The person who handled our check-in was dismissive and not helpful at all. He failed to tell us where the parking was located, as if he did not even know. We spent an hour trying to find a place to park. The rooms were not very nice and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Stay away from MANOR buildings, Main hotel is fine
DO NOT STAY AT THE MANOR buildings!! Those buildings are what make this hotel into a motel. They seriously need to burn those buildings. The main hotel is fine and normal clean, etc. But those manors are disgusting. We had a literal leak in our room that dripped the whole night and left a puddle, but we had a wonderful host at the main hotel accomodate and relocate us. Shout out to Lori, we appreciate you. Just stay at the main hotel at all costs. I will say it's hard to reach guest services through any phone communication even in house..you have to literally talk in person to get attention/a resolution.

Our beds were suppose to be king size & they weren’t, we had ripped up sheets, none of the vending machines were in service. We got dinner one night in the casino & the people were rude, food wasn’t fresh after waiting 20 plus minutes for it. Overall pretty disappointed in this hotel especially for how much we paid.

The security isn't helpful. Even wen asking for someone to call security, the staff laughed and said they never show up or care. When security did show up, no empathy was shown and no help was provided.

Family trip
Out stay there was below average. Bathroom toilet looked dirty, beds were very uncomfortable you could almost feel the springs and food in hotel was not great. But for kids trip it was fairly good.

Enjoyable stay
Our stay was enjoyable and very convenient to where we needed to be. Plenty of things to do in the casino and near by. Staff was friendly and check in was speedy. Love the self check in!!!
Wish they would upgrade the carpets in the casino as the smell of cigarette hits you hard every time you walk in.

The staff was great and location was perfect for the event we were there for. The property definitely needs some TLC! Bedding had a couple of holes, towels seemed old. Wallpaper was peeling in spots. Didn’t use the heat/AC as it sounded a little sketchy when I turned the fan on. Otherwise clean though. Wish room had a mini fridge but wasn’t a deal breaker.

Circus circus didn't have any refrigerator, microwave and/or coffee machine as well.
Shower needs to be updated. Overall is ok if you are bot spending more time except just crashing down.

The Manor hotel rooms are super inconvenient to try find and extremely outdated and sketchy. The wallpaper is peeling, there's stains on the countertops, there's a huge wood TV stand/dresser in the middle of the room and there's no actual comforters, just a few sheets. Also, the staff is very pushy trying to sell vouchers to everyone.

I loved that this property was an easy walk to the festival fairgrounds. The main casino had lots of fast easy dining options that were surprisingly good. The rooms in the manor were old and bare bones, but clean. Overall a great value for the price and location.

The room was clean but the drains were very clogged. Elevator wait times were awful. Noisy neighbors. Would have liked a fridge and microwave in the room.
Very upset with the pushy, misleading interactions from the timeshare salesmen on the floor, especially the man named Deshawn. We were led to believe we were being offered a tour, not a two-hour sales pitch. Wasted our morning.

There were areas near the window, the ac, and restroom that needed more attention. The ac wasn’t nearly as cold as we’d like & there were no options to make it cooler. The outside had a lot of white barriers filled with trash. And when ordering food delivery, we were told they could not deliver to our room and had to meet them on the opposite side as they were blocked off from meeting me at the front of main entrance. Other than that I never had an issue and always love staying there.

Worst experience EVER!
We had a very bad experience. We got to our room that wasn’t cleaned what looked to be blood on the bathroom floor I had to clean it up myself because this was my family vacation and we have toddlers. I called front desk just to be told that someone didn’t get to our room before our check in time and our check in time was at Friday @ 11am we didn’t check In till Saturday at 3am so NO excuse. We asked for an ironing board and iron and I called at 8:10am had to call a couple of time didn’t get the iron till almost 11:15a and we were all ready just waiting and our toddlers were just not having it so we went out all wrinkled. I miss placed our water wristband and I was rudely told oh well mam pay because we weren’t replacing then we didn’t lose them! Luckily we ended up finding them. The elevators were so confusing as we had to take 2 different one just to get to our 20th floor! The parking garage was filthy, garbage all over even a needle with a spoon that was left near our vehicle. I will NEVER stay there.

Check-in was relatively easy. The major complaint I have was on Sat., 4/27. There was a music festival near by and the hotel was charging for event parking. As a guest in the hotel that I spent over $1,000 on two rooms, I was extremely frustrated when I needed to return to my room after dinner and I had to go round and round for more than 45 minutes looking for parking. When I asked one the parking attendants, I was told I could pay $50 at a lot across the way. I was very disappointed in the fact that I was so inconvenienced because of the need for profit. I was there to celebrate my husband's birthday with my family and the need to fight for parking, as a guest made for a frustrating start to our weekend.
The room was fine but the curtains in the room were very soiled.

Elevator call button was dissabled.
Sign said opperator would go floor to floor to pick people up. We waited for 30 minutes . No one ever came,had to find stairs ,that were not marked, to go down 8 stories. I have bad knees and cant do such a task without extreme pain. Was late to my event due to this. Had to leave early for check out for same reason, so i could make it on time. None of this was mentioned when booking room. WHY NOT?

This was the closest hotel to our festival but the room smelled like smoke and VERY strong air freshener. The tiles were broken in the bathroom and the elevators could not keep up with the traffic.

