this is my second time at the hotel. this time i ended up in a handy cap room shower was overly crowded and didnt have fixed overhead shower. im not used to that kind of shower facility. However I will go back!

My partner and I stayed at the La Hascienda for 2 nights, what a wild ride it was. We were greeted graciously by the warm hotel staff, were able to check in 3 hours early with no problems. Overall 5 stars due to a clean room and a place to sleep for cheap! The only negative was the shower faucet was leaking and there were some not so quiet parties in the room next to us one night doing some causing a ruckus—due to the thin walls this was not pleasant. Overall, the. La Hascienda slapped. Enjoy!

Definitely a sketchy location/place. Main window would not lock. Place does not inspire confidence of cleanliness nor safety. If you’re a tourist and can afford something else, do so.

the room was clean. The staff was helpful. The TV in #118 was possessed by a demon. I've never seen a TV behave on it's own before. Maybe it was the spirits in the room that kept changing the channel from football to TMZ. It was kinda neat. For a while. Then it wasn't. But that's nobody's fault.

Not worth it
Run down outdated, got woke up everyday at 8 am to pounding on the roof, house cleaning was rude, toilet paper had Mold, showers are tiny, restrooms tiny, raised prises for Beyonce concert, door had a gap, just not worth it. Didnt apologize for the mess/ construction or offer any type of discount or extras for being woken up at 8am on my Vacation

Chose this hotel as it was close to the showbox sodo. Holes in walls. Toilet seat broken. Pretty sure mold on the walls in the shower. But bed was comfortable and room was dark and cold. So for just a place to sleep it was fine.

The lighting in the room was not good. Having only 1 ceiling light that was dim did not allow for reading. Also, the floors had some kind of film on them that turned my socks black. The bathroom counter and the dresser top also had some type of film on them, which was not pleasant to the touch. They felt greasy. I probably would not stay here again.

The room was fairly cheap, and rightly so. Amenities are minimal, it was not cleaned well, smelled bad when we arrived, the sink drain was clogged, towel rack was coming loose from the wall. We won't be staying here again.

A budget location.
The staff were helpful enough; the room had been generally cleaned, but it is still waiting for that proper clean to remove the decades of grime and neglect; two towels had light but noticeable colour spots, and we weren’t going to bother figuring out if they were clean but simply stained or if it was some fascinating, relatively fresh human discharge; the location (surrounded by industrial district where loading trains honk extensively and around the clock, busy highway frequented by trucks on their routes) paired with the old facilities (thin walls, door frames with light and obviously sound pouring through) meant that even with earplugs in, the sleep was very broken.
The extra drive and/or cost for better facilities in a quieter location is advisable.

There were cigarette burns in the curtain and bed spread. The bathroom was dirty, the shower head came to the chest with no pressure. The shower faucet fell off, and the drain was plugged. People were rooting around the parking lot. I would not recommend.

Better than expected
Our room was very clean, walked in and I could smell a cleaner (nothing that was bothersome) , nice wooden floors, clean sheets, comfy bed. Quiet besides the normal cars driving by. Would definitely stay again! It was a 8 min drive to the T mobile park

The room I was booked in was very spacious and comfortable: the motel is pretty dated, but the man who checked me in was very kind and pleasant. The motel is in an industrial area so it feels pretty sketchy, but other than that it’s a comfortable place to stay.

I was there for three days, and I did not get clean sheets. The Garbage cans were not all emptied daily. The bathroom floor was not swept in 3 days.

This was one of the cheaper hotels in the Seattle area, so i guess you get what you pay for. We just needed one night as we were passing through Seattle, but it definitely it wasn't geat. Between the dive bar next door with crappy loud live music and the train horns, it was loud late into the night. But the lobby staff was nice.

Decent place to crash for solo trip
I came to town for a concert and chose this location for proximity to sodo showbox and the parking. The room was clean and worked well for a place to get ready and crash after the show. The woman who checked me in was not very friendly but the the next day and the day I checked out the younger guy working was very friendly.

We went down for the supposedly included breakfast and was laughed at by the person at the front desk. No big deal if you dont have it but don't say its included in description then. And don't laugh when people ask about what was supposed to be included at no charge.

Manager wasn't so great.
The sheets had blood on them. When I asked the manager to get fresh sheets, he said he wanted to come look at them. I said I (femal) was uncomfortable with him coming in my room and he took great offence to that. Didn't make me feel welcome or safe.

