Clean but uncomfortable
Pros: Hotel was clean, room was sufficient, in a convenient location. Cons: beds were very uncomfortable - for that reason alone, I would not stay again. Also, the breakfast was lacking. I understand they are sticking with pre-packaged foods, but it was mostly all carbs, and not very good ones at that.

It was fine
Was not a fancy hotel. Kind of dated. But clean, quiet...bed was not terrible, no breakfast to speak of. If your looking for a clean room to lay your head for the night would recommend.

Fine for over night stay.
It was an over night stay. Check in was ok front desk could be better when it comes to costumers service in my opinion. Room was fine for a 2 star hotel over night stay. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean except for the vacuuming. I found what seem to be nail clippings on the carpet. Make sure you check out exactly by 11am because 6mins over you’ll have the front desk calling you and asking you to leave.

Had an Accessibility room which I requested. Easy in and out of tub. And pulling self up off of toilet. Convenient location for visiting relatives in the area. Only disappointment was the continental breakfast. Coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, packaged doughnut, and apple.

This was our second stay at this motel. First one was earlier this year to visit my Mom who had just been placed in a Memory Care facility. This time was to say goodbye. They made our trip a little less stressful.

Room was not ready at 3:00 pm check in but was in about 20 minutes. Hotel was pretty simple but very clean and was affordable. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed here with a concert at the Sandwich Fair, good location.

Good place to stay for the money.
For the price, it’s good. Just a smell in the room, food left in the fridge, very little breakfast, and toilet seat was about to fall off. Beyond that it was clean, looks semi updated, and people were friendly.

My stay was fine. It was just my son and I and we needed a place to crash for a sports tournament. It was inexpensive and fit our needs. The breakfast wasn’t much so we went to Wendy’s instead.

The price was great, accommodations were good. Didn't need extras like pool, or workout room. Price was reflective of that. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Not a good stay
The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. They had no extra pillows and no roll a way bed even though the website stated they did.
The staff was nice and did apologize for not being able to accommodate our requests

The room smelled, it was old & damp rug, there were people in the halls smoking joints, they had a $50 cash it card deposit when you came in that was not told to me/you get it back when you leave. I left & list my money because I didn’t feel safe there.

We had a terrible experience. Hotel needs updated and better housekeeping. Our 12 yr old found a used crack pipe in our room. Floors were dirty. Black mold/mildew on the walls in the bathrooms causing our allergies to flare up, and both our room and the other room we moved to smelled terrible. 104 smelled like weed and cigarettes and 103 smelled like body odor and butter. Plus our coffee pot was broken to boot. Desk staff were apologetic but that still does not dismiss the neglegience of housekeeping and managements disregard for upkeep and repairs. Wyndham should pull their name. We will never stay at a Super 8 again. I suggest spending a little more for a nicer hotel. We will!

Great experience all around!
Great hotel & location. Super friendly front desk employee. Remodeled bathroom. Comfortable & clean room. We left shoes there and they held them for us! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay!

Generally a really nice budget hotel! Good value. Very clean, excellent condition. Freezer needs defrosting very badly, one bulb missing and the towel rack was loose. Breakfast options looked somewhat skimpy.

The room was relatively neglected. Faucets were filthy, behind the toilet seat was gross, lamp base gross, chair paired with table was crusted and stained. Definitely some effort could given to clean. Night front lady was miserable, and not friendly, bothered to be checking someone in. Every quality i have stayed at in different states puts this one to shame.

Stay across the street
The hotel itself was a mess. There were many repairs that needed done and it looked thrown together. Beds were very uncomfortable. The staff served coffee from the day before. Upon check in staff didn't even know what rooms were clean or occupied.

Not totally honest
I had reserved the mobility accessible room. It showed a shower with a chair not a tub and shower combination. Also the breakfast was very poor. I've had breakfast at other super eights that were much better. The Orange juice tasted spoiled the packaged vanishes were out dated and granola bars were all they had out for breakfast. That is not a free breakfast. That is snack food.

Crappy check-in night desk clerk, otherwise ok
Desk clerk “Aaron” at check in was not friendly & told us we’d prepaid for 2 rooms, not one. This was not right & he told us there was nothing he could do to fix it because we’d already prepaid for it. The worst part of the entire situation is that he couldn’t have cared less about our problem, by his attitude. Poor customer service to the max!!! Upon check-out we had a very nice lady, thank the Lord!! (We took care of problem of rooms ourselves & “Aaron” was misinformed. Big surprise...

Check in was a breeze however a deposit had to be made. I’m hoping this will be refunded or not processed. Room does need updating Olive green motif is very outdated and carpet needs to be replaced. Toidy seat was loose. Not bad but a little updating makes it more appealing.

There was no elevator! The listing for this property should have mentioned this. When i explained I'm unable to do stairs, the desk person finally put me in a ground floor room. She seemed to think it was my fault that i didn't ask about an elevator. That's something that should have been mentioned up front. Breakfast was advertised but there was hardly anything provided, not even coffee. The bed was old and lumpy....very disappointing stay.

Clean and quiet trump all else.
The fan wouldn’t turn off so I had to unplug it, and the fridge clicked non-stop and the vanity light flickered and blew the outlet fuse when I turned it on, but the room was very clean and the hotel and parking lot were quiet and felt safe.

I never stayed there and I never checked it I booked them by accident and tried to rebook to the right hotel and I let them know that that was the wrong hotel I book.I call hotel.com to Explain the error, because I did not cancel it within 24 hours it was the same day. they took my money even though I didn't stay there and they would not refund it to me. I believe it's wrong what their doing you should not have same day booking without an option of cancellation if you made an error on your booking or you book the wrong place
