Comfy and clean
Great hotel! The 1st room had some hair on the sheets so we asked to be moved to another room which they quickly did. The housekeepers did an excellent with the cleaning and gave us new towels on request. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect because it is not too far away from St.Louis. The only complaint was a kid screaming in the middle of the night and two women screaming and cussing at each other during the day in the middle of the hallway. However, those are not problems of the hotel; just lack of good parenting and no respect and manners on the adults side. Cannot help it if riffraff pay for rooms there.

Comfortable Stay
Easy and friendly check-in. Room very clean, comfortable, warm, quiet. Breakfast offerings a bit slim, but very clean breakfast area. Would stay here again. Good value for the price.

A screaming baby woke me up at 11pm on the Eve of my return trip of 600 miles. I have spent thousands of $ at this particular hotel over last 6 yrs. I always spend 8 days NOT a one nighter. I am through with Wyndham Hotels, planing to cancel credit card also!

Comfortable bed in quiet room that was clean. Night clerk was great! Took quick care of me and was pleasant. Morning one, not as much. Barely looked up from his phone when I was talking to him. Breakfast area floor was not clean and I was the first person in the morning. Overall, it was a decent stay for a quick overnight.

This place did not seem safe. There were many people entering and exiting the building from side doors at regular intervals, and there were two cars on blocks in the parking lot. Many people just hanging around the property at night. We ended up leaving and finding a different hotel.

It’s 1:30am and I’m still at the check in desk I was told they don’t have our room. This is extremely upsetting, we’ve been driving for 8 only to be stranded with no room.

Great Stay
Our stay at Super 8 O'Fallon was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was good and breakfast had a lot more choices than other hotels. Would stay here again.

I think it is a roll of the dice on what room/experience you will get. Last week I stayed here with a good room. This stay I received a room that smelled of cleaning fumes, the sheet and one pillowcase were stained. The doors on the adjoining rooms slammed shut each time someone came or went. The AC unit shook the wall when the compressor kicked on. I do not plan to return again.

I was just passing through for the night. Needed a place to rest. The floor in my room was dirty, had dirty and gumming stuff stuck to the floor, walls were dirty. It worked for what i needed but probably wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was pretty good for a budget hotel. No major issues. The room key cards needed to be reprogramed a few times but again not a major issue,

First room had food from previous customer in fridge. Front staff quickly gave me a difference room. Was very clean except for filters in air conditioner. Housekeeping cleaned them thoroughly and was very nice. Breakfast had ready made sausage and cheese biscuits and egg, Canadian bacon and cheese biscuit as well as other items. Good place to stay.

Noise, druggies, barking dogs, screaming children, LOUD obnoxious adults, dirty floors, dirty carpet, huge gaps around door frame to your room so you noise all day and all night. Back door broken so it’s propped open most of the day and night. Good luck getting ANY sleep here!!! I almost cried tears of joy when I checked out. Not worth more than $35 a night. Just don’t do it….unless druggies, and sketchy people with 5-6 kids in a room is something you’re used to.

The walls were very dirty not only in our room but also in the bathroom. I found a pubic hair on the note pad which was located on the bedside table. The free breakfast was extremely limited and the coffee was horrible. Will not be returning.

The most important aspect for me in choosing a hotel other than clean rooms is the quality of breakfast they serve. This was well below my expectations. Very limited on food choice. I thought it maybe it was because i arrived about 30 minutes before it was to shut down. So next morning I made sure to get up early as soon as it opened but it didn’t matter…Waffles were frozen than tossed into a toaster and the little Jimmy zdran breakfast sandwiches were limited and the sandwich ze of silver dollars. And microwaved. My tastebuds did not get excited from the limited options of food choice. But the grape jelly was good

Some areas were a bit run down and need refurbishing. Walking to our room there were stained mattresses in the hallway. Coffee was not drinkable, a water filter might help. Bed was comfortable but pillows were lumpy.

Room and bed were clean and comfortable, the pool was excellent, probably could do with some new sunlounges. The girl at the front desk was lovely, WiFi was smooth. Breakfast had a great range of selections in comparison to most continental offerings. My stay felt like a resort without the price. Would recommend.

