Not sure if they clean their air/heat filters as I got sick here staying three night but felt fine during the day when I wasn’t at the hotel. Staff didn’t clean my room one night.

Not a hotel to refer to anyone....
The room smelled, cobwebs on the wall, stains on the wall. The shower had little pressure. This place needs a complete remodel. The room needed a complete cleaning.

Super Comfortable and Convenient!
We traveled with 3 dogs - 2 pets and 1 service dog. We did have to pay for 2 rooms...silly, as we paid for the dogs and rooms but all stayed in the one room. The young man at the front desk could not have been kinder. The room was very roomy and we were all very comfortable.

The room wasn’t the cleanest . The Ac didn’t work half the time . I didn’t get good sleep . The staff was ok . But I would not recommend this hotel .

Don’t go there !!
The hotel reeked of mold and cigarette smoke. The lady behind counter was chippy and denied new a room just because I commented that the hotel was horrible.

The hotel was situated in a wooded area and we kept seeing homeless people coming out of the woods - we came out to one person sleeping in the parking lot on the ground next to the side entrance. It felt unsafe and not very up to date. the fire detector was hanging out of the wall and dangling. We got a room with a jacuzzi that had hair in it. The window was broken and wouldn't lock so we were afraid to leave our things in the room while we left. Pool doesn't open until 10 every morning which leaves no time before checkout to swim. All around just not a good experience. Will not be revisiting this hotel.

I honestly booked here cause I needed to book a stay at a hotel to keep my rewards, and this one was close to work. Its a nice hotel, nothing fancy. Beds are comfortable but a little on the stiffer side. Service was good.

Disappointing to say the least yet adequate
The check in was short and rude not very friendly at all and in South Carolina the rule is if you're in a smoking room they have to be upstairs on the second floor which I get but at the same time I'm also disabled and they did not have any elevator only stairs so they could not accommodate me properly with my disability and that's really frustrating I asked then we get to the room and the refrigerator and microwave is from 1960 and the only thing good about the room is that the bed is soft and the AC works it did not smell when we came into the room I will give it that however the furniture was badly eaten by an animal in the past the TV had Stripes going through the whole entire TV vertically clock in the room didn't work there were cigarette holes in the bedding not just the top layer it was also in the sheets burnt up they did have a good area at the back of the hotel to walk service dogs the ice machine did not work at all on any of the floors the door to the hotel room was very lopsided and wouldn't shut properly without slamming your whole body into it it was very subpar for the $89 I paid for for a king smoking room felt like I was in a $49 Hotel room I will give that the hotel was quiet there was not a lot of traffic or loud noise throughout the night I was able to sleep

Loved the front desk man, Richard! He was so helpful and accomodating. When our bathroom faucet wouldnt work, he tried to come and fix it. Needs major updating but beds were comfy and suited our needs.

Clean with excellent staff. smallest breakfast we have seen offered. Dated but some renovation- more to go; our room had a broken GFCI outlet over the vanity sink, the TV had interference lines running through each screen, and the doors in the room had expanded and were difficult to open (took some effort to unstick).

The property is kind of in a bad area which is a security risk. My window had a locking issue on the ground floor. Room just didn’t appear clean as well as the bathroom. The ceiling needed repairing. Bathroom Curtis rod was very loose. The shower head would spray water bc it’s not screwed on securely.

The first thing the lady at the front desk said was “You need something” with an attitude. Then the room was absolutely disgusting. Bugs and dirty floor and bathroom. Just a terrible place.

Staff wasn’t friendly. Gave us a smoking room. Didn’t even ask us if we wanted smoking or non smoking. When she said it was a smoking room I asked for a non smoking room, she just turned around on her computer and charged it. I felt like I was an inconvenience for her. Didn’t even greet us, not smiling, not friendly. I felt like she didn’t want to be there and do her job. I did ask her another question later about the door and the way she answered it I felt like I should have known what to do. I’ll never stay here again. The walls are thin you can hear besides us and above us. Didn’t give us a password to the internet. Told us. Nothing about breakfast or the ammonites. Overall dissatisfied

Bathroom door literally broke and locked us in. Police had to be called to break the door open , TWICE. Hotel lied about going to give us another room, manager wouldn’t provide a reasonable refund. He thought 30$ was fair even though I paid 300 and nothing worked in our room

Looks nice on the outside but the inside is horrendous. Nothing was clean. Not even the lobby. We tried 2 rooms and both were disgusting. The lampshade had food on it, the bedding was ripped, the white chair had a big dark spot on it, you can tell it wasn’t vacuumed in months, there was hair in the shower, the carpet trim was coming off and all in all it was horrid. I didn’t feel comfortable bringing my baby in there and immediately cancelled it.

loved the jacuzzi in the tub. TV should be fixed so that it angles toward the tub when needed. biggest problem? the shower head/water pressure was the worst shower I've ever had. I don't know if the problem was pressure or the head chosen. I bet prisons have better showers.

