Staff was friendly, breakfast was always on time, well stocked, and kept clean. Our room was clean, pool was clean, the gym could've used a good wipe down but the equipment worked well. Overall we had a good experience and would stay here again.

The bathroom layout was terrible, the sink was outside of the bathroom, but the towel rack was.inside of the bathroom. The room I had booked was supposed to have 2 tvs and it only had one. The water pressure for the shower wasn't good either.

Staff was great. The room was horrible. The room smelled like dog piss and in the morning when we got out of bed there was sand and dirt all over the sheets. We thought we had bed bugs. There was piles of dog poo all over the grounds out side. It was just dirty.

Nasty place to stat
In the bathroom of the hotel room was a whole bunch a pubic hair on the ground, we even seen some on the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. Customer service was nice l. I did go up and tell them about the hair all over and all he offered was to clean it up for us. I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to how dirty it was. It really didn’t look like anyone cleaned the room.

Cockroach & Pet Hair
Needed a place to stay the night while visiting family. The carpet was full of pet hair and clearly had not been vacuumed. We woke up to find a cockroach in a shirt that was hanging on the back of a chair. We won't be staying here again.

The hotel pool was indoors, which was nice and accessible. Breakfast is a bit cramped into the lobby, overall the place is a bit smaller in space. Beds were comfy, wish there were laundry bags and also better fitting shower curtains since there was water everywhere after taking showers

Good value, comfortable stay
I also stayed in this hotel about a year ago. It seems like some good improvements have been made as far as lighting and overall atmosphere. Breakfast is good, bed was comfortable, the only issue would be lighting in the bathroom as it was pretty gloomy in the shower/ toilet area. Hotel overall was very quiet other than a few very loud guests in the hallway late in the night which is not any fault of the hotel.

The hotel is dated but was clean inside and outside. There was daily housekeeping of my room. Bed was very comfortable I slept really good because it was quiet. All the guest that were there very respectful of each other no loud talking, music, even kids were quiet. Hotel offered free breakfast I did not try but smelled good when I was leaving every morning. The only negative I had was the room smelled like smoke when I initially got into the room. I kept the AC on as a fan to have continuous air circulating. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. I would return and stay at this hotel again.

Just a one nighter but nice
Good place to stay. Quiet hallways, only heard the neighbors door once. Clean bathrooms and all table tops. Decent size fridge. Soft bed and pillows. Slept great.
My only complaint would be the ice maker on our floor wasn't working so I sent my teen to the next floor down to get ice.

Lost one of my paid for two nights sleep to arguing neighbors at 4:00 AM. Didn’t stop till I got up went down the hall and told them to shut up.By this time my nights sleep was ruined.

The rooms were clean and nice and kept up. The staff was incredibly kind. The common areas weren't as good, the hallway carpets were coming up and smelled of cigarette smoke. The area felt safe.

Good place to stay for sleep and refresh.
My first assigned room was less than desirable. There were crumbs of some food on the rug and it did not feel clean. It was on the 3rd floor and overlooked the 2nd floor roof. I asked to be given a different room and was not happy with 2 other rooms I was shown. One smelled of both tobacco and weed. The other was small and cramped. The last room on the 2nd floor was good. Breakfast was good and generous. Service by front desk and housekeeping was great.

The room was great. Only thing was I traveled with my elderly mother and there were no grab bars in tub/shower except for one at opposite end of shower head. I asked for handicapped room and there were none available. Breakfast was perfect. Would stay here again.

The bed and linens were amazing!! Very clean room, love the fridge microwave and coffee pot, love the free breakfast,, love the lemon cucumber water. Staff was amazing, should have checked in at 3, she saw we were exhausted from a 6 hour flight and let us get in early.. excellent customer service. We went for a funeral and her top priority was making sure we were comfortable.

If only all hotels were run so well. Spotless clean, very well run, big room, super comfy bed! I had arrived a little early on July 18th, 2023. It was a record hot day and had a small need to hopefully park my motorcycle in the shade and check in a little early for some A/C. The wonderful staff Krystal and Mable assisted me and really made me feel welcomed. I really appreciated their kind professionalism. Thank you!

We found cut toenails in several places in our room. We waited over 15 min for someone to come to the desk to chk us in at 8:00 PM. No ‘be back in a minute’ note or anything was left at the front desk. We were there 2 days and carpets, elevator still had food crumbs that had not been cleaned up.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The room was very clean, as was the hotel amenities and common areas. It was quiet, as it does not sit on a main road. There are a few conveniences nearby which is great. The staff was very nice and helpful when I had questions. The breakfast is very good. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great choice. I’m glad it exceeded expectations and my family really enjoyed our stay. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast although it would be nice if it could be changed up but still enjoyed it. Great location, quiet and clean area. Definitely recommend this place.

When we arrived there was a strong smell of marijuana in and in the area of the elevator. When we got to our room there was another odor that was very strong. Because we were only staying there for about 36 hours we did not notify the desk. The staff was very accommodating by getting some rolls and cream cheese out for our 3:00am departure.

The location is centrally convenient for our weekend activities. The rate is competatively priced. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Our room on the second floor smelled like mildew and confirmed when the shower was used. There were mold/mildew specks on the ceiling & signs of leak from above.

After we were given a room, the atmosphere in the room was muggy bcuz they had just shampoo the carpets, couldn't walk on carpet, it was wet. They switched my room but the key continously couldn't work. My mom is 85 years old, she had to go up and down with me. The hotel itself was gorgeous, the service was incompetent that made the stay irritable and frustrating!!!

Not worth the price.
I paid for a suite but ended up getting a deluxe king. The description for the hotel stated two telivisions and a sofa bed. 1 televison in room and a very small couch for 1 person only. The furniture was really worn and the toilet would not flush properly. I ended up leaving a day early. They told me that they were completely sold out for the weekend. I spent over $1000 for three nights, definitely not worth it.
