What a disappointment! The place is very charming but it needs more attention than what it's getting. As soon as you walk in to the left is the bathroom. The floor of the shower is cracked in several spots, the shower curtain doesn't reach the floor and the shower liner is disgusting. There was urine at the bottom of the toilet close to the floor and dirt on top of the toilet seat. There was no toilet paper and only 2 towels for a place that sleeps 6!!!! The kitchen had no paper towel so I opened the cabinet under the sink and found there were chicken wing bones, not only in the garbage (that had not been taken out) but also a chicken wing bone just outside the garbage can. GROSS!!!!! This caused a bunch of bugs that lingered. We did reach out to management and they came to throw away the garbage and bring a roll of paper towels, toilet paper and 2 additional towels. We then had to go to Walmart to buy blankets, laundry detergent, bathroom cleaner and scrubber, Clorox wipes etc. We came back and washed all sheets and cleaned the bathroom, kitchen and floor before we could go to bed. We were booked for 3 nights and only stayed 1.

The property smelled like weed when we entered the loft. There was a used wet towel still in the bathroom and the trash in the kitchen had not been emptied from the previous guests. The “clean” towels were still damp and needed to be put in the dryer. There are cigarette burns in the carpet and comforter and stains on the pillows.

The room smelled like smoke. Couch was broken. Linens were dirty. Towels were wet. Washer/dryer were broken. No remote for TV. Difficulty accessing room due to entry code issues. Linens could be resolved through proper use of washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are too small to wash all of the linens and towels together. I have asthmatic allergies and am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke. The room caused me to have an asthma attack. A lady visited the room due to my complaints. She seemed sincere about wanting me to be happy, but the situation appeared to be beyond her control.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. SCAM. GOT CODE TO APARTMENT AND A DUDE WAS IN THERE DOING DRUGS.

There were 2 guys selling drugs on the porch could not enter building there were another 2 guys smoking pot outside. My cab driver said he would not feel right leaving me here neighbors was sketchy and unsafe. This area should not be rented out as it’s dangerous

Canceled on us 3 hours before check in. They did get us a new place to stay, however, it was very dirty and we did not stay there at all. Pee in the toilet. No toilet paper. Dirty dishes. Items left in the freezer. Light bulbs out in bathroom. Overall was0/10 and we had to crash with other friends due to the condition of the apartment.

The place is currently being renovated and it looks great. However, there was a load of laundry in my washing machine running when I entered the room. I had no towels, and once I looked closer it wasn't a place you would be comfortable staying at alone.

The stay was good. The room was very well equiped with kitchen wares, utensils, bathroom supplies, laundry machines, TVs, and bed. The location was good. Only 5-10 mins drive to both downtown Tampa and airport. I would consider stay here again.

Very nice and easy entry

This place is completely filthy and disgusting! There was hair all over the place,pillows cases and sheets all with stains.Not to mention the bathroom that had toilet paper on the floor! Everything was dirty! Gross! Pictures from this place are all photoshopped because it doesn’t look like it at all in person! Total scam! Refused to stay there!

No toilet paper, no wifi, no paper towels. The place was cute, if there were more attention to the essentials versus decor it would have been way better. Neighbors were so loud till 4 am we got no sleep. Located in a very bad neighborhood

Upon pulling up to this establishment there is no check in desk and other guests were sitting outside their rooms smoking meth! I loaded my child up as quickly as possible and bolted out! I have yet to hear back from this establishment and am disputing the charges with hotels.com. Don’t try your luck here!

I normally dont share reviews on anything but today we booked this location last minute after experiencing a bad situation at another hotel..room 205 was an easy access. Yes from previews reviews i learned everything was done remote and no contact with property owner. I took that risk and with total surprise we entered into our second home. The place was very clean and everything you need is available. No need to contact property management for any necessities. We will be back next week!!

This place is a SCAM! Do not rent here!

I booked this property for one night to attend the millennium tour in Tampa. The moment we arrived we could tell we’re in the hood. Prior to arrival we received a text message with a code to the main door and a code for the loft. The main entrance door was open no code needed. Everyone can just run in and out. Temperature was in low 50s as soon as I got in the loft I turned off the portable AC and try to turn on the heater. Couldn’t figure it out. At this point I’m running late I was stuck in traffic so I got ready and rushed out my Uber was waiting. When I got out of the Amelie Area it was freezing cold outside I got back to the loft area by 12:30 ish I tried again to figure the heater but it doesn’t seems like there was a heater. I called the phone number provided for guest communications no answer. I left a voicemail with my call back number. No one reached out. I tried to take a hot shower and make me a warm beverage that Is when I encountered roaches by the bed area and in the kitchen. There were roaches in draws and the oven. I was so disgusted. I could barely sleep I was scared for roaches to get in the bed and I was freezing cold. The next morning I reached out and requested a full refund and explained why I was told to reach out to Expedia. When I contacted Expedia I was told the property need to approve the refund. At this point I am getting the run around. Do yourself a favor and spend more for something better. Stay away from this place.

This was the absolute worst. I booked this properly they text me they would send a code so i could gain entry to the unit. They said i would have it by 2:30pm. As of 4pm still no code, i text and called them no answer or response. I called expedia and they tried calling the host, still no answer. I said i wanted to cancel, they told me i would have a penalty. Really, i cant get in my unit. I booked at a hotel expedia never helped me their customer. Oh i finally got the access code to get in at 2:30am. Ive reached out to the host for a refund 3 times by text and no response.

When we first pulled up, there was a crazy guy leaning out of the window and yelling. It was difficult to find the entrance to the building. When we finally found our room, there was someone already in it!! There was someone already in the room. OMG!
