We were traveling with 2 small children and booked because of the pool. It was empty and had been for a long time. They advertised ammenities that were not available. Showers were not cleaned from previous guests. Breakfast was also a joke. Cerial or waffles. Fruitbowl with brown banannas.Also the room door lock on my daughter's room was broken, it needed a new battery and the front desk person was cranky and not helpful to get my daughter back into her room. We were late to my grandson's high school graduation because she would not listen enough to recharge the door lock. She kept re-setting the key. Dont waste your money or time.

The rooms were clean. The window screen was broken. The bar was closed because they lost their liquor license. The pool was closed as well for some unknown reason.

Horrible Stay
This was our last hotel stay on an 11 night motorcycle trip. This was the worst hotel of all 11 nights. This hotel is run down, it looks good in the picture and the lobby is nice but thats where it ends. Our room door lock was broken and we had to latch the inside lock so nobody could enter our room. There were holes in the in the window screen. The floor banged when you walked on it, like it had a false floor. The bathroom had a dirty shower curtain and mildew in the tub surround. The pool is still broken, this is noted on the website. The Fatburger in the parking lot is closed for good so there are no restaurants near this hotel. Staff did not show up to cook breakfast in the morning, so our "included" breakfast was nothing. There were bagels in the breakfast area with mayo, ketchup and mustard, staff could have put out some butter or cream cheese. There were frozen breakfast sandwiches behind the counter, they could have offered guests 1 sandwich each. So no breakfast, no discount, nothing offered. I will say the bed was comfortable and you get a free bottle of water in your room. Still I would never stay at this location and would never recommend anyone stay here.

I would never stay here again. I was put in a non working room which in addition to the TV not working it did not have conditioner and the safe did not work. The spa and pool were broken. The front desk person said I could check back the next day to be moved and when I did was told to come check back later as rooms were being cleaned. I came back several hours later and was told I could not be moved that there were too many new check-ins. Seriously? I was there first, I would think I would get first priority over people who hadn't even checked in yet. She then just walked away without even attempting to care. Needles to say I left and have been spending the rest of my two week stay elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice, the only issues were. The pool area was closed due to sprinkler system issues. We could of went to the YARC for a pool but that wasn't open when needed it. We also didn't feel like traveling off site for a pool or hot tub. The place was clean, but then there was no housekeeping on the weekend, so if you needed a new towel or towels you had to get them from the front desk. Would I stay here again ? Most definately, it was a nice place. next time we will check to see if the pool is open... OH and the breakfast's were very good.

Property has deteriorated since I stayed there last. Ice machines are broken so you have to go to the front desk and they get you some from the kitchen. The front desk didn’t have any clean plastic ice bags so I was expected to use the same one all week. The person who sits in the office behind the front desk seemed annoyed that I would even want a fresh bag. The carpet in my room was torn, the towels were shredded and it was cash only at the bar. The weeds had over taken the exterior of the property.

So the pool was not available which was one of the main reasons we booked at this hotel. The breakfast wasn't available due to staffing issues 1 day. They couldn't provide a spoon for breakfast. We were there from Friday til Tuesday and the room was never cleaned due to staffing issues.

No staff.. no one is answering the phone when we need something.. have to eat breakfast out because there was no breakfast serve. Accordingly the attendant preparing food didn’t show up. Very poor staff service. Never again.

Pool Closed, Hot Tub Closed
Driving cross-country and excited to stay here, but was extremely disappointed - pool CLOSED, hot tub CLOSED, fitness room was not accessible. Breakfast was mediocre, but no MILK for cereal.
This wasn't just a random closure - so please let people now that key amenities are not available, so they can make an informed decision on where they want to stay. Felt a bit of a bait-and-switch.

Not the best hotel Williston has to offer.
The person working the front desk in the evenings was amazing. She handled guests, served drinks, took food orders and made sure everything was handled.
The property needs some maintenance. Panic buttons on exit doors stick and do not operate correctly without getting aggressive with them. Front entry doors do not open correctly, outside of the property needs cleaned up, sprinkler system needs inspected for leaks and repairs made.
Fitness room is very small and has no airflow.
Breakfast was always good.

This hotel is in rough shape and does not have enough help.
The safe did not work
They had no house keeping on the weekends so basically we got to pay to be our own maid
I went to get change from change machine for washer and it took my $5 but no change
The washer and dryers for guest usage had two down and the other two did not work properly the clothes were soaked coming out of washer and the dryer took two cycles to dry our clothes
We rented the room because they had a pool but the pool was down I asked they just said it’s broke
One of the towels I got myself from front desk on the weekend had a big black stain I smelled the towel and the gasoline smell on it was over powering the big problem with this is someone had to fold this towel and they did not notice it at all
I would never stay there again

No hot tub
I was very disappointed that the pool/hot tub was closed. We have stayed in other places that offer sign ups for the pool or limits numbers in the pool. But it really stinks when I book a room for a pool and hot tub and it is unavailable. I realize this was company policy more than likely and not the hotels fault.

