My room is very clean and bed is very comfortable but Lobby needs updating and carpets and mats need to be cleaned and deodorized. But room is good.

Everything was perfectly fine for our one overnight stay here. I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was because that’s often a problem for me. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. The food choices were good.

Our room was two doors down from the front lobby and we were a bit concerned about how noisy it would be. While checking in we were assured the room would be quiet despite the location. We were pleasantly surprised it was.
The hotel and room were clean. The staff was friendly. Everything we've come to expect when staying at a Holiday Inn Express.

We were first put in a room that clearly had people who smoked in it. The property is all non- smoking. They quickly were able to change our room. Friendly staff, helpful, clean premises.

This hotel was easy to get to off I-495. Even though we arrived late, there was ample parking. The room was updated and clean. Check in was easy, staff was pleasant. Breakfast exceeded expectations. It would have been nice for the front desk to have change on hand for laundry since the change machine wasn't working. Also there was a electric car charger on premise, but the front desk didn't know anything about it. Was really just questioning if it was free or not, as most hotels I have stayed at it was free for hotel guests. I did not want to go through the hassle of downloading and setting up a new app if it was not going to be free.

Room directly over entrance. Sliding entry doors made loud mechanical noise and vibration; maintenance needed. Window blind damaged and inoperable. At checkout, my report of these items was met with profound indifference. Was advised door noise was "an individual thing", implying that the problem was mine. Person should be removed from customer service position. Never got a good night of sleep.

Ice machine on all floors broken. Desk clerk stated it has always been broken. I think this needs to be addressed.

I liked the lay out and the location access to the highway along proximity to the event I was attending. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly when i checked in at 3 in the afternoon and again when I checked out at 6:30 the next morning (same person)
I mentioned the shower in the room was less than excellent from a water pressure and leaking standpoint the gentleman at the fornt desk made note and thanked me for pointing it out.... other than that very pleased and happy with my stay.

The hotel is close to our friends property. It was fairly quiet and perfectly located to shopping across the hotel. We wish you would add a liquid hand soap at the sink in the bathroom. The shower curtain was torn and the shower head needs cleaned. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good also.

They don’t consider any requests you make if you book through hotels.com and the worst thing is that the person at the front desk was really rude about it.
The road is pretty busy and consequently you hear a lot of noise at night.
I had been there a few times earlier and I knew it but I gave it a chance as I asked for a room at the back. Not coming back.

The host was low key racist! I say low key due to the fact of my husband and I checking in he gave us a hard time about my Passport not having my address, like he could not just ask for the address he was about to turn me around and send me on my way due to the passport not having an address I put up a fuss and he accepted my address verbally. Not to mention room was reserved and paid online it was Fathers Day Weekend. The next day the host knocks on the complaining the smoke detector went off nor my husband or I smoke and did the fire alarm go off silently because we didn’t hear anything. When confronted he changed his story saying not you were smoking but it was the smoke detector sometimes it mess up! Horrible experience will never return!

Clean and safe; as parking lot was nearly full, the necessity of parking in the back of the building resulted in my wife tripping on the step up to the walkway leading up to the front door. Step could be lowered or ramped a little.

Very nice hotel
The hotel was clean and apparently new; it lacked a couple of minor “amenities” … only two coffee pods (1 each of regular and decaf), no drinking cups except for the two meant for coffee, no in-room information on TV channels or local attractions. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and there were ample USB ports.

A very nice Holiday Inn. Easy to find. Nice rooms. The thermostat on the wall was broken. We managed. Very responsive to the request for extra towels and pillows. Some of the towels were old. They had holes. Breakfast was not so good. The pancake maker was broken. There wasn’t any alternative milk for anyone lactose intolerant. Had to ask for salt and pepper. I am writing this review in hopes that the concerns can be addressed. This is a nice place with friendly staff only needs a few improvements. Best of luck.

From check-in to check-out it was very disappointing. Room key was not available at the time of check-in due to computer software failure. Receptionist let us in but had to change room because carpet had a huge red stain and cigarette hole. Then we found toilet seat dirty in the second room (not cleaned well) but had no choice as it was snowing heavily outside. So we stayed but all night long it was very noisy due to loud tv sound coming from next room. And when checking out the receptionist girl didn’t even say good morning. We skipped breakfast as there was no coffee creamer or cinnabons which used to be a Holiday Inn tradition. In short this was one of the worse hotel stay we ever experienced.

It was a fine hotel. The only problem that I found was it was difficult to walk around the area. The terrain was rough and not walker friendly. This is not the hotel's problem but is worth mentioning.

List of disappointing and dislikes
Started with a half used little bottle of lotion in the bathroom
The blow dryer didn’t work
Only one Side light on the bathroom mirror at which threw shadows on trying to put make up on
The large window shade in the room was rolled all the way out halfway down the heater we had to hand roll it back up and then weren’t able to use it
Being on the first floor we slept with parking lot lights lighting up our room all night we never told that there was an electronic room darkening shade that we could’ve used. We found that out by accident the next morning looking at a particular control.
The Keurig coffee maker only heated water to warm. I do not like microwaves but I did use it to make my cup of coffee a bit hotter
At breakfast which was fine, the coffee had been left out all night it was lukewarm. Again I had to ask an attendant to heat my coffee in the microwave. She confirmed that it was left out all night and it was lukewarm but there was still too much coffee in it to make new coffee. I saw several gas come down and get some breakfast and take coffee back to their room they were going to be surprised. One man near me got a cuppa coffee took a few steps and set it aside. I told him he could have the attendant heated up in the microwave but he said he was in a rush and not happy and grab a cup of hot coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts
The radio clock in the bedroom wasn’t set back and, thankfully, we also set phone alarms for the next morn

Highly recommend staying here!
We stayed 2 nights. We were on the third floor. John at the front desk was AWESOME!!! He gave us some fun ideas to do while there. He was so friendly along with everyone we came in contact with at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was so comfy. We did have to adjust the temp in the room because it was a bit chilly but that was the worst of our stay. Breakfast was great. There was a decent selection of sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, bagels, muffins, different juices and more. Overall It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

We accidentally !!!
left an important item to our family in our room and checked out. 5hrs later 2 states away I called and staff located it and stored until our return 2 days later to pickup. Sometimes good people doing the right things can make a huge impact on other's

Great experience. Super friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Only problem was one of the bathroom lights were out and it made it darker for getting ready. But that just minor. Good breakfast, but no bacon ☹️ Would stay again.
