Many things advertised are not available. We were told to call directly to get rooms next to each other. I called on 2 separate occasion to ask and was told it would be done on arrival. When we arrived we were told it was not possible. We were told to call an ask for early check. We called when we made the reservation they told us to call back the day before. We call the day before and we’re told to call on the day of the reservation. The day of the reservation we were told flat out that no one was allowed to check in early. We asked for a late check out and we’re told no on that also.
The hotel was full of youth soccer players and we were given the first room on the first floor across from the elevator. The lobby was was full of people visiting and was loud and dirty. Kids running everywhere unsupervised. Starting around 7:00 the elevator dinged constantly and we gave up trying to sleep. Breakfast area was full of soccer players and their families. All hot food was gone, but the kitchen staff was very kind and apologetic, explaining there was more food being prepared.
We will not stay here again, in fact pretty much done with Holiday Inn. The last Holiday Inn we stayed at was also full of rowdy kids sports teams and we endured the fire alarm going off for45 minutes at 3:00 AM.

This was a disappointment. Old and run down but clean. Almost no staff, impossible to get to and even harder to leave because they were so understaffed the shuttle wasn’t running.

A decent hotel with good proximity to the airport. Discourteous late night gathering in the front of the hotel with loud talking, right in front of the room not managed by hotel personnel hugely distracted from sleep before an early flight. Lack of leadership and management. The manager should be reprimanded or fired.

Didn’t feel safe. When I we got to our rooms the doors were open. When we left our rooms the key cards didn’t work when we tried to get back in our rooms.

I stayed for three night and had a great experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’d like to give special shoutouts to Anish and Crystal for the trips to GSP; both of them were courteous and pleasant. The hotel was very clean; the cleaning crew was doing a great job. Overall, 10 out of 10!

Quiet even though so close to airport. Convenient to all. Housekeeping is fair. You are supplied with minimum amount of towels, TP, and soaps. No hair dryer. Breakfast is a little better than other hotels that include breakfast with stay.

A no frills Hotel with great rooms
Really great rooms, new 4K TV, very comfortable beds and pillows. Good Bathroom and great breakfast in the morning. The lobby is fairly basic but considering the rooms are where I spent most of my time that was no concern. Favorite Hotel in the GSP area so far

Hotel isn’t awesome. They didn’t have enough pillows for pull out couch. Bathroom fan was horribly loud. Breakfast was eh. Beds were uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay again if I had the choice.

I normally love to stay here. But they overbooked and last minute moved me to the Wyndam, which was the most horrible hotel I have stayed at. I wont tolerate that again or I will find another hotel to stay at.

Tito and other staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room has a very strong odor and just wasn’t very clean. I always stay at holiday inn express and am very pleased. This particular hotel was not up to the usual standards.

Check in was easy and fast.Room appeared clean and was suppose to be a smoke free room but the moment we walk in we were hit with a very strong cigarette smell that was clearly trying to be covered up with air freshener or cleaning agent. We had a pull out bed with no linens or pillows provided. Only two big towels in bathroom that couldn't be use for shower and pool use. Swimming pool was nice and water heated but downside was there were no pool towels so we had to return to room dripping water through lobby and hall and you could tell we werent the only ones because lobby was wet and thats a slipping hazard for guest. Breakfast was decent, we were disappointed they were out of syrup for pancakes.

The pullout couch, which we counted on as one sleep location for an adult in our room, was dirty with cracker crumbs all over the mattress when we pulled it out. The flooring underneath the couch area was filthy, clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned up recently.. pieces of candy, visible crackers and crumbs, general dust and dirt coated the floor within the couch frame underneath the pullout portion.
We then found a cockroach in our bathroom. Too late to move rooms and we were given a refund. We left the next day.
Shame because when we first got there we were impressed by how clean and updated the room seemed to be; the beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure and temperature. So those two other discoveries just ruined it for us.

Great last minute stay
Last minute booking, kinda worried this place seemed empty and everywhere else was full. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was better quality than any similar hotel that I can remember. Wife commented that sheets in the rooms were excellent. Not far at all from downtown. Would stay again.