Surprisingly the beds were comfortable. The room stayed pretty cold too. Unfortunately the fact that we were approached by the same person 4x within 4 minutes about vouchers was ridiculous.

Great stay if you have family in Vegas. I wouldnt but there is a lot to do here with young ones!
The Manager on duty at the hotel until 10 pm on 4/26 was Luis and he accomodated us and helped with an issue we were having with the room. He was really nice and all of the staff here are all so friendly and ready to help you have a good experience.
**please note, do NOT fall prey to the predatory people who want to give you 'free vouchers' who stop you in the lobby to the right side. Don't do it.

When you are able to book this hotel for less than one hundred dollars a night, it makes things easier to overlook. Unfortunately, Circus Circus has started raising their prices a lot so the state of the hotel is not as easy to overlook. It is in desperate need of repair, the room wasn't super clean, and the constant people in the lobby attempting to sell you crap is less than desirable. On top of that, the Starbucks is extremely unorganized and the coffee had a burnt flavor to it, making it not worth the long wait times and higher than normal prices. This hotel also does not have great food options either. Overall, with them raising their prices, I don't feel it is worth the stay anymore. The only thing is hotel has going for it is the close proximity to the festival grounds.

Very close to festival grounds! The property is older but has some good points, there are easy food options, parking is free, and you are on the strip. It is great for a place to stay and go to the festival grounds. It is not fancy at all, but it is totally functional. It worked out great for us.

The most disgusting place in Vegas
This place was so gross we left early and stayed at a different hotel even though we couldn’t get a refund.
It stinks of mold. There was glass under the bed. I found pizza remnants on the floor. The shower barely had any water pressure. The bathroom was disgusting, I don’t think the floor has been cleaned in a while. The walls were so thin, we could hear conversations in the other room. The safety lock on our door was broken. And there were homeless people sleeping in the hallways.
Also… the midway/adventuredome. I would only go on a ride there if I was hoping to die. The roof was leaking, there was water everywhere.
This place is just sad.

Really run down property. Booked it because of its proximity to SickNew World festival. Limited choice of dining and the ones they had it was just fast food chain. Bagel Einstein was the best out of that joint! It needs to be gutted down.

Comfortable weekend stay.
We were in Vegas for a wedding, so we didn't really hang out at the hotel much. If that is the goal then it was great! If you are looking for a relaxing stay by the pool, it may not be the hotel for you. This hotel is really popular for families as they still have the arcade games and now a theme park! Lots of kids and their families. I also saw a bunch of groups checking in. So it was busy in there. Rooms are dated but comfortable. Staff was friendly. There were a lot of choices for food as well. Good value for what you get.

10/10 family friendly resort
This hotel is fantastic for families! My 14 year old daughter loved it. The bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was more than hot enough, and the food options were great! I'm not sure how they would get it done, but a I think they could freshen up with new carpet in the lobby/registration area, and there is some areas that need paint touch up (likely from all the guests bumping into walls and columns). The staff in the pizza place were so much fun (an bonus, the food was yummy too). The midway is the best of both worlds, you get the fair experience, but no yelling carnies. My daughter said she wants to celebrate her 21st birthday here so she can experience the casino and the circus <3 Great place and highly recommend to families visiting Vegas.

Good basic hotel on the strip
The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, big badroom and t.v. with a good choice of channels.
Staff was very friendly and check-inn went smoothly. You have plenty of restaurants and a food-court downstairs.There is also a very conveniant mini supermarket in the hotel.There are vending machines on every floor and ice . You have lots of entertainment in the hotel (roller coasters, lunapark, free circus acts....)
The hotel.id really well lovzted on the Strip itself, the Deuce bus stops in front of the hotel so it is very easy to visit the rest of the strip and downtown....you have lots of restaurants and shops next to the hotel.
There are 2 pools and a kids/splash zone with big waterslides.It is quite a walk to reach the pools.The pool area could be nicer and the guests do not respect pool-rules very much regarding appropriate bathing outfits and kids in the hottub....that is a pity.It can also get really crowded in the pool which is really not pleasant at all.
The rooms can be quite noisy, not so well isolated.There are lots of families with kids staying at the hotel so it can get quite hectic. There is no daily housekeeping nor cleaning of the room, you have to call if you need towels or something replaced.
All in all it is good price/quality for a hotel on the strip but do not ecpect anything fancy.

Won’t buy a drink, maybe won’t stay here again
The man working the frozen “bar” closest to the hotel check in when I came in was horrid. Spoke only in Spanish to me, despite me speaking to him in English, then was super rude to me when I told him I wanted a Margarita glass as my souvenir glass. I had to repeat it 4 times and he even told me to check the price. I was looking at the price list before he even acknowledged me. This was not too long after I checked in. Honestly, I almost walked away. I probably won’t ever buy another drink from here if I even bother to stay here again. If it is such an inconvenience to help a guest, maybe this guy should look for another job. I was incredibly insulted

This was a convenient location for a concert at the fairgrounds. We asked and paid for late checkout then the maid kept coming back every hour to clean which was not great. Room was clean although dated, inadvertently had a great view of the Sphere which was fun to watch.

Honestly this time around was not that great. Front desk gave us a room already belonging to someone else and had us wait for a whole hour before getting assigned to another room. Then the room itself was okay but when inspecting the grounds it was not vacuumed, and found chewing gum stuck on the head board of one of the beds which tells me housekeeping doesn’t inspect the room completely. Other than that the stay was okay.
