Great hotel, but the elevator was down, and they made no exceptions for changing rooms from the second to the first floor, so hoofing up flights of stairs with heavy luggage was no fun.

Got scared after reading reviews its not the greatest hotel but the employees were nice the room was comfortable we only stayed one night had to figure out the tv the bathroom is dated but we were only there to sleep so it was did its job

My room did not have a shower curtain or pillows. It was extremely noisy at night but it was a very packed hotel, so I assume that was normal. The staff was nice and apologized several times when I mentioned the items missing in the room.

The property will serve the purpose of a quick stay on my longer trip, my only comments being our room while overall seems clean it is apparent that the rug has not recently been vacuumed, add to this that two of the luggage carts were difficult to operate, third one was a charm.
I typically use Hilton properties but was unable to reserve with 24 hour cancellation which I needed due to some uncertainties with my departure dates.
This hotel is not in the most convenient area but easy to get to and fit the need.

Dans la 2e chambre, il restait cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain, frigo bruyant.
Au déjeuner, certains membres du personnel était attablé et parlaient très fort…

Front counter customer service was great. Headed to the room and the floor smelt like old carpet and cigarettes. Inside the room was on another level, from dirty sheets, to bad lighting to ladybugs in the carpet. My GF and I couldn’t stay 30mins. We had to find another place to stay. It was more of a motel, than a hotel experience.

Poor breakfast experience.
The breakfast was horrible. Worst Country Inn and Suites I've ever stayed in. No milk for cereal. No pastries or yogurt.
Also, the breakfast attendant sat and talked to a man. Couldn't tell the if he was someone staying there or an acquaintance. Very unprofessional.

Had a very poor to OK condition of room 112 needs upgraded a little bit and Breakfast was not good dried up something not sure if it was grits or oatmeal no eggs no bananas and the fan in the room sounded like someone was breaking in made it very difficult sleeping

The front desk staff were very nice and polite. I do not however think the room was clean. The fridge had a ton of leaking water, air conditioner leaked, dirt all over the bathroom floor, my bed blankets had blood stains, yellow stains and hair on it. The room was disguting. If there wasnt a tropical storm happening, i wouldve left immediately. The lady at the front desk handed me new sheets but she did not havr the laindry room key to give me the comforter.i was pretty uncomfortable and skeezed out.

The non-smoking room did not match the pictures that were advertised, the elevator felt unsafe, no towel racks to hang towels, had to get room keys on Saturday because they stopped working even though I paid for 2 nights, the stair-well was dirty and in need of cleaning, the dogs on the hall wouldn't stop barking and nothing could be be done with the person in the room would not stop playing loud music. Not to mention the 2 screws i got in my tire from the parking lot.

Chose hotel that served breakfast, however the staff that prepares the breakfast didn’t show up for work. Therefore no breakfast or coffee was provided. Not happy to go elsewhere to get breakfast and coffee. One person working the desk and when asked if there was going to be an adjustment to the bill, she handed us a card and told us to call back and speak to the manager.

The hallways were very dirty. There was a big stain on my sheet. There were rooms down the hall that had piles of dirty linen lying out in the hallway that stayed there all night and was still there in the morning. It was very noisy later in the night with children running up and down the halls, screaming and dogs barking. This was being done within earshot and eyesight of the front desk clerk with nothing being done to stop the activity. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had dry cereal, but no milk, no orange juice, no fruit and only three pieces of sausage. When the staff member was questioned, she was very rude with her answer about the availability of products. Will never stay there again.

The check in process was quick. The room was very outdated and dirty, the lamp was missing a lampshade. Toilet had black mold in it. Dust bunnies in the closet. Hotel was full and no other room to move to. No housekeeping was available, I had to ask for a vacuum to vacuum the carpet in the room. Would not stay here again.

We were just passing by and we stay just to rest a few hours, but at the arrival the room was full of hair everywhere, was not completely clean, watch the condition of the chair, the floor and the shower was basically a knife without the cover, the review says that hotel was more that a 7 but is an -1

The housekeepers were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful
The front desk staff was simply absent. I booked my room for 3 nights but was cutting me trip short. I needed to coordinate my refund. I went down to the desk 3 different times and nobody there. One of the sweet housekeeping ladies tried to help but after my third trip she confessed that the desk girl was out somewhere talking on her cellphone. Very unprofessional and annoying.

It took 20 minutes to check me in. Then the air conditioner was broken. I was given a late 1pm check out and was promised no one would disturb me earlier. Housekeeping wakes me up at 1115 am then 1230pm and threatened I would be charged extra when I explained I had a late check out

We were greeted immediately upon arrival. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds (party of 3) but was given a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. When I called for sheets for the sofa bed, they immediately offered to switch to a room with 2 queens as reserved. They were very accommodating and very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked the hotel for my husband for one night. The lady at the desk when he came in and the one when he left were nice.
The room was disgusting. The sink was clogged and left over blood was on it along with other things. The toilet was very dirty in and out and with someone else’s leftovers. He had to wash the bathroom before being able to take a shower. He took pictures of some of the things. The floors were filthy, no way you step on it. Really a shame to have to sleep in a place like that after driving a whole day. I actually wanted to ask for a refund, but he was too tired to go look for another hotel.
I understand this is not a 5 start hotel so we did not expect a pillow top mattress and super comfy covers, but clean is a minimum you expect from a hotel. It does not match the pictures at all.
Would not recommend to anyone.

We stayed there twice within a week and each time something went wrong. First night no internet, they graciously moved us to another room and that solved that issue. On out return trip we arrived at 5:30 pm and rooms had not all been cleaned so it took awhile to find a suitable room. When we got into the room and started to relax we found we had no TV reception. Again they graciously found another room. On the next morning the people that were to set up breakfast hadn't shown up and things were getting people mad, it took time but they worked it out. Not good stays this time, they have done better.

