Everything was great. The only issue we ran into was the smoke detector being so close to the oven. I made something for Thanksgiving and used the oven at 450* and every time the oven door opened, the blast of hot air set off the alarm 😅 we managed it and it did turn off on its own, but just beware of this. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a long weekend. It was basically a one bedroom apartment without a door to the bedroom. It has a full kitchen and two large TVs. We were very comfortable and the people were very friendly.

Good place to stay if you need more than typical hotel fridge and microwave. Rooms have plenty of space and a much more homely feeling. Room service is only provided if your stay is more than 6 days. But ample supplies are left to get you through a few days of stay.

Tub wasn’t draining water down. Towels looked dingy. Was hair all in shower like it hasn’t been cleaned. But property looks nice. Inside was modern & updated.

Would stay there again/ minor issues
Went for a military graduation of a family member with 7 of us and the two rooms was more than enough space. Clean area and quiet, the only negatives I would give is the couch in one of the suites looked broken so we didn’t sit on it, there was a something dried on the stove that they couldn’t get off, and the freezer didn’t freeze so don’t get any ice cream. Other than that I would stay there again!

The kitchen was a true full kitchen, with a real stove with an oven and a large microwave, plus a regular sized refrigerator. This was important for us because we were staying several days. I would recommend asking for a room that does not face the busy highway.

Front lady Staff, Adrina(?) & Neek (?) were both extremely helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. LOVED THEM!
On the other hand, the hotel’s interior could use a bit more attention to the cleanliness as a whole. Laundry room was dirty, sticky surfaces in the room, very linty and dingy-like linen. Also, smelled Marijuana around the outside seating area near the pool entrance.

The property is really nice. The spacious apartment and its amenities. Inexpensive and pet friendly. My stay would’ve been great however, they are allowing people to live there (yes, as in been there for months) who does not abide by the rules. I felt unsafe. Quiet hours for the courtyard are from 9pm-7am. Well, it is quite the opposite. They come out with loud music, they are playing soccer in which the sound echoes because it’s enclosed, they are drinking, smoking everything from cigarettes to weed, cursing, and everything else during quiet hours. When walking my dog before bed, people are sitting outside the building smoking and drinking, listening to music. They leave cigarettes and beer bottles around the property. It is frightening to walk outside and see people sitting in dark area’s smoking and drinking while trying to walk your pet(s). It reminded me of the projects. My family and I was there from Thursday to Sunday and each night was horrible. I would not recommend this to anyone traveling with or without a family or looking for the comfort of a hotel stay. If you’re okay with all of that then by all means book there because the room is super nice.

The check in process was not the best. The front desk agent was unable to locate our reservation, having checked another party in under our name. That took a while to resolve. At check in, we were given an emergency number to call in the event of a lockout, because there is not a manager on property all the time. It's a good thing we kept that paper with us, because our keys did not work on the second day, and we had to call the number. The voicemail was full and nobody answered, so we had to call the number multiple times before it was picked up. It took about an hour for someone to return and rekey our cards. We were very disappointed.

Rooms are great! Clean, great amount of space. This is more like an apartment like stay. You’ll need hangers , and other things if your staying longer than a week. Staff is friendly. I’ve already booked my next stay!

The concept is very unique and I think it's rather solid. Room was nice. However, the shower knob was broken, experienced some spiders, and I wasn't the biggest fan of the bed (might be nitpicky). The towels also didn't dry very well. The qualities are there, execution not quite yet. The courtyard was a nice touch, though.

The convenience of full kitchen was beneficial to us. Being there during Thanksgiving holidays and having ability to enjoy left overs was great. The hotel did not handle garbage efficiency, hall cans were beeming over with trash. Hallway had large ugly strain concrete floor. Overall, stay was pleasant.

The property is well cared for and appears to be new. The rooms have a great layout. Very spacious, comfy and conveniently located. Nice, well-lit parking lot in a safe area. Jesus was a huge help. He was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good apartment. HOWEVER be aware that alot of these are used as long term rentals, walls are very thin, and think we were unlucky as we had crying baby one side and guys playing music till 2am most nights the other.
Try get an apartment that is not facing the highway as you can hear the big American trucks passing most of the time
Apart from that, great area, clean, spacious, everything you needed.