I made a reservation for Friday meant to stay Saturday and I called them to switch my booking but they won’t do it for me they got me out of $85 for nothing sometimes people make mistakes I booked the day before instead of the after but they will not work with me

This hotel has a pest problem. I found bugs on the carpet in the hotel room and giant hissing cockroaches outside of the building.

Terrible- don’t stay here!
Filthy bathroom and bedroom. Hair all over toilet and in shower. Phone buttons were brown and had spilled sticky stuff all over it. The room door could be opened without the key. The ice and “free breakfast “ amenities were also terrible. I checked out immediately and had to pay for another hotel.

Good stay.
Our stay was fantastic. We stayed on the 1st floor right by the desk, it was quiet, only problem was the room had a smell to it. It was still clean, no bugs at all. Everything was clean, hotel workers never bothered us at all. Will definitely stay again if we have the need to go there.

Worst Chain Hotel Experience in a Long Long Time
This was the dirtiest room I have ever walked in offered by a chain hotel. Terrible! Front desk was nice, said she would send someone while we were out for a few hours. Came back- nothing was done. I picked up all the gross stuff left on the floor, took it to her and asked for clean sheets because I would not sleep in the ones in the room because I did not trust they were clean. I requested a clean room for the next night and when we came in, finally, the room was clean. The breakfast had zero protein on it and no fruit so plan for a healthy breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Tub was nasty, it had hairs all in the bottom and side. I itched all night while I was trying to sleep. Holes in the sheets. At one point I pulled all the sheets off to make sure there wasn’t any bed bugs. The air unit turned on and off all night with no cold air. I paid $123 for a nasty hot room. The shampoo bottles were half empty. The other guest were extremely loud. Don’t think I’ll be staying at this location again.

Passable for an overnight stay, but just barely
This hotel is extremely convenient to the BMW Performance Center and GSP airport, which is why I chose it. It was okay for a one night stay, but just barely. It looks like it is used mainly by local workers and truckers. There were people hanging out in the parking lot the night we arrived. The worst part was the towels in the room. They were rough and stiff and at the same time thin. One of towels had yellow stains on it, hopefully they were permanent.

Great getaway
Had a problem with the heat in our room called the front desk next morning and they moved us to another room I had no more problems this was our third stay never had a problem from our other stays i will stay our next trip to South Carolina over-all our stay was great getaway

The evening staff were very helpful and friendly my flight was delayed and I was stranded at the airport due to the car rental being closed. In the morning I was greeted by some one telling me the breakfast was over. despite the fact they the hour just turned. Additionally when I inquired about transport I was not given any assistance. I had to walk down the street and ask locals as the cab companies were all closed.

The hallway smell so bad I couldn’t even breathe, water in the hotel was disgusting orange color and bathroom was old and rusty. Overall for 2 nights stay was kind of ok but would not recommend to anyone or come back to stay again.

I don't normally complain about a hotel but when we went to our room the maintenance man was doing touch up paint, the door didn't lock, there were chips and garbage in the room, the toilet seat was broken, the shower made a loud screaming noise, the tv was tiny and the stations didn't match up with the guide.

My husband stayed here on business. As he was walking out to go to the plant close by for work the front desk worker( short, round male) asked him did he have alcohol in his drink. Which was an energy drink. I don’t know why he thinks he is supposed to be monitoring beverages of paid guest. Literally none of his business what my husband was drinking!!!

The entire stay was no hassle, from check in to check out. My only issue is with hotels.com. Why does it have to be so difficult to get receipts? It is so simple to have a link on the app to access receipts instead of having to go hunt for The EMAIL to get receipts. PLEASE ADD A LINK TO THE APP SO THAT ACCESS TO RECEIPTS WILL ALWAYS BE THERE. thank you

Just go buy breakfast. They had juice and very small muffins (miniature size) and rice Krispy treats. The cereal bins we're empty. Bathroom smelled like mildew and hallway smelled like weed.

Just in town for a funeral.
Good place to sleep. Staff was very accomodating. Breakfast was very sparse at best. The staff recommended Theo's Restaurant just a short ride to the south. We ate there 3 times. Bedding was really good too, We loved the big King bed.

As soon as we walking into the place we knew it was a mistake!! Hotel is dirty, I would even go so far to call it filthy!! It was late, and since we paid on Hotel.com we knew we couldn’t get a refund we stuck it out, huge mistake!!
Dirty, loud , paper thin walls.
We could not sleep at all!
It’s an old hotel and I understand that.. but ya no don’t stay here.
I feel it’s deceitful and dishonest. The pictures shown are NOT what you get. It’s so not right to lure someone to stay here based on fraudulent pictures.
