Our room was great except for the shower water would not get hot and who doesn't love a hot shower. We finally ended up moving rooms.
Breakfast was awesome and the gentleman that put it out was super nice and great with the kids.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and it is my choice for hotels in Williston. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

There was a gentleman that made breakfast in the morning. I can't remember his name, but he was an absolute delight! Breakfast was good, and he took the time to say hello to people. A smile can make or break a day! I was even a little sad to not see him last Friday morning as that was my check out day. I hope good things happen to that man.
As far as the rest of the stay, it was good. However, there was no cleaning products in the gym and one of the machines was missing a piece that allowed people to select the amount of weight they want to use. The hot tub was down all week which was unfortunate. Hopefully it can be fixed soon! I'll be sure to stay there the next time I'm in Williston for work!
Also, providing dinner at the end of the day as well as breakfast was a deal breaker for me! I saved so much money on eating out!!!! This alone will bring me back every time.

No hot tub
I usually love my stays with Best Western, but this hotel did not have the hot tub up and running. It was my main requirement because I am disabled and the hot water helps my muscles after a long day of travel. When I checked in I told the gal I was going to soak in the hot tub and she didn't even bother to tell me it was under maintenance. It upset me. I could have simply got in the bath tub instead of getting my swim suit on and all.

They didn’t have “do not disturb” signs for the doors. When I asked for one, they said they stopped buying them. Then noted that I couldn’t stop the maids from entering my room. Just bizarre

Ive stayed at this location numerous times, and its always been an incredible place to stay. This time, there were numerous issues. The room, the toilet struggled to flush. There was one sink that was incredibly slow to drain. We were on the first floor, so everyone who decided to come through the lobby yelling through out the night, we were privileged to that. The pool was out of commission, (this hotel was picked specifically because its normally open 24/7) we were allowed to go to another hotel to use their pool/hot tub. We tried that, and their hot tub was down as well. The breakfast is usually a highlight. This time, it was a let down. This last time I stayed at this location, honestly it wasn't memorable, or even good value for the money spent. With all the issues, had I known, I would have looked for a campground instead. Less than ideal.

It was a very clean, well-appointed Prooerty with lots of amenities. Tge breakfast was really good. This is the second time I’ve stayed there. One small thing I didn’t really like was that the water in the shower can be made only a little warmer than body temp. It’s not very fun showering and I get in and out quick. I thought it was just my room the first time, but this was a different room over a year later. And you know, two occurrences make a trend. That was only a small issue in an overall wonderful experience I. A great facility. The rooms are incredibly well-kept as is the whole facility. It’s really a fine place to stay, and the location is very close to everything important in the town. If I stay in Williston in the future, it will be here.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my husband. The hotel was very nice, rooms were big and spacious. The staff was incredible and so friendly! The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. The hotel was quiet and very clean. This will hands down be my go-to hotel when I come up to Williston to visit my husband! The price of the room was reasonable as well.

The pools heater wasn’t working while we were there my daughter made a go of it anyways. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and this hotel was very clean and comfortable! Very great quality for the price.

My room was great! The continental breakfast was good and big selection! But everything else sucked!!!
First off you walk in the front door to overflowing garbages only to be greeted by a guy just standing in the lobby - oh nvm he’s the one checking you in! But don’t mind his buddy standing there with a case of beer on the front counter. Whatever we get checked in - no directions of where our room is - didn’t tell us anything about breakfast the next morning like they normally would!!
Hallways are covered in dirt - our room is great though!
On to the pool - whole reason we picked this hotel - water was gross. Not a single clean towel but about a dozen dirty ones laying around the room along with random garbage. Guy from the front desk lets a couple young boys in to swim - in their underwear kind you - goes and gets them clean towels(don’t bring any for the guests or nothing). On our way back to our room we stop in the lobby to get some more towels since we had to use our 2 from our room for us 3 that were swimming. The guy is sitting at the front counter with about 10 buddies and 3-4 cases of beer having a party!!!!!!!! ‘Party in the lobby every night’ No thanks!!
Next morning at least the continental was huge and a big variety!!
Still - 10/10 won’t stay again

Rooms were clean, pool was fine, a bit small and really busy the weekend we were here. The fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to work, had a lightbulb out above the sink, and one of our overhead lamps above the bed didn’t work. Overnight the hallways were quiet but could hear stomping from the room above us.