My husband and I stayed here for one night because we were flying out of Williston. We looked at quite a few different hotels and this one seemed to be one of the better ones but we were wrong. We arrived and checked in and when we got to the room it had already been used - dirty towels, Unmade bed etc. no big deal we just went to the front desk and told them and they got us a different room. This room hadn’t been slept in but it was FILTHY! Everything in the room was dirty - counters, shower, carpet, couch, the bed looked clean but not really sure and we were too tired to make another trip downstairs. The room also reeked like smoke and dirt- we couldn’t even sleep due to the smell. We will not be staying here again.

We didnt like the squeaky beds, you couldnt turn over without them squeaking. The room we stayed in was on the second floor above the car port area. Pigeons made it their home and you could hear them all the time. Very irritating. The lighting in the pool/hot tub area was very dim so it made me wonder if there was something in there that they didnt want you to see. The pool was very cool.

The walls were so covered in dust and there was a visible stain on the wall that was dripping down it that was not cleaned for awhile I don’t even want to know what that was. I have stayed here many times and always had a good experience but this stay was A huge miss

The room was comfortable and the hotel in general was very quiet and restful. What I didn't like was the tell tale sign that housekeeping skipped cleaning the shower by the long hairs that were on the shower wall and in the tub.

Will not stay again.
Didn’t notice until the next morning that our comforter had a big yellow stain on it. Hotel had very few people there, but breakfast was almost nonexistent. The food items that were left were very dried and kitchen didn’t refill until more occupants commented on the breakfast.

Disappointed had phoned ahead to ask questions about Motel. Ask if they had a hot tub said yes then when I got there the hot tub was down for the winter. The reason I booked there was because of the hot tub. Also missed cleaning our room. End result. NOT HAPPY !

Facility was clean and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and shower pressure was good (which is a bonus). Property was close to the airport and Walmart. There is a Fudruckers restaurant on the property and they gave a percentage off your meal if you are staying at the Sheraton.

They were excellent at handling a slight hiccup with our service dog.
The breakfast was excellent, except the kitchen cooked food needs to be up to restaurant code, fully cooked and no added salt and pepper, but it was still good.

The girl that was working the front desk was out having a smoke break and we had to wait for her to finish before she came back to the front desk to check us into our room. The we wanted to go to the pool to relax to find that it was closed. To close a pool on a Friday to add chemical not very smart. Other then that the room was nice and breakfast was good.

Not so good. Work ran late so I got to the hotel around 10, Lounge was closed, got checked into my room. put luggage on bed and bed squeaked really loud. Both beds squeaked really loud. Turned TV on - TV did not work messed around with it for 10 minutes. Gave up and went to bed on the bed that squeaked loudly every time i moved. Wont be back. Could have had a hotel somewhere else for way less money and had a working tv and non squeaky bed.

Travelling through Williston is a late winter storm we found the hotel available as a safe port. Check in was great with Danny (and her service dog) very welcoming and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The beds and linens were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great. Nothing but good things about our experience at the Four Points.

Very Dissappointed
Front desk clerks dont say goodmorning, Hi, bye, Nada!! Not that some really dont care, however its common and known practice to be politeful in any hotel. Next my room stayed dirty for several days and I was not given a reason why my room was not being serviced! No one called me, I called front desk to speak with Sheila (manager) and she was too busy to talk nor call me back. Just a really uncomfortable and dissappointed stay here.

Booger in one bed, hair in the other.
I checked in ok, but when I folded down the bed sheets to get into bed, there was a booger in the sheets. I was absolutely disgusted. I tried the other bed in the room and saw a hair on the sheets. It was longer than any of my hair. I called guest services and they did switch me rooms. I was worried at that point if sheets were even washed there. I was told that sheets are always “changed” and the new room had “99.9%” sure they were changed. So I lied in bed just imagining what may have been in the sheets with me.

Overall, my stay was quite nice. I had a slight issue with cleanliness, because there was a stain on the bedding. The linen smelled fresh, but the stain made me wonder if they had been changed out or not. The rest of the stay was excellent. The staff members were extremely friendly and the hotel had a modern fold me feel. The room was extra large as compared to other standard hotel room sizes. There was a bar that also serves food right on the premises. The location is a bit far from town, so there isn't anything really in walking distance. If five minute drive will get you right downtown though.

Don't stop keep driving
Firstly the foundation has sunk by front entrance, can't get cart in unless someone lifts the front of cart. Men were sitting out by front entrance drinking beer. Tacky...Secondly my room smelt like a sewer. Had to be relocated to different floor
Gal at desk said there were issues like that. Then to top it all off, next morning went out to vehicle and saw that my back window had been broken out in the night.
That just ruined our trip.

Nice hotel...comfortable room, accommodating staff
Downside was that we found a soiled towel in with the clean ones in our bathroom. The staff was apologetic but because we'd booked on line they could offer us no discount or reimbursement... contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel. We are still not certain what if anything was done on our behalf.

Not worth it!Nor a true representation of Sheraton
Switched rooms 2 times before I finally forfeited my nonrefundable room rate and moved to a much better and cleaner hotel (Hampton Inn - highly recommended!) the staff didn't seem to think that a room that was not dusted, vacuumed and had fecal material still stuck to the inside of the toilet bowl warranted my money back. I literally paid to leave that hotel and go somewhere where my family would be comfortable. Absolutely disgusting! Don't know how this place has ANYONE booking rooms there. Save yourself the time, money and energy and go stay somewhere else!