We only had 2 outlets that worked in our room. Each of those had a lamp plugged in only leave 2 plugs for us to use. There was some kind of air freshener used in the hallways that almost took your breath away! And we were next to someone with a dog that would bark frequently. We have a toddler so this was less than ideal!

Room was nice with all the comforts we needed. But the halls and shared spaces reeked of marijuana. Pretty unpleasant. Considering I had to sign a contract saying I wouldn’t smoke, you’d think they’d care a little more about that sort of thing.

It was shabby, but obviously trying to do some upgrades. The toilet at first didn’t want to flush, after several flushes it started to work. There was a dead roach on the floor and that set the tone for the room, because I was tired and didn’t want to look for something else, I had disinfecting wipes and started wiping everything and the cleaning the floor. I was scared I was going to bring roaches to my home. I put all of our things in plastic bags for 5 days . I didn’t think about pictures, I was busy trying to figure out if I could find another place to stay.

The room was decent but the vinyl floor was dirty and sticky. Bed was good even on the metal base. Bathroom could use updating. The carpet in the hall smelled as if a family of skunks lived there.

The room 117 the a/c was not working so had to move rooms. Not very accommodating for me being disabled. I had to walk a long ways to reach the room hard being disabled. My back was out of place for sleeping on a mattress that dipped in the middle with someone else. Definitely not worth $80 a night.

When i arrived i was disappointed to find my room was on second floor even though my reservation stated wheelchair accommodation. Also, no military discount. There was no information about restaurants in area. The employee needed more training.

Could use some maintenance and better mattresses. The showerhead had a significant leak, squirting a lot of water onto the painted wall above the tile. The showerhead would also leak some water when the valve was set for the bathtub faucet only. The mattresses were way too springy/soft and quite noisy. I often like to use the dressers in hotels/motels... if they're clean; drawers had some dust/dirt inside. In the end, the AC unit worked and it was a dry place to sleep. Not likely to stay again.

Quick, overnight stay. We got there a little early, but they let me check in early. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. We would stay here again.

The building itself is a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly. The only thing that they probably should think about is adding signs near the stairwells saying which rooms were located on that 2nd level. I missed the stairwell going to my room-not knowing I missed my stairwell. So I went up another flight of stairs at the end of the hallway came out to a whole different hall of rooms, which my room wasn't on. I ended up going all the way down that hall thinking it would connect-however that wasn't the case. So I had to pack my luggage down another flight of stairs and ended in a different hallway I started at. Any way I found my way back to the front desk to learn my stairwell going to my room was in a little cubby-I had no clue that was there. My daughter and I had a good laugh about getting lost in the Super 8 halls and will forever remember that-so thanks for the memory, but probably need to invest in signs. We would stay here again.

Nice motel with friendly staff
The check in was efficient and friendly. When I needed to extend my stay the staff handled it efficiently without any issues. All my interactions with staff were positive. Everything worked well and was clean.
To use hot water give it plenty of time though!

The lobby looked ok, it was about 11:30 pm, the person at the check in desk looked tired, but was pleasant, but as soon as we walked down the hallway to our room we started to get concerned it looked the the floor had not been vacuumed in two weeks or more.
Then when we got to our room there was a wet washcloth on the desk, the floor was dirty, and this is not an exaggeration. We checked for bed bugs which we do no matter where we stay or how nice the room looks, we pulled back the sheets and there was dirt and what looked like small pieces of leaves and dirt, again, not just a little, it looked like someone had sprinkled dirt in the bed. We went back to the desk and she apologized and put us in another room. The floor was cleaner in this room and only a small amount of dirt and stuff at the very end of the bed when we pulled back the sheets, I don't know if this came from the laundry room floor which if it has not been swept like the hallways have not been swept that could explain it. We slept very little, about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. We could not get a refund because it was listed as no cancellation. It had 7.4 for a rating so we thought it would be ok. I think this rating must be several years old. At the quick breakfast we grabbed, most of the people at breakfast looked like construction workers. So unless you are working in construction and don't care what your accommodations are like move on down the road!

The hotel is in an isolated location that is not well lit and that made it seem un-safe. The room was also dated and a bit run down and the door lock was broken.

For a one night getaway with kids the room was very clean, good air conditioning and did I mention very clean to be a Super 8 and with an inside pool. I will stay there again