Staff were great, friendly and efficient. Our only problem was that there was no hot water on our first morning there, which they were working on. Biggest issue was that the shower curtain in bath was too short (was about an inch above the bottom of shower) and water was everywhere on the bathroom floor after showering. Had to use 4 towels to clean up the floor.

Best Best Western Ever!
Staff were incredible. Wonderful breakfast, and on one of my evenings stays there was a complimentary evening meal. Waste conscience - the leftover breakfast food were made available to quests coming and going rather than being thrown out after breakfast time. Nice clean room; love the citrus soap,

This was an excellent hotel! Super friendly staff who helped us with a late checkout.
Delicious hot breakfast - the most options I’ve had ever seen at a hotel - eggs, sausage, scrambled eggs, scrambled egg whites, French toast sticks, hash browns, waffles, and so many others. Lots of flavored creamers too.
The room was big, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Williston.

Check in was easy, staff were friendly. It rained 2 of the 3 days we were in Williston, however the floors were kept dry. Only 1 elevator was operational but the hotel wasn't busy enough that it caused an issue. Complimentary dinner Mon-Thurs, we did not eat when we checked in on Thursday but it smelled amazing. Great variety of breakfast items from hot to cold. Beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. Only 2 towels in the bathroom for a room with 2 queen beds.... would be nice to have had 4 but wasnt a big deal. Shower had good water pressure and temperatures. Ac and heat both worked nicely. Tv was a bit finiky but Im sure that was the storm. Walmart is across the street and several eateries close by. We have family in Williston and this is conveniently close to their house. I could see this becoming our go to hotel when visiting.

This is a nice hotel at a convenient location right next to Walmart. Room is very nice and the hotel is beautiful, however I had no hot water , it was lukewarm which made my stay terrible. I complained but the stuff there is not helpful, my issue wasn’t resolved.

Even though a wide scale power outage had a bit of an ongoing impact on the hotel systems, the staff remained courteous and professional. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Should the need arise I won’t hesitate to stay at Best Western again.

Work out room equipment out of date and didn’t have work. They let me cancel my second day as a result and switched hotels. Otherwise very clean and good food! Will definitely stay again when they get equipment fixed!

Laundry room easily accessible.
Work out room is open 24 hrs.
Office staff are really friendly.
Room was clean, comfy and we stayed three night.
Room phone didn’t work, shower curtain pole was droopy and bathroom fan didn’t work.
Internet was spotty for my partner and not really fast for me, but it did work for me.
Next door to Walmart - that was convenient.

Disappointed in our stay
We decided to move to the Best Western Plus to enjoy the pool and hot tub. It was very dirty and no towels were available unless you went to the front desk. There was no breakfast available, as they could not replenish the supply. We went down at 8:30 AM and they said food was coming in a few minutes. We waited for 20 minutes along with four other families and no food came out. We decided to go out and buy breakfast. When we returned people were still waiting for food.

Dor the mkst part the rokm was very clean, i did notice a dead bug on the dlor next to the door of the room. And there was painters tape hilding up some of the kick boards. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable

Hotel wasn't bad and was fairly new with updates. However, it has the horrible sewer or gas smell in the lobby. My room's bathroom smelt like a locker room or feet. The pillows were pretty lumpy and not comfortable. Only about 50% of the employees and guests were wearing masks (I think that is how North Dakota is though so probably a location thing).

We stay here every year on our way through Williston. Clean hotel, good service. This year, check-in was slow, and during the evening hours we saw the front desk staff doing the laundry (bedding, towels). Probably short staffed, but it all worked out. The housekeepers are doing a great job!

I booked the room for my parents who were coming to visit, and they are both elderly, and their room was wonderful, everything was comfortable and convenient for them, and the staff was very helpful.
