Very bad airport shuttle
We waited for over 50 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up. (We met friends in the shuttle shelter who had been there for 10 minutes before we arrived.)
All of us had called the hotel and been assured that they would be there "in 10-15 minutes".
Even though staffing was probably the issue, it should be remedied, and those guests should get some compensation.

The property is a bit dated and is in need of a deep clean in the common areas. The carpets and furniture are covered in stains. The breakfast is great and comes with a lot of options. The afternoon reception is nothing to write home about. Same big bowls of communal snacks brought out each day. It feels like they are serving catering leftovers. The hotel bar and restaurant are good. We had a very nice dinner and a lot of guest took advantage of room service which is a nice option. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The suites were ideal for us with the separate sitting area and mini kitchenette. The housekeeper we had for the week was wonderful! Parking is the biggest challenge if you don’t use the valet service which was very expensive per day. 24/7 shuttle service is great.

We loved that it was so close to the airport. We knew there was no parking at the hotel but $60 a night was a bit much. Still, not having to navigate around the airport was a super plus. The wait staff in the restaurant was really nice.

Posting my whole email to the hotel on here since there is no way to get ahold of them. I tried calling the hotel to just have it ring forever. My family and I just stayed at your hotel embassy suites Boston logan Airport. I was honestly shocked. When we arrived it took over 10 minutes for the "valet" (Cost $60.00 a day no off street parking) to come outside and help us. There was vomit on the sidewalk (also it was there the next day after we checked out a day early). Took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to check in. Nobody told us what floor our room was on, there was no map to tell us where to go. Eventually figured out room 438 would be on the 4th floor after going to 2 different floors. We got to our room to walk in to it smelling like someone just went the bathroom. It was seriously disgusting. Fortunately I had spray to make the smell bearable. We needed ice for our drinks so went to go down the hall to look for some. What a joke that was. No ice on our floor. We didn't find that out till we went to a different floor wasnt there so we made our way to the lobby to ask for help. We then decided to give the pool and hot tub a shot. What a disappointment that was. Walk in to find the pool is 3 feet deep and freezing cold. My children just turned 9 the pool wasn't even up to their necks. The hot tub had black stuff floating around in it. The outskirts of the pool was disgusting and had black globs everywhere. I could go on but it wont fit my whole review.

They need to improve the airport pick up at Logan. Too many times drivers have just gone on by without stopping long enough to see if folks are waiting. Also, a/c and heating room units are far too noisy.

Ok place to crash for a couple of nights
Second floor rooms have the view of the restaurant in the hotel lobby instead of the street, that was a first for me.
The treadmills have no amortization whatsoever.
The complimentary breakfast was nice, so was the 5 pm complimentary snack bar.
Airport proximity is nice.
Pool was very warm but shallow(3 ft).
No shower in the gym/pool area.
Valet parking price seems a bit expensive.
Also they try to trick you into paying for the internet for video streaming saying that the free basic internet is just good for checking emails, I streamed Apple tv+ with it no problem.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient
Comfortable bed, clean and quiet suite with plenty of space to spread out, and a beautiful lobby area. Loved having the updated departure times for flights on a tv screen in the lobby to keep track of our flight. Front desk staff was helpful in planning the timing of our departure from the hotel the next morning to allow us to get through security and to our gate in a timely manner. Convenient shuttle services, too! All in all, we'll plan to stay here, again.

The front desk associates (2 males I interacted with) made me feel like I was causing the worlds problems when I asked how the 100 dollar deposit worked and if I could have a receipt. They said I could not have a receipt and could not explain the process outside of “if there’s no damage it will be refunded. I hope this is going to be refunded in the next few days because there is no damage to the room. I’ve worked with people for 10 years and I get it can be annoying to deal with people all the time. I just hoped for a little bit of kindness and I did not get that.

For the amount of money being paid for a room, I would expect all rooms to have better in-room coffee choices (my room in 921 had great coffee choices where as my room in 320 did not). Also the tv had limited access/information (I would suggest your paying way too much for a poor service).

Very nice staff. Clean hotel. We were only there to sleep. It was strange they put us in a handicapped accessible room. The shower basically made the entire bathroom flood, but other than that, it was great!