The hotel we stayed at in Seattle was so gross. When we walked in there was a smell, burn holes in the sheets (also stained), the shower was small, rusted, and look old and unsanitary. Our neighbors around us were very noisy. Also the AC kept kicking on and off constantly which made it a little hard to sleep. The location is close to where we need to be though.

Clean, easy, great staff. I needed a place to hunker down near seattle for a wedding. The rooms are everything you need to sleep well, pillow smelled fresh (kuddos to whatever soap used) safe location, big TV and lasting warm/hot water for long showers. check in happened with a smile and with ease. They have lots of snacks and beverages in case you get hungry, but there are also some restaurants near by to check out.

The room was not clean. There was
Used Tissue paper on the tables. The floor was disgusting I definitely couldn’t walk around with no shoes on. I’m short and the shower head was shorter than me so was difficult to shower.

Awesome place to stay
Super fast check in and great customer service, the room was awesome perfect for r stay and the price wasn’t to terrible and thought it was awesome they offer a laundry room even though I didn’t use it on my stay. But over all was a good place and close to everything I needed.

Acceptable for the price.
It's a Motel for 80$/night in an area where other hotels would cost double. Everything worked, there was hot water, towels, soap etc. The bed and the couch were acceptable in my opinion. Linens seems clear and free of stains or odors. There was smoke smell or disturbances during my stay. I would not stay again unless it is really convenient to a place I have to go to. It is only 10-15 minutes to the airport which is a big plus. No coffee maker but there is a microwave and fridge. Overall cleanliness was acceptable

Service Without A Smile?
Every time I have gotten a room here, about 6 times by now, I never get a friendly greeting. No smile, No friendly chit-chat. It is strictly business only. I am a mid aged white female. I try smiling and talking with them, they never change. No Hello, How are you today, No smiles, etc, etc. They are VERY DULL.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
The person at the customer service/check-in kept talking over the top of me, when he did not like what I had to say about the room. He charged me an extra fee for changing my room location from upstairs to downstairs (I have trouble with stairs), even though my reservation was already paid for! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!-

The property I booked is not the same as the one I stayed at. The suite was a retro miss ash if seventies and eighties junk with no functioning outlets a hot water system that literally took 2 1/2 hours to change from icy to tepid. The grounds dirty, the surrounding area was abysmal. The staff was the only good thing about the place. Friendly and positive.

Cold showers and no breakfast
The shower was in rough shape and took about 10 minutes to get hot water. Free breakfast till 10am, but when I went in at 9 they had put everything away because of day light savings.. which made zero sense.

For our purposes it was easy to get to the stadium and lots of restaurants/bars nearby.
Why the heck cant you buy some new bedding, its what the customer is sleeping on and paying for at the end of the day.

Considering we saw the broken down sign for this motel outside of that weird bible handing out vacuum shop, we were a little concerned haha. But when we arrived, we were greeted by a super friendly guy at check in, who pointed us in the right direction for some dinner, without us even asking. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It was basic and very dated, but it’s all we needed. We were in the area for a show at SoDo showbox which was only a short drive away. For the price, this motel is worth checking out if you need to be in the SoDo area. Free parking also which was a bonus!

Like CSI? Bring your kit! Bed spread had visible stains, the Queen bed was actually a Full (4” narrower) and the other regula clientele were seriously down and out. One fellow spent the night trying to cough up a lung, another spent the night chainsmoking beside our AC intake and talking loudly to other people who may or may not have been real. We paid $185 for this level of excitement... $24.99 would have been acceptable.

We waited for about 15 min in the office to check in. Rang the bell, called the desk, nobody came. Had to go outside to chase somebody down who then didn’t even apologize for not being there in the first place. There was no parking when we came back later that night even though it was supposed to come with the room. The. We were woken up at 6am to a very high pitched sound from the water pipes that didn’t stop for about 20 min so we couldn’t go back to sleep. We left ASAP from that point. We won’t be staying there again.

