We stay here virtually every time we go to Prescott. It’s clean and comfortable, and walking distance to Whiskey Row. Excellent staff and a nice breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend!

This hotel is wonderful!!! The rooms are super comfy, clean and spacious. My family and I really enjoyed it. Delicious breakfast!! I will definitely stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and roomy. It had a desk and chair, sofa and another upholstered chair to watch a large flat screen TV. The bathroom also deluxe and modern. The property is close to the Courthouse SQ, dining and the historic Whiskey Row.

Loved the short walk to whiskey row and the beautiful courtyard next to the pool! Our kids had a wonderful time swimming and we all really enjoyed our time!

My room was so incredibly dirty. The carpet was gross. Things were broken and worn. And it had a smell as if it had not been deeply cleaned in a long time. This was a handicap room, which makes it even more unacceptable.

Nice place in Prescott. Would go back. Great breakfast included. Everyone was very friendly, room was clean and nice. One thing I did not like was that they charged $5 per day for parking. Just add it to the price of the room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and professional. The included breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a long time. We really enjoyed the free hot cocoa bar in the evenings.

Although I booked the reservation, i never made it. But at a really scary moment in my life...the staff there welcomed me in from the cold.
I sat by the fire in the lobby, warming me. A very kind staff member insisted i eat some breakfast...they were unbelievably weloming & caring, which helped restore my faith in people

Perfect location to downtown for easy walkability. The front desk staff was friendly and informative on restaurant things to do recommendations. We loved the free breakfast in the morning. Everything was delicious. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The hotel for the most part was fine. The pool was very nice and clean. There were a few issues. One of the beds had a weird red stain on it. The breakfast was not the best but not the worst. One of the other guest seemed a little off. He was muttering to himself and cursing up and down the hallway. We told the front desk and they said that's what he does and he's fine. He made our stay not very comfortable.

WE WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!
It was the worst place we've ever been to. They didn't show up to clean our room the second day until we were ready for bed. We had to ask for clean towels for the next morning. The fire alarm went off both nights. The second night it happened three times! We couldn't get back to sleep for a long time. We were charged $5 a night for parking. The hotel is in a shopping center, and we could have parked almost as close for free had we known.

Great location to restaurants. Great service. Housekeeping was a letdown, previous guest left a fridge full of leftovers and room wasn’t wiped down. Stain on bedspread. Streaming service didn’t work. Breakfast needs to be extended for those on vacation.

The staff was Awesome!!! I just can't say enough about how friendly everyone was. The room was really nice, but the beds were a little lumpy. I was also a bit disappointed with being charged a $5 per day parking fee when there was so much available parking. I would stay here again in a minute and refer the hotel to my friends.

I feel the dog fee was way too expensive. most hotels charge 35/45 a night I think you guys should reconsider the price for how much you already pay for the hotel. Otherwise we enjoyed the room and the breakfast and you should consider adding hashbrowns or breakfast potatoes!

The rooms in this hotel are spacious and clean! The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. It is a short walk to the historic district, and the hotel is located right next to a grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a terrific stay all the way around.

first room we got had a gnat problem. front desk seemed to be aware of it and moved us to a different room. we asked for the room to be cleaned one day and the sheets were not clean - had to have housekeeping come and change the sheets. we asked for more coffee when they came to do the sheets but they didn't bring more coffee. the daily breakfast was so-so. other than that, we enjoyed the stay. front desk personnel were awesome.

Nice clean quiet place
The place is nice and clean. I had no issues except that there was a 5 dollar a day parking to use their own parking lot. This was not disclosed on hotels.com site. Only found out because there was a little sign printed on copier paper at the desk. Not a big deal but not disclosed before arrival. And they did not know what car i had so anyone could be parking there for free if they were not a guest.

Nice hitel, clean and spacious. Staff were wonderful. Hot breakfast. $5/night for parking. I don't mind paying minimal for parking, but shoukd have a permit or something to show you paid it, otherwise why bother to tell staff you have a car? Anyone could park in the lot.

Great hotel for families not pets
The hotel rooms are nice and clean, on-site parking ($5 per night), close to downtown Prescott (5 minute walk). Nice breakfast. Warm and clean indoor pool.
The biggest issue is on Hotel.com it says there is a Pet Deposit of $75 per stay and a $20 charge per night per pet. The hotel changed the price to $75 per night - can't do much once you are at the hotel with your pet. The front desk lady did give us a discount but it was double what we expected. I don't think it is right to change the price on fees and say "3rd parties don't know our fees so we will not honor that".