Pros: I liked the lay-out of the suites, and they were clean. Breakfast was great!
Cons: This is why I brought it down 2 stars. We had someone charge their valet parking to our room. They somehow knew how to write my full name (which is complicated) and knew my room number, and signed the valet ticket with a different car license #. It's not my signature on the valet parking. Valet parking was nice and will re-imburse me, but I consider this a huge security breach if anyone can just up and charge valet parking. I don't even know how they knew my room number. We were there only 1 night, and I had to provide proof that a) my rental car was returned that night and b) the license plate was different. They are obviously not checking any form of ID for valet parking (and at 60$UDS, that's pricey!). I will not return because of this security breach.

The team at this hotel - from check-in, to the restaurant, to the people working at the free morning breakfast - were AMAZING. Particularly the women working at breakfast - smiles, greetings, and actual warmth and kindness. Such a great feeling! My go-to from now on for Boston trips!

Perfect location for overnight flights. Valer parking is a rip off ($60 an night). Return you rental the night before flying or pickup after staying at the hotel but avoid paying valet parking.

The location is great, close to local small businesses with good ethnic dining options, and close to the train. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are great amenities for kids like board games, evening snacks, and a large morning breakfast. It's a more reasonable option for families in Boston. My only complaint is that the shuttle service to and from the neighborhood train station was not dependable.

Affordable price with breakfast included and free shuttle to airport. Close to airport RTA metro and about 20 min walk to Maverick station with Latin bakeries and Mexican food around that area. Overall clean but had some lipstick stains on the sofa bed sheets. Across the street from major car rental companies by the airport so you have those about 100 feet away. Very convenient

Room was very orderly and clean. The staff answered all of our questions dealing with our transportation to the terminal for departure the next day. The room A/C unit was a little noisy but nothing I couldn't sleep through. My wife and I would defiantly stay here again.

Cold Lobby, Clean and Convenient
I loved the convenience of staying at this hotel. It was so close to the airport. The one thing I didn't love was the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. The lighting was cold and the entire open space felt dead. Also, the pool was pretty small but was perfect for kids. Our shared suite room for 6 people was a tight but we made it work. Everything else about our stay was wonderful - including the service and the barista who made our drinks at the coffee shop!

The ceiling in the shower fell in on my husband while he was showering, all the metal fixtures in the room were rusted and the floor in the bathroom was disgusting around the baseboards and door jams. They ran out of hot food by 8:15 and we were told it was because an airline had to send passengers over the evening before and 'they all ate super early to get back for their flights'. We watched the staff make several to go containers of hot breakfast to put back for the "other workers that couldn't get down yet because they were busy", and did not even offer to make us a piece of toast...... I spent $500 to stay from 4am until 11am, 7 hrs. and did not even get to eat. Luckily, I was able to cancel my other 2 nights and go to a clean hotel that treated us as good as they did the airline people. I will be disputing the $500 charge with my CC company since we basically were treated like we were in a shoddy pay by the hour hotel.

We had an terrible experience at this hotel and we in good conscience can’t recommend it. Please read the reviews before booking this hotel.
We were not able to sleep all night because of a party next door. Numerous calls were made by so many on the floor BUT NOTHING WAS DONE TO STOP IT!! I will be canceling my Hilton Honors account as it’s not worth it. Just terrible and our desperate calls for support went unanswered as our baby cried all night because of the noise.

Shuttle from Airport is a short trip - and readily available . I had not booked it - just phoned hotel on arrival . And it’s just a short walk to the train station for the relatively easy and short ride to central Boston .

Very unhappy with quality of breakfast options and late setup of omelet station. No coffee available in lobby until breakfast. Bed was uncomfortable as was sleeper sofa. Very over-rated for price paid. Only plus was proximity to airport.

Good hotel option for a late night arrival from the airport. However, no information about the free shuttle they offer despite me messaging them several times to ask - had to pay $20 for a taxi instead. The shuttle bus I know now runs every 15-30mins from outside the terminal.
Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice. The air con is high in communal areas and it was cold!!
Lovely comfortable mattresses and pillows.