I liked that it was like a small apartment and I had space to prepare meals.
However, when we arrived our "not for pets"room was not clean (floors and surfaces) and there was dog hair everywhere. The lady that checked us in allowed me to borrow a vacuum so I could quickly vacuum the apartment, but we kept finding dog and other hair on the floors.

Nice place to stay
General manager is excellent! Spacious room, cleaning staff forgot to wipe doors and bottom of toilet was dirty. The door required fixing which we reported to maintenance and upon checkout. Would be nice to have paper towels.

I really enjoyed the full kitchen and it felt like a home away from home. There is not daily cleaning and towel exchange, but like an apartment, you take your towels down and exchange dirty towels for new ones when needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel important. We were greeted by the staff with a gift bag for our 50th anniversary! Our dog was welcomed and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Having a full kitchen worked out so nice for our 3 night stay in Columbia, Thank you.

Over all the stay was nice. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner (the dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty and the floor had some sticky spots). Also there is very little provided in the kitchen. My family of 5 did not have enough plates/cups etc. we ended up going into town and buying paper plates/plasticware. Other than those two issues the rest of the room was clean and as it should have been. Would give it another try as staff was excellent with communication.

Overall my stay was pretty pleasant. The room setup was very nice, more space than I thought it would be. My only complaints are 1.The General manager at this location attitude was very snobbish. 2.There was a foul order on the back side of the hotel smoking area, from animals urinating and pooping on the side walk.

The first night was terrible. The bath had a horrible odor and we had to close the door to not smell it. The shower was nice but the TV had limit channels to watch. We got ready to go to bed we found bugs in one bed that appear to look like fleas, stains and pubic hair in the other bed. The walls seems to be very thin because heard foot steps constantly over our head, someone playing music or a party around 3AM, and maybe someone who had their TV up too loud. Do to the noise we were late to an important event. We explained the issues to General Manager. She appear to be in disbelief at first but she was so nice and made other accommodations to make us comfortable with no extra charge.

I love the the extra space...the feel of apartment living at a price less that some hotels!! Our suite was very clean. The staff very friendly. I even called and spoke to Janet a couple of times before we arrived and she was extremely helpful.

I communicated prior to check in about arrival time and that I had a dog. When I arrived the person in the office was rude that she was not aware of dog, I showed her the mail, in which I mentioned it 2x and they responded that they where aware. Also my room was not ready and I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for it to be ready, I was not checking in early it was after check-in time!

I liked that the property was new. What I did not like is that they do not have hours of operation after 9 pm, so when we had a noisy upstairs neighbor who kept us awake there was no course of action to take because no one picked up the phone.

I loved the space and cleanliness of the rooms. Perfect. I did not like not having a dresser, but the closet had shelves. I hated seeing the trash right by the elevator. very unsightly. Also, the black trash bags on the lower floor was an eye sore, even though it's for a reason.

I enjoyed my stay at the Stay Apt. in Columbia SC the apt was immaculate and the service was superb. And I will be staying there every time I am in Columbia. Also I was near everything the mall and all my favorite restaurants. On a scale of 1-10 I give give them a perfect 10

Awesome stay!
I had a wonderful first experience with this hotel! The suite was beyond gorgeous and everything worked and was accounted for. The GM Meta was awesome as well! She most definitely helped me out when she didn’t have to! Will stay there time and time again!
Also near many food options. Felt safe and comfortable!

Worst hotel me and my kods have ever stayed at. Roches inside and outside of our room. Whatever they use to clean stinks. They wouldnt clean our room. No one is in the office 24hrs. Sometimes during office hours you still cant fond anyone. No amenities.

This place is great. We stayed here for almost three weeks while waiting on our home to close. Mata (the GM, sorry if I didn't spell her name right) was wonderful and so was her staff. The rooms are very clean, large with plenty of space. We had a great dane and three cats. Plenty of parking and very easy access to hwy 26, near by shopping and restaurants. I will have out of town guest stay here when they visit. Great job!
