Great place, but only if you like HARD matresses
This hotel is VERY clean and in great condition. The staff was great and it was very quiet. The beds however are the reason for a 1 star for comfort. Unless you like your mattress as hard as the floor it will not work for you. Hands down the hardest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I travel a lot for work. It was so bad I finally got up and slept in the chair half the night. Hopefully they address this glaring issue. It’s not even close to a Firm mattress, it was just hard as a rock.

Disappointing that after having issues with checking in our suite was dirty Nicole called to complain and no one did anything to complain about. Overall I expected way more out of $250 dollar a nite room😞

My room sucked. I was stuck on the bottom floor right next to the kitchen and outside door. Everything was loud and smelled like the kitchen. I also filled out a paper when I checked in saying I wanted cleaning service everyday and I didn't get it once.

This property is clean, comfortable, well stocked with lovely shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. I had a 10/10 stay and traveled with 3 children and this hotel was SO accommodating

Love that it’s a 5 minute safe walk to the airport. You just walk through the extended parking area. Hot tub is nice too. There’s a snack machine and ATM on the 2nd floor which is convenient.
Wasn’t too crazy about the shower since it didnt have a door/curtain.

Noisy but clean
Traveled from SD to VA and back. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in, even in DC. It is directly located beside the airport but no noise from planes.
Staff was friendly and easy. Room was clean.
There maybe noise control on the exterior but none in the interior. We could hear people talking in the surrounding rooms and it sounded like a bowling alley over top of us.
If you want to stay here, I recommend booking on the top floor, in a corner.

As soon as we got there for check-in, the staff was super nice and friendly. They held conversation. Place was very clean. During our stay someone was always working and cleaning up. They always said hello and were kind. I wish there were more options for breakfast. It was the same options everyday. Not many options for vegans. But overall stay was awesome. Thanks

It was very good...efficient check in, and a nice tough with a follow up text 30 minutes after check in to make sure all was good, and it was! So appreciated the hot breakfast when so many hotels are still doing the paper bag breakfast thing. The kind lady keeping all the food supplied and hot was doing a fantastic job!

This hotel is an Easy walk from the Quad Cities Airport and it’s absolutely lovely. The lobby, dining room and our room were stylish and very comfortable. The staff is welcoming, friendly and provided great service. Sam was Terrific! She provided outstanding service to make our stay perfect!

Very clean and quiet. Shuttle to the airport was convenient. Comforter on the bed was super soft. Only a few drawbacks....the vending machine on the 2nd floor didn't have many options and had no diet options. Secondly, the hotel does not have a restaurant and bar but they do have places that will deliver to the hotel. I think upon check-in the staff could provide that information and perhaps menu(s) so we can order out if desired. Over all a very good experience.

Girl at front desk was great and went out of her way when our door key didn’t work, she came up with us. Everything looked and smelled clean. Seemed like a newer hotel. Disappointed that the hot tub was shut down, we look forward to relaxing after being on the road. We were told it was the first day with hot breakfast in over a year and if you like scrambled eggs as hard as marbles and leathered bacon ... you’re in luck! They had every blocked off and handed things to you so it felt like asking mommy for each item. Uncomfortable.

I booked this hotel bevause of their 24/7 fitness center, based on information given to me by a front desk associate. Upon check-in, i verified this information regarding fitness center hours. Twelve hours later, a third front desk associate tells me that the fitness center is NOT open 24 hours. This caused a great disruption before my early morning flight. Customer service is of the utmost importance, and they failed. I will not be booking with Holiday Inn Express in the future.

We were informed there was hot breakfast available at this hotel. Upon arrival and the next morning we discovered only sugar laden muffins and danish were available. They were not offering any sort of protein or meat options. Highly disappointed as we had to purchase breakfast for our wrestler instead of having it available.

Everything was wonderful. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Wonderful breakfast! We were in a snow storm and the manager ordered pizza for the whole hotel and also cleaned the snow and ice off our car and everyone else’s too. This hotel is a five star. The facility is beautiful and modern/new. Only wish it had a restaurant. But in normal conditions, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Thank you.
