Let's do it again
Wifi weak on my floor (but not throughout the building; I did let them know). Courteous staff. Quiet, despite being just off 5th Avenue. Housekeeping is very good. I would stay there again.

Had a lovely and good time. The hotel is neat and clean, very centrally located which is next to Rockefeller center. Had coffee machine in the room, big closet space and clean and neat bathroom. I had a twin room and had a winderful time😊Thank You.

Great location for Central Park and beyond
Was a great launching point for both going down by subway to the Battery and walking up through Central Park to the Museum of Natural History. Staff was super friendly and everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.

My mum and I stayed for 3 nights. Although this is an older hotel, it was very clean and had a lot of character. The staff were amazingly helpful with any questions we had during our first stay in NYC. The location was wonderful. Very easy to explore major sites.

The location is amazing. I love the older buildings. The bathroom is spacious and updated and the beds are very comfortable. The amenities on-site, pub and dining room, are good. The view from the solarium is amazing, and my daughter and I greatly appreciated the easy access to it. My only small negative is that we were next to a room that could serve as an adjoining room and we could hear everything next door. This was easily fixed by turning on the tv or music, but this would affect my room request in the future. And I will definitely stay here again. Another note: this building is also the home of the National Women's Republican Club. I'm a Democrat but this did not bother me.

Excellent small hotel in front of the Rockefeller Center. The room was large for a Manhattan hotel. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Heating was very good as well.
The hotel has a small bar and restaurant (I did not use it), but it is an option.
The staff professional and friendly.
The location is superb, accross Rockfeller center, 1 block from Saint Patrick Cathedral, walking distance to Grand Central Station.
No fridge, but it has a small room safe.

I bring black lights to hotels, this place is clean!!!! Excellent service by the everyone there from the front desk to the restaurant staff! The location is out of this world! Right by the Rockefeller and got to see the Christmas tree. Right in between lairs of landmarks, history, and food!! Cannot recommend it enough!!

Very convenient location
I loved the convenience of this hotel near Rockefeller Center and Fifth Avenue. Public transportation (north-south bus routes) are on Fifth (a few steps away) and on Madison (one block away). We found a good sushi restaurant just a few steps away on West 51.

3 west club is a tiny but clean and kind hotel which is located in 1 min walk to many famous spot. I visited during holiday season so I can enjoy the Christmas tree in the Rockfeller and the show at Saks 5th ave. Also, many shops on the 5th avenue and MoMA are in the walking distance.
Facilities are all clean and worked properly, although there is no refrigerator in the room. This hotel's value is clear- clean and nice room with cute lobby in a great location with reasonable price. No restaurant, no parking in the hotel, but you can find them outside. If their mix fit to you, this is the best place to stay.
I will be back to this hotel again!

I enjoyed my stay at 3 West Club. The check in/out was easy and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only amenities that were missing that wld have been helpful is a fridge and microwave. Thats minor though. For the price and location, it is a great find. I wld highly recommend.

Nice old-fashioned hotel, but it’s owned by the Republican Party. If you like having posters of Vivek partying with his supporters, then fine. But otherwise give your money to someone else. Too bad that a nice place with good staff is dedicated to such a bad cause.

Unfortunately, my husband had to go to the hospital during our stay. The staff helped us determine what hospital we should go to and helped me extend our stay in the same room.
The area is just north of Rockafeller Center, so there is a lot to see and do here. There is convenient shopping and you can walk to many of the attractions.

Great Place in Great Location
We loved staying here and will look at it as an option the next time we travel to NYC. It was VERY convenient to Central Park, St. Patrick's, Rockefeller Center, and MoMA. It was also a reasonable walk (about a mile) to most of the other things we wanted to do such as shows or MSG. There were tons of places to eat or do nearby. The room was comfortable and very clean. Everyone was really friendly. They even had a complementary umbrella in the closet for us to use on the day that it rained! And the price was less than other "name brand" hotels. We will be checking back for availability each time we visit NYC in the future.