Staff was super nice. For their Continental breakfast they have this amazing machine that makes the perfect pancakes. May not matter to some people, but I am a smoker and the fact they had smoking areas on the property was a big plus for me. The area the motel is in a not as nice part of town, but I felt completely comfortable there at all times of the day/night. The room was super clean, had a nice tv with cable to watch, included a microwave and mini fridge. The shower was better than I expected, good water pressure and my boyfriend and I could take long hot showers with out running out of hot water. Air conditioner worked great. Bed was very comfortable and linens were clean. Durning our stay there were 2 panhandlers/homeless persons that came through the property and staff on both occasions quickly escorted them off the property. Would definitely use this motel again next time we are in Seattle.

Terrible motel... Luckily we weren't there for most of our stay but the time spent there was regrettable. The worst water pressure, stale cigarette smell permeates the room, ghastly linens, etc. Pay more and stay anywhere else

LaHacienda Hotel Stay
The ad stated there was a pool, then upon arrival there was no pool. We tried to cancel our stay but the manager was less than willing! Then we checked in only to deal with the manager being rude after we asked where he recommended that we park as we were unsure of where our hotel room was! After we found our room and opened the door to the room it clearly smelled like cigarette smoke, and the manager made us leave a deposit stating there was to be no smoking!! The room had damages everywhere, cigarette burns on the bedding, broken furniture, mold in the shower, rust on bathroom fixture, and a broken vanity mirror!!!! I called “hotels.com” to voice my complaint, then the customer service associate from hotels.com called the manager with our complaint. We were then moved to a cleaner room that was at least clean and in slightly better condition!!!! The only positive part about the experience was the free breakfast as there were pancakes instead of the traditional waffles!

Worth $70 but no more.
This is an ok motel if I paid about $70 per night but NOT FOR $120. Check in was uncomfortable with language barriers but later shifts were fine. Manager very helpful and understanding. Homeless and gross litter one block away. Did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Clerk said price was competitive for the area but not true.....do research.

The room was very dirty and cigarette burns everywhere. Bathroom window was broken and in a bad neighborhood. Staff was nice and good location was the only plus of this place. Aboit 15 minutes to downtown Seattle and 15 minutes from alki beach. Not crap for breakfast definitely not worth the $170 we spent on this place. If i could get a refund i definitely would! The people next to us sid nothing but fight all night inside and outside the hotel.

Hotel needs some serious updates on the inside. Not worth the price, no matter how cheap it is compared to other motels in the area. Sheets were stained, paint was peeling, water pressure was nonexistent. Can't recommend.

Great stay if you're adventuring in Seattle
Clean and cozy room, minimal stains. Carpet could use a shampooing.
Otherwise all the modern amenities. Staff refused to give us towels however, so that was weird.

This was perfect for my needs. I slept in the bed and took a bath, that was in, total of 8 hours in the facility. Cheap and clean. Noisy neighborhood, old but clean facilities. Horrible coffee :)
I would do it again, I would not bring the family.

It was advertised as queen bed with kitchenette. The bed was maybe a double - if not smaller but def not a Queen. It’s january and it had one tiny blanket and one sheet on it. The “kitchenette” was a microwave in the bathroom. We were sleeping at 10:30 am when maid staff knocked on the door and woke us up. After repeatedly saying through the door were not ready for maid service and not to come in she just opened the door and walking in on us in bed. Why? She spoke NO English but at the very least could hear we voices to acknowledge we were in there so why would she walk in on us. Terrible hotel, waste of points.

The room smelt like scat mixed with perfume, the bathtub was absolutely disgusting! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower curtain smelled like urine and it was full of stains. We slept clothed and didn’t even go under the comforter. Outside was full of needles without lids and garbage everywhere, including a dead rat. The continental breakfast was a joke! You have to eat in the lobby where there is no table or chairs...the “hot water” for the oatmeal was ice cold and you couldn't warm up the bowls in the microwave because they were styrofoam. The cereal was old and stale and there was no milk. The juice machine kept blinking “cooling” so, the juice was warm. The pancake machine said “change bag” so, that was also unusable. We ended up going to jack in the box for breakfast less than a mile away. We will never go back to this motel! It is a complete dump!

I have stayed here a few times when family would visit. Our overall stay has always been pleasant. However, my very last stay consisted of broken glass bits on the floor & underneath bed. As well as the conforter/sheets smelling like urine. If you plan to stay, check both your bedding & surroundings. It must have just been "one of those days" here, but overall, I would come back. Especially for the complimentry self-serve pancakes first thing in the morning. And the chili over around the corner at Slim's Last Chance is fantastic!
