Common areas very clean and breakfast well stocked. Loved the coffee bar! All employees very nice and helpful. Wish there was a restaurant in house or close enough to walk to.
I think our room could use a little TLC. Clean but a little tired. Great stay and we will be back in a couple months.

Great hotel
We got here at 11am and were able to check in and go to our rooms. Staff is very friendly. Walkable to Gulfstream and a strip mall with a Target. There is also a Steak n Shake basically in the parking lot. TV's are on in the breakfast area and coffee is available 24/7 which is great for me since I rarely sleep past 4am. The pool area is fine, but unfortunately no sunshine, so we haven't used it. We would definitely stay here again.

I have a disability and no one accommodated for me. I wanted a bottle of water and was unable to come down and get it. No one cared enough to bring me a bottle and I had to go without my pain meds. Liars and a terrible company!

Hotel was decent but Breakfast was awful. We were informed deposit was needed for incidentals but were charged for it. WHY? Now we have to chase for refund. Staff do not volunteer to give information when visiting the property. Only if you ask than information is shared.

I would highly recommend this hotel, close to the airport but not too close for noise, convenient to shopping of all kind and the beach is a short drive away(even if I didn’t get to go enjoy it!) casino was close by and all around friendly wait staff and easy and free parking. Great, delicious convenient breakfast. Very happy with my choice!

The check-in was extremelly slow, a single person at front desk handing a long line. While she was personable, without a notice, we were given a room sharing wall with 2 elevator shaft. The room type we prepaid for would be on the opposite side of the hallway. This room had water dripping from the ceiling at the window. At checkout, the front desk person was fakely apologetic for the 3 incoveniences mentioned citing the hotel overbooking.

Room needs to be updated, coffee meker needs a designate area for quick access to make my coffee its was hidden. I think for the price could be better.

As I mentioned to the morning manager. My only complaint is that the shower chair would get slippery when wet. I have an ACL rupture so I asked the management for a handicapped room. The room was clean and neat. It was just the shower. I didn’t feel safe in it. My husband did put a towel on the chair so it helped. But the staff is nice. The manager is nice. Breakfast is good. I will book again.

We have stayed here a few times. Had no issues before. This time, we kept having issues with the toilet, as well as the water in the shower was coming out brown. Outside of that, still a decent and convenient place to stay.

Excellent property located in the heart of Hallandale and in the very front of the Gulfstream Horse Race Track. Just 8 minutes by car to the best beaches in the area. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable rooms. It also has 3 Electric Vehicles charging stations...for FREE.
Definitively will stay again.

Nice hotel with a couple of concerns
This hotel was very nice. Overall, it is clean and modern (but I have a couple complaints which I will share below). It is close to many attractions in the Hallandale Beach/Aventura area and excellently located between the exciting cities of Miami and Ft Lauderdale. The pool was nice. The fitness center was nice also, but could have used a couple of treadmills. My gripes are as follows: The paint in the bathroom was chipping, especially around the bathtub, which is unattractive to me. There was a crack in the toilet tank, which is also unattractive. These are not “deal breakers”, but this hotel was rated high when I booked it, and to have these flaws in the bathroom was unexpected. Impeccably clean and attractive bathrooms are important to me, and I was disappointed. Also (even though this is not a part of the hotel)… the only restaurant within walking distance of the hotel is Steak n Shake across the parking lot. That restaurant is filthy, and service is unacceptably slow.

Shampoo and conditioner bottle was empty since we arrived at the room, but it was easily replaced after we called the main lobby. Also, toilet has no top, which at least for me it's extremely inconvenient after you give a flush, bacterias go all around, especially to the face towels (this is nasty). Pool needs more care, there's birds poop around it, sometimes you won't find clean towels as well, so you have "to bother" the main lobby to ask for some. Breakfast is absolutely GREAT, with a lot of variety. Overall it's a good hotel and quiet. Staff is super friendly.

We were 5 days and 4 night.The hotel was good for our purposes , breakfast and parking available for free but we found it that we did not have shampoo on the bathroom, we let know in front desk and the person who attended me told me he will tell the housekeeping the next morning for replaced it and no one did nothing, they never replaced the shampoo.

Overall the stay was good. I was in town for a funeral so we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. The s staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the small bed pillows.

Property clean and convenient right off of US1. Quiet and located near Aventura Mall, HCA Hospital, restaurants/shops. Personnel all friendly and happy to answer questions, accomodate special requests. I was able to borrow one of the luggage carts to help my son move in. Small but clean exercise room and pool. Good breakfast and cookies at night. Love the 24 hour coffee station.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. Staff was always at work cleaning the facility, stopping to help open doors when needed. All of the above is refreshing to experience and hard to find these days, so was much appreciated. The location was very convenient and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Rates were very reasonable as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

I have been booking to Hampton Inn for several years at different properties. It is convenient, well located, comfortable beds, offers free parking (Hallandale) and breakfast is free.
Unfortunately this last time, there were bedbugs. I am bitten all over my body, including my face. Toiletries in the bathroom need to be checked by the room service personnel and the shower curtain is old and outdated.
Front desk personnel was very courteous and helpful. Finally, I received two packages that arrived four days before I did, and they charged me $40 dollars for keeping those packages for me!!!!

I did not like my room was not sound proof cause every time sliding door open first floor, It was very disturbing and kept me up sometimes, specially when I tried to rest. I’m hoping to have a better room next time. Besides that I enjoyed my stay at Hampton.

Chosen for nearness to the Hard Rock stadium for the F1 and paid £370/ night for a motel type room with artex walls and ceilings. Whilst we appreciate prices inflate due to demand this was not even worth 1/2 of this amount. Public areas, staff and breakfast were nice, however we saw police cars in the carpark on a number of occasions and the area out if the back of the hotel were awful.

I like the idea that parking is included. Every time, I go to Miami, I stay at this hotel. However, on my recent visit, the treadmill was missing at the gym. Everyone is helpful.
