Upon arrival the hotel was disgusting. In the room it didn’t look bad until I looked at the head board and it was a dirty used syringe I immediately checked right back out just nasty

Should not be listed by Expedia. This is my 3rd time that Ive had substandard lodging recommended by Expedia.
Torn carpets, ripped bedspread, cigarette smell in nonsmoking room.

Bueno para ir a la Base
Para ir a la Base es muy buena localización ya que está en una zona de poco bullicio. No cuenta con elevador lo que hace dificil para los que llevan equipaje pesado. El servicio de limpieza en la habitación tienes que solicitarlo; ya que no son constante. Por lo demás muy acogedor y bonita el área donde está localizado.

there was dog poop on the entrance door for days.there was a trash bag on stairs on third floor filled with trash for days.in the middle of the floor

Worst hotel experience we have had in a long time!
The staircase was oozing with the smell of pot and some sketchy folks were hanging out there.No elevator that i could find. The key did not work and had to be redone. Then the toilet would not fill up and flush. They only provided 2 towels: when i called the office noone would answer. The beds were comfortable but the blankets were riddled with cigarette burns. (non smoking room). The carpet needed a very good cleaning. I would have asked for another room but our other room was just as bad. We went down for the continental breakfast.in the morning,.which entirely consisted of an empty fridge, empty cases to hold pasteries, a few sllices of white bread and butter , no jelly, and two types of cereal. Nothing else was set out. Plain bread and cereal is not a continental breakfast, and this was early (hardly anything was simply put out to eat -the spaces to hold food was clearly empty). We will NEVER stay at a super 8 again without fear of the same experience.

Unhappy and disappointed.
I really had a bad experience. The hotel was old with a really bad smell and forget about sleeping it was so noisy all night. I wanted to leave the when I got there but the front guy said that I was there for a long time and did not wanted to give me the refund. I even offer to pay only one night but he said no I had to stay there the 3 nights I booked because he was not going to refund me. I don’t recommended this hotel at all.

Don't book here!!!!
DIRTY!! Window could be opened from outside on ground floor, breakfast/coffee was to be available at 6. Desk clerk watched us go in and out from a little after 5am. At 6am went to get coffee before leaving and was told it would be about 10 minutes when he was not busy before this. We left. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

I did like my stay at this hotel. But what I didn't like was the entire state that I was there they only had ice in the machine one time. Every hotel is supposed to have ice in their machine everyday. And front desk act like they didn't even care. The men at the desk. The lady was so nice , that she went to the back where the kitchen was and got ice for my kids and I. Also they didn't want to give you no bath clause more towels Hardly. . But overall my stay was okay other than those two things

The property was located behind a closed restaurant and hard to see from the street. Missed entrance sign initially. Bathroon in lobby out of order. Breakfast was very meager. Desk clerk/manager was pleasant.

Smokey non-smoking room.
We had reserved a non-smoking room. The room smelled of smoking. There were burn holes in the bedspread and blanket. The bedspread was also stained (a strange white stain). The breakfast was mediocre, and the breakfast room had old air conditioners, counters, etc. piled in corners. When I complained to the front desk about the smoke smell in the room, the woman said sorry, we can't stop someone from smoking in a non-smoking room.

Needs improvements.
We think hotels should have at least queen size beds. It is very uncomfortable sleeping in a full size bed with two people.
Usually a toilet seat has paper around the lid showing it has been cleaned, this didn't. The outlets for the phones didn't work in several areas. We had 4 people with phones but we couldn't charge all the phones. The TV reception was fuzzy, not good reception.

The propperty was being poorly renovated. The biilding itself was lopsided. The towels and washcloths were minimal in number. Their cleanliness was in question. The tubs were not clean. The staff were neither friendly, social or helpful. Bedspread had paint allover them. The curtain could not be raised as the chain lifter had come off the track. The only good thing sbout the hotel was the surrounding area. I wouldnt have stayed if i had not already paid. You really need to take them off your list until they are appropriately renovated. No elevators

The only blanket on the bed had a big hole. The room was very tiny and being a handicap room it would have been very difficult to accommodate a wheelchair. We asked for a room on the first floor and the handicap room was the only one available which we took because we would have had to be in the second floor but there is no elevators in the motel
We paid for a king bed and we got a queen bed that was in the handicap room. When I made the reservation I was told a hot breakfast would be served and it was a sub continental breakfast. The smoke alarm's in our room was inoperable. The chain latch was missing off the entry door. We will never stay at a Super 8 Motel again.