Old (?) smoking room smell never goes away…especially in a humid climate. :p Very unpleasant in an awkwardly designed room. Dirty areas of room overlooked. But, besides maid staff yelling to one another down the hall in the morning (!), the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and out late. The room was pretty clean but it felt humid in the room our entire stay and the AC never worked properly. Breakfast was warm but not fresh and very processed.

Great shower water pressure!
The best shower water pressure of any hotel I've stayed in over the years. Newly renovated building. Clean. Friendly staff. Serves hot breakfast. We had our dog with us and there were no hassles or problems or "extra charges".

Booked a three day stay in end of October, Saturday through Monday. Saturday evening and overnight proved to be a party night. The smell of weed permeated the room, there was noise in the room above us until 3 am, doors constantly slamming on our ground floor, and the fire alarm going off Sunday morning at 7am. The staff seemed overwhelmed! Other two nights were quiet and restfull.

Unfortunately, the reviews about the rooms being dirty held true to their word for us. Luckily the bed linens were clean, but the bathroom floor was NOT. There were short, curly hairs in the corners and behind the door of the bathroom floor and in the shower. If there’s that much hair, it tells me the bathroom floor wasn’t mopped or disinfected either. Kinda gross.

10 min to GSP Airport no Interstate drive
We stay one night only prior to fly back home. The hotel is easily located just 10 minutes away of GSP airport. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in and front desk was helpful to offer a room, however despite the 3rd floor is non smoking as we got out the elevator there was a very strong smell of smoke in the hall and the room. The front desk was very helpful and told if we come back at 3pm he would have a 1st floor room so when we returned, the checkin was already set and the room was perfect, clean, the furniture set is well designed to place a large suitcase which fit our one overnight stay and will not use the closet. If you stay for work, the desk has an amazing modern lamp, there’s power outlet for all your equip laptop, charger, iPad. The room we stayed had only a head shower with perfect very hot water and JR Watkins toiletries and a mirror with light frame which is a plus at 5 am for shaving or applying makeup.

The hotel did not offer a hot breakfast which other hotels in the area did. We were told that they had it on the weekends but there weren't enough people at the hotel to justify the expense. Also they did not automatically clean you roon on a daily basis, you had to request it. With so many other options in the area, I will not stay here again. On a side note, the beds were very comfortable

Unfortunately we did not end up staying in the room they had provided us. We booked through hotels.com and were guaranteed a “deluxe room” which listed a sofa bed. Upon arrival, it came through as a “standard room”. The staff was unable to provide what I was guaranteed even though I had the confirmation receipt in hand. After traveling 12 hours with a 6 year old and infant, we could not all fit in a king bed. I feel they did not try to accommodate us in any manner. The hotel itself smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was very humid. Again we did not end up staying and left right away.

Convenient location to all things Greenville
Weekend motorcycle trip to take classes at the BMW Performance Center. This location was convenient to the center as well as Greenville. The staff is super friendly and accommodating...they had me park by the door so they could watch my bike. There is breakfast (grab and go during Covid) available, as well as a “snack bar” center with sandwiches, candy, chips and drinks.
My room was clean and ample sized. The bed was comfortable and the towels soft. The water was not hot enough, which apparently is a safety/security thing to protect scalding accidents...but it could use a few more degrees before that is an issue.
I stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the quiet and the comfort. I would stay here again.

The hotel just completed a total remodeling. Room was large, well appointed, had usb ports everywhere. Actually took photos of the improvements so that I can make the same changes in my own home.
Staff were great. Had an.issue in our bathroom and told front desk as we were leaving for dinner and it had been taken care of by our return. Indoor Pool was a big plus as well as the free breakfast. Sausage, egg and cheese croissants, Muffins, Pancakes and oatmeal. This was a better selection than just dry cereal. Did I say what a great value. Highly recommend. And centrally located.

The free breakfast was weak, only fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. I realize we are dealing with Covid, but I feel they could do a little better. Other than that, the room was clean, the pool area needs some cleaning and painting but the stay was pleasant. Good deal based on the price.
