I was on a work trip and was very pleased with my experience. The front desk gave great recommendations for services I needed and were very friendly. Very comfortable room and bed, and continental breakfast was plentiful. Exceeded my expectations!

Check in person was not particularly friendly or knowledgeable about dining in the area. Breakfast area was not kept up during breakfast hours and food was not always stocked. Rooms were clean.

I liked that there was a free amazing breakfast for guests. You could eat inside or out by the pool. Rooms were neat and clean. There was also an Olive Garden right next door. Would highly recommend

Los precios de los productos que ofertan en el area de la piscina, estan un poco elevados, no ayudan al dependiente que ofrece un servicio exelente y pudiera recibir propinas que estimularan aun mas su trabajo. Por lo demas, recomiendo este Hotel a todo aquel que quiera pasar una estancia placentera, tranquila, segura y con las comodidades que uno espera encontrar en un hotel de la Ciudad de Naples

second time I stay here they could not find my reservation first time , they found it after one hour .The second time I stayed the room was not ready until 5:30 pm they gave us an upgrade . The front desk is extremely efficient and profesional

I will be honest in saying that the trip did not start off well. We were checked into not one but two dirty rooms and then were asked to leave the rooms to allow staff to clean after we had driven 9 hours to get there. After about ten minutes I was approached by Mario who took us up to the fourth floor. He had upgraded one of our rooms to the owners suite. He was very nice, and extremely apologetic for the inconvenience that we had faced. The second room did have an ant issue and the ac had a hard time keeping up so it stayed warm however it was 108 feel like temperature so that could have just been because of that. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, breakfast had many choices, staff was nice and helpful and we really enjoyed the extra space in the owners suite. Overall Mario made it so that we will return again to visit

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel lobby and overall grounds were well kept. The room was clean, AC worked well and was very cold. The shower was clean and no mold noted, which was a huge plus and the water pressure was great for showering. Lots of storage space noted with a great working desk area. Overall, it was a nice room for the price.

The hotel is super clean, Geni from desk is a super hostess, she was extremely nice and very attentive. The Manager Mario was super helpful. Would definitely recommend. Will be back !!

The property was super clean, beds were comfy, gym was clean. Location is great, very close to the beach by car and close to shops, restaurants. Staff was nice and attentive. Also the Slider transportation is available to take you around if you need it. No regrets. I enjoyed my short stay at this place.

My wife and I stayed there with My certified in dogs. And at 12:00 at night my wife said to me please go and see if they had any womanly products. And yes I could have driven to the store for them. but I take advantage tiki bar outside and wouldn't take the chance of driving drunk. So the front desk person Sally and above and behind to help with the situation. When is far as to call Uber delivery services to try and get something delivered to me at 1:30 in the morning. My wife and I will now be staying Holiday inn& suites from now on just because of Sally customer service. Thank You for a wonderful stay at Naples on 5th Ave Holiday inn and suites.

Hot weekend I’m Naples
We did not have air conditioning for the first night and did not sleep because of the heat.
We asked for compensation, and we were told we would be compensated.
Nothing was done.

I liked the location of this hotel, it’s on 5th ave so it’s very close to the stores.
The rooms were nice, not great but good. They could probably use a little updating. The pool was very nice and the Tiki bar is a nice tropical touch. On the whole this hotel is very clean. We always saw someone cleaning something all day long.
My only complaints are that they should have changed the breakfast up a bit from day to day….five days straight of the same breakfast sucked. We actually left the hotel for breakfast, even though it’s included in your stay.
And my other complaint is the parking, although there was a lot of parking we tried to stay in the front of the hotel where is was well lit, the back and side parking was a bit sketchy.

Our room was not cleaned twice during a one week stay and we had to put fresh sheets on our bed one day. They gave us the sheets to put them on. For over $300 per night you would expect better service.

The Hotel is over priced. I was gone the entire day and my room was not cleaned. Upon entering the first day I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room. I asked the front desk several times to let me get into my room earlier than 4pm. . I am 72 years old and I was exhausted. The front desk kept telling me the room was almost finished and and i could get in by 3pm but that never happened. The lady on duty left and didn't left me sitting in the lobby. Things did not get any better, the following day my room was not cleaned. Complaining at the front was a waste of time. No place to eat , no amenities. I would never go there again. We felt welcome right at check in. Our room was ready and met or exceeded our expectations. all through our stay the staff was helpful and engaging.

I returned to my room after the first night of my two night reservation to a strange man who couldn't speak English tearing the electrical panel off the wall trying to get me and to come in and it was scary. I went downstairs to only get confusing looks and have the manager ask me if I knew who he was or what color shirt he was wearing, they had no idea if he was suppose to be in there either. I demanded a new room and after a third room we were finally satisfied. I was with my brother and they assumed we were a couple and changed our 2 twins to one king, we couldn't stay. The hotel was clean and the pool was lovely. Just made to feel very uncomfortable, you rent a hotel you don't expect anyone to enter. Especially if you put the "DND" sign on the outside of the door to not have it cleaned, because we didn't want anyone in the room. I wanted to call and complain but my next Holiday Inn Express Experience the next day was so terrible I was mentally exhausted and needed a month after my trip to process so that I was being helpful.

This is my second stay, first time was great that’s why I decided to come back. Second time was the complete opposite. When I first walked into the lobby to check in it seemed that I interrupted the employees from their time. They just stared at me like I had no business being there. No hello or or anything, just stares. Finally Douglas said “you checking in”. Very unfriendly. Couldn’t seem any more unhappy to have to help me check in. Slammed my ID and credit card down at me when he was done with them. Had to ask 3 different times for an extra pillow and blanket. Overall the place is clean and in a good area. Had ants in the bathroom with both stays. Sad that the service was lacking with this stay. Definitely won’t be back.

Convenient, friendly and clean.......
This is our 2nd or 3rd stay at the Holiday Inn Express -Downtown 5th which was pleasant surprise having been somewhat refurbished. Our 4th floor corner room overlooked the pool, it was spacious, and the king size bed was comfortable. We did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, but it was set up nicely and apparently well received. The location of the Inn was great which was an important factor in our decision. We will again rebook when visiting Naples.

Modern facility,the pool area is great, cabannas, umbreallas lounge chairs and a tiki bar with a great bar tender, our room for some reason had old carpet which seemed out of place may have not been finished from them remodeling
