said that they wouldn’t change rooms because I booked through a travel site. I was there to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was a terrible experience for me and my son.

So the stars seem harsh. I loved the front desk they went out of their way for us. The room was ok I’ve stayed at most of the hotels on the strip and they all are about the same. The staff that come and replace towels didn’t. I ended up just throwing them beside my door and calling down for more. What saves this location for me was the front end staff . Thanks