The hot water took forever to get. The concierge said to run the water for 5 minutes to get hot water.
The room interiors were old, from the 1980s. There wasn’t an convenient location to charge devices.

It’s a Club and a Hotel in one, so not quite your usual hotel, a little old fashioned. Room had a bit of a worn look but still good and very clean, staff friendly and efficient. Great location, would definitely stay there again.

Service was amazing. The person at the front desk was helpful, friendly and just genuinely nice. The room was ok but there was constant noise from an electrical box which made it harder to sleep. The windows were also not super soundproof. Finally the coffee machine wasn't working properly. Overall, it was decent thanks to the people working there but slight improvements could be done to better the experience.

We were in NY for a Broadway play and we were really pleased with this hotel. The staff was super friendly and shuffled rooms a bit so we could check in early. The rooms are on the small size, but more than adequate for 2 people. We'd definitely stay again.

The restaurant and bar were not open during our stay but staff was helpful with making recommendations. Enjoyed the coffee maker in room. Great location!! Room was spacious and mostly quiet. Some construction noise the day we checked out. Also enjoyed the balcony overlooking the cathedral. Would recommend

The hotel has a quiet charm borne out of being an hotel, a wedding events venue and a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding Avenues. The 3 West Club is situated about 100 yards from the shopping Mecca that is 5th Avenue and a short walk from the entertainment provided on Broadway and the mayhem that is Time Square and yet once you are inside you could be a million miles from them all. The staff welcomed us like old friends they had just met and yet everything was delivered in a quiet, courteous way that made us feel highly valued.
The furniture in the room is deliberately subdued with lovely mahogany furniture giving the sense of a grandeur lost to many hotels. It wouldn't normally be my style but it was perfect and I highly recommend it.

BEST LOCATION for theater. Wonderful hotel. Room was comfortable and clean and newly renovated. Wish the water pressure was a little stronger in the shower but that is very minor. Only place we stay when in NYC.

First of all, I want to say that the staff is wonderful, and the location is perfect if you’re catching a show at Radio City Music Hall. We were close to the Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Lego Store, Nike, American Girl Doll, and many other fun places. There’s a delicious little pizza shop next door. The room was bigger than most places I have stayed at in the past, but I could hear a very loud woman in the room next to us. My door wouldn’t open and I kept having to bother the staff with reference to this issue, a different key ending up fixing the problem. I will more than likely stay again, but request a different room.

Nice boutique hotel near Rockefeller Center
Just completed my third time spending a long weekend at 3 West Club. I discovered this place a couple of years ago and really liked it. It’s old school with traditional furnishings, comfortable, quality bedding, marble bathrooms, and decent size rooms, and super friendly staff.

My teenage daughter and I traveled to NYC together for the first time and were a little nervous. This hotel was perfect for the two of us and made us feel safe and comfortable. We loved the real door key and the overall charm. The location made getting places very simple. Walking distance to so many things! Good options were abundant. We will stay here again when we return to New York.

What a lovely place to stay for a weekend! The location is great if you want to walk to see a Broadway musical or play.
Our room was well appointed with amenities. It was neat, clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

It is a nice place to stay close to everything. It was pleasant and I would stay here again. The only issue I had was that the walls are really thin. I could here the people next door. Not sure if it was because I had an adjoining door. I can hear the TV and phone calls they were making. Luckily, I only stayed a few days. But everything was clean.

It was my first stay. The property has a classy feel to it and felt crowded only during registration for an event in the narrow lobby. My room was spacious for NY, with ample closet and bathroom spaces. It looked sharp and felt clean. This location is ideal for accessing Manhattan in different directions.

The front desk lady was awesome. Got us in earlier than expected. She was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The walls were a little thin, so you could really hear your neighbors. But we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view of St. Patrick's Cathedral. Close to Rockefeller Center.