Everytime we have stayed at this location there has been alot of noise. Each time we have stayed there has been a couple who fights and argue all day and night which makes the stay at the location horrible. The manager continuously knocks om their door and tells them not to fight and argue with each other but thats it. They are never asked to leave which i dont understand with all the noise that they make . Is a shame and not good business.

Not worth the money at all . Felt very unsafe
The room we had was horrible. First of all the door to the room didnt even stay closed. As well as the peep hole was completely open and you could see directly into the room from the hall. So when i called tge front desk to ask for another room they said they didn't have any more smoking rooms available. Not handled well at all. Very unprofessional.

The property was under renovations and you could smell the construction materials. The room was clean but there was no handicap ramp to enter facility. I did request and was put in a first floor room.

They was doing renovations in the lobby so it was dusty and dirty… the room needs updating… the bathroom door had a hole at the bottom… the finishes was in poor condition… the towels were dingy looking and had visible pubic hair while folded… I left before my stay was complete the room made me cringe…

We didn’t have any towels, soap, toilet paper or even a remote for our tv in the room. When we asked for towels they only gave us 2 for the weekend. Definitely need to do better

The best thing about this hotel was the price and the yound woman at the check in was nice and helpful. The window to my room was open and there was no screen- this posed a safety issue for me since i was traveling alone and was on the first floor. The door to room was beyond difficult to open once the key was used- this when the young woman at the checkin was helpful- she basically had to bust the door open. The hotel overall is need need of serious upkeep and TLC.

Good spot!
All was as expected. I had gathered the breakfast offerings were small so I brought things to augment it. I got 2 of the hotel’s prepackaged muffins & made 2 of my mugs with Their Lipton tea bags. Used their napkins. Hotel was relatively quiet. The tv and WiFi were good.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life and I’ve stayed in some dumps. You couldn’t tell if it was under construction or falling apart. The place smelled very strong of marijuana. People in and out all night long. “Drug deals” The staff was not friendly and rude. The curb appeal was terrible. And I never seen the first sign of the breakfast that was suppose to be offered per the website.

Super dirty!
This Super 8 was super dirty. There were burn marks on the bedding and everything in the room had either chips or paint peeling off of it. Wyndham should be embarrassed having their name associated with this dump.

It was fairly clean and comfortable. The tub didn't have a super. I was looking forward to a bath.

Best hotel in the area on a tight budget
Best hotel for a budget. Every room has some type of damage. Staff is nice but unable to accomadate most guest requests. (Extra pillow/blanket etc) likely due to management or covid.

This is an old, run down motel. I found a toenail on the table beside the bed! Gross!! The front desk copied my drivers license because i used Hotels.com for my reservation. No other motel has ever done that. There is no elevator. This is a no tell motel and not worth the cheap rate!

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed here and each time they require my credit card and Driver's license. They make a photo copy and refuse to return the copy to me when I check out. This time, they also refused to give me a receipt. The only answer I receive as to why is that I paid through a third party. This is not an answer as to why they need to keep a copy of of DL and my credit card, and does not make sense. I don't think I will be staying here again.

Nice for the price
It was nice for the price we paid, wish the breakfast was open. Definitely could use some upgrades in the bathrooms but were only there to sleep so it was good. Very clean! Had a small problem with tub that was taken care of

Don’t plan on a Shower
I wish I would have taken pictures the room was ok but the bathroom was the worse thing I’ve ever seen. Water damages ceiling and don’t bank on taking a shower I was visiting family and had to shower at their house. Never again I feel completely Robbed.

Small hotel
We stayed 4 nights and didn’t want maid service. Less exposure to people the better you’re not exposed to COVID. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The bed mattress creaks. The towels and the TV were the best part of their amenities. The WIFI was a bit slow.

The price of the room was very reasonable, and the room was very clean. The things that were not so favorable were the traffic in and out of the motel most of the night and someone in the room above ours tended to walk the floor much of the night. Overall I was pleased with the stay and it met my expectation based upon the charges.

This property needs to be renovated. Outdated appliances, and tv (remote control was duck taped to keep batteries in) however the framed artwork on wall was a very nice look.