The young lady at the desk who checked me in was excellent!! She assisted me through the booking process and was a delight to deal with ( I think her name was Shakia??) We had a horrible experience at check in at a nearby hotel the prior day which led us to move our crew to a different hotel. We booked 3 rooms and she was very helpful in getting us rooms close together!!

Do better!
The tile floors in the entry way and the bathroom were so dirty they were black! I spilled some water and used a white towel to wipe it up and the towel was black with dirt. There was a slippery sticky residue on them. The carpets were extremely dirty also! The front desk mgr stated “ ph yeah the carpets should have been replaced a long time ago we had two different companies try to clean them and it did not work. The room itself was large and would have been great IF it would have been clean!

First room assigned keys would not work, returned to front desk. Second room assigned, room had a musty odor and tv was not working at all. Return to front desk. 3rd room was checked and cable was not working on tv, clerk wanted to give credit for the stay but pre-pay through expedia didnt allow for this. Tried to contact expedia through virtual agent, but no response to request for refund.

While staying at thw property my vehicle was broken into. When approached the front desk I was told the manager was not there and would need to call them myself. The room was ok but the mirror was missing off the wall.

Interstate stopping point
Stayed at this Country Inn on our way back to Florida. The property is close to I95, and had gas and places to eat nearby. The hotel was nicely decorated for Halloween, with a few treats such as the welcome cookie. Felt safe and I found the room comfortable and quiet. All of the staff were great.
Only disappointment was breakfast was a little disorganized. No milk when we got there, and no fruit at all. We would stay again, since the breakfast nowadays seems to be a hit or miss.

Needs improvement
This hotel was not very clean. It smelled like stale smoke. They initially gave me a room that was not cleaned and had to go down and get another room. There were stains on the bedding and floor and just felt really gross. There were people outside my door at 1 am talking loudly and slamming the door over and over. The bed was decently comfortable and thankfully I was just there to sleep while driving north.

Bed was soft, not in a good way.
There was a used bar of soap stuck to the bathroom counter. In the morning I noticed a few hair in the shower that weren't ours.
A bit noisy from the corridor.
Breakfast was good. Would I come back? Maybe.

Pleasant Stay
Stayed here on my way to Florida and it was great. I felt secure enough that I actually slept well throughout the night. The next day breakfast was good. The room was clean and lacked nothing. Service was excellent. Definitely staying again.

Not recommended!
Rooms were not clean at all! White bed covers had food (?) places on them, with an overall not clean appearance. A fake fingernail was left on the bathroom sink. French fries on the carpeted floor. Check in line was long and slow.. while waiting 2 people in line ahead of me had already checked in and was coming back to say the cleanliness of their room was unacceptable. Not what we expected for a Country Inn! 😥

It was a nice hotel except the bar in the shower came completely out of the wall. I have 2 knee replacements and almost fell from the tub . I informed the front desk on the morning after I checked in and she assured me it would be fixed . The next day it still was not fixed I went to front desk again and was told the maintenance man was not in the day before which she did not tell me or I would have requested to move rooms . Finally the night before checkout the maintenance man still had not fixed it when I went to desk again she asked if I wanted to change rooms I was checking out next morning so I said no I didn’t want to move all my stuff for one night . I could have been badly hurt and apparently that was not important to this woman . I was very disappointed .

This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was just extremely dirty! The carpet and walls were dirty, and had visible dark spots. Same for the bedding, lots of dirt marks. There were long black hairs in the tub. The toilet was so dirty, there were black lines running down the bowl. It appeared the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The toiletries were opened and used. They had protective seals on the bottles but were already broken. I honestly was afraid to sleep here. I didn’t know what kind of bugs make be around. I didn’t visibly see any bugs but I’m surprised due to the filth. I will say, the staff was extremely

Our room was ready upon check in. It was clean and smelled fresh. All of the staff was friendly and polite. The pool was small but nice. The fitness room had what I was looking for. The location was so nice. Easy to get to many places to shop or eat.

I thought it was excellent. The girls at desk I her name was panisa was amazing. She remembers everyone’s name. It was so good we stayed a second night. It need some fixing up. Like the linens and a few other minor things. The breakfast was. A plus. Hot breakfast. We got a very good price. We are driving to Boston so we will stop in Baltimore and stay at another country inn. The girls at desk where j just so great.

Fabulous stay
This was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. Super clean, super comfortable, super affordable, super friendly staff, great free breakfast. The only thing that could have made it better would have been pets stay free. This place was almost exactly to the mile halfway between PA and FL, and will be my go to when I don't feel like driving straight through. Thanks for a great stay!

We’ve stayed at a number of Country Inn and Suites over the years, and have generally found them to be nice, affordable hotels that have a good breakfast and are generally clean. This by far was in the worst condition of any Country Inn and Suotes we’ve stayed in.
We didn’t want to walk on the floor without shoes on because the carpets were so filthy. The sheets were stained. There was trash under the sofa. There were stains on the wall. The list could go on.
Normally, we might have complained, or just got back in the car and kept on driving. Unfortunately, it was late and we were with our kids, and just needed to call it a night.
All of that said, the next morning, we got up and left as soon as we could, and didn’t even try the breakfast. Never again.

My tv didn’t work at first, had to call downstairs, when they fixed it I had to punch in each station, no channel up and down buttons would work. There was hair in the bed in several places and on pillows. Bed sheets look like they had not been changed. Dogs were everywhere

All in all this property gets an average rating. Building is older and a little tired, in need of a little sprucing up. The outside entrance was newly landscaped and was attractive. CATV system was very awkward to use.
