Awesome Hotel
The Alexis hotel was amazing. Great in every way. Location, condition, service, cleanliness, comfort, and size. Promised the concierge that I will stay there again when I go back to Seattle.

This was our first time staying here. We absolutely loved the hotel and the room was pretty amazing. It was like being in a small apartment which was great for us! On the other hand the staff was hands down amazing. We had a small issue with an Uber and the staff was all over it to help us out and be the most accommodating and supportive more than we ever could imagine. Thank you too one of the bartenders that help come to my wife's recuse and help calm her down. You guys were awesome. Well be staying in again for sure!!

This hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpful. But, the furniture looked like it was from the 70's and was not comfortable at all. They need to update the living room area badly!

Nice New Years Stay
We enjoyed our stay. I was surprised there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room which I sometimes use to sleep on the couch if my husband is snoring. Also parking options were somewhat limited because the valet apparently isn’t adequate for the hotel. And it was over a holiday so other public parking garages had shortened hours. But we made it work. The restaurant was closed one of the mornings. The room had holiday decorations which was really nice and unexpected! Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful.

I’ve stayed at Alexis several times. It’s great location for the football and baseball games and concerts. The rooms are spacious simple and the staff is top shelf.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Bryan and Kevin at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly! Our room was comfortable and we were able to get everywhere, including all the big must do's, by foot. Would definitely recommend!

Location, Location, Location!
Hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. Wifi was not up to snuff and shower had a hard time staying comfortably warm, let alone hot. Location is brilliant for ease of access annd nearby attractions like Stadiums, Pike Market, Waterfront , Pioneer Square, Benaroya Hall, Seattle Art Museum and a plethora of bars and restaurants (our go to drop in spot bein Von's 1000 Spirits 2 blocks North. Good spot. Fix the Shower and wifi and solid 5s!

Football getaway
It was a fantastic stay during which we got to see an NFL game. The hotel was very centrally located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would gladly come back to that hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Alexis Royal! Minutes from Pike Place Market, Cafe's, Tourist Attractions and much more! The hotel itself is a cute boutique like hotel with the convenience of The Bookstore Lounge being downstairs, amazing! Super quiet, super nice, super friendly. I'd definitely suggest this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Seattle for business / pleasure.

Beautiful property! The rooms are fantastic and an amazing staff. Nice walk along 1st Ave to Pike place and the same in the opposite direction to the stadiums. I highly recommend. And they are dog friendly ❤️

Charming hotel with the finest customer service. The front desk was kind enough to reserve a taxi to the airport for us. The bartender at the lounge was personable and even recommended local areas of interests. Lovely hotel we will visit again

Beautiful hotel with nice and spacious rooms. We found the soundproofing to be not the best, but if you sleep with earplugs this wouldn’t be an issue. Our only other feedback is it would be great to have some kind of speaker/charging dock for music, and for such a nice hotel I would expect a smart TV. Not big issues at all and we would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. We were able to leave our bags the day we checked out until our flight. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel is close to Pike Place Market, bus stops and the light rail. If we are back in town, we will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and clean, the hotel was very comfortable and the front staff were super great to deal with. The 24 hr valet parking was a nice treat. They were even able to accommodate my 6’2” Bronco. The hotel is within walking distance to most things and monorail gets you to the further attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The property is in a great area, and it's very quiet. Pike Place Market is a short walk from the hotel, and there are many great restaurants surrounding the area. It is near the main street, so if you go somewhere further, Rideshare options are easily accessible. We personally didn't utilize these benefits, but the hotel does provide: a bar & restaurant on-site, valet service, and a fitness area. The service is extremely nice and attentive at all hours of the day. My only con, and this may be a personal preference, is the brightness of the lighting in the room. The lighting in the room is very dim. It's aesthetically pleasing, however, it's hard to see anything during the nighttime.

10/10 would recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and I love the modern design. You can really tell this hotel cares about their guests and that they think of the little things that other hotels don’t. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we parked our car and gave the keys to the vale, we were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff were incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room had high ceilings, was immaculate, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities our simple family could ask for. The on-site restaurant was simple but served a variety of options, making dining a convenient and enjoyable experience. Overall, this hotel sets the hospitality standard in Downtown Seattle, and we highly recommend it to business and leisure travellers alike.

Had the most amazing room. Was a girls trip away, and to have such a large, corner room with the biggest windows was such a great surprise. Was probably the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! Beds very comfortable. Walkable to all important Seattle areas. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are gorgeous! Get a room with a fireplace—it’s a suite big enough to be an apartment. Every amenity is available—full size bottles of shampoo, etc., two TVs, barn doors separating the rooms. Best I’ve seen yet.

Everything was wonderful about my stay. Beautiful, comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointment was that the adjacent bar/restaurant was unreliable. It was not always open as advertised. It would have been nice to have a breakfast availability on site.

Beautiful building in the heart of downtown Seattle. Just a few blocks away from Pike Place Market, but quiet and safer than other areas in downtown. Clean, modern rooms with plenty of space, up to date bathrooms. Lovely, helpful staff. Highly recommend if staying in downtown Seattle!

We only had 2 issues with our stay at the Alexis Royal Sonesta. The first was with the valet being very slow bringing are car up. Once we had to wait 40 minutes before they brought the car. The second was the pillows were all hard, too stiff. Maybe some people like those type, but it made for a stiff neck in the morning. An option to have a couple softer pillows would be appreciated.

Was assigned one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly a deluxe room with desk and chair. Could barely fit one small uncomfortable chair in the room. Poor weird lighting but comfortable bed.

The staff are sooooo nice! The room was great. The bed was comfy, the linens soft, and the everything was clean. It was very quiet overall and we slept well. We didn’t have dogs, but loved how dog friendly the hotel was. It was nice to be able to cuddle other guests’ pups! The other guests were also very nice, which is always a plus!

This is a nice hotel that is perfect walking distance from Pike Place as well as the sports arenas in the area. It is comfortable and clean. However, parking is difficult and expensive because the only option is $50 per day valet. The valet attendant acted as tho we were lucky to get a spot and they were at capacity the whole time we were there. Also, I reserved a "preferred king" room and the bed was very small, definitely not a king. I'm 5'2" and when I laid across it my entire forearms were hanging off, so it had to have been a full. It was very comfortable and it was only for one night, but I don't understand why they gave me that bed when I paid for a king.

While the decor is charming, our room needed a place to sit other than the desk chair or bed which was annoying. Also, there needs to be a dresser of some type and a nightstand on both sides of the bed. Disappointed that we couldn't get breakfast in the hotel or nearby. Bar is open intermittently. Staff was friendly. Good location.

Was assigned Room 1642 for a beautiful view. First night noticed closet light on and off all night from motion sensor. 2nd night same thing plus light switches flickering and decided room is haunted. Told the front desk and gave us another room 1542 next floor. No problems at all. Asked about the history of this beautiful hotel and yes have been ghost visitors from the past here. Large queen beds with sofa and large screen TV. Room is large and nice size bathroom with white linens. Minutes away from the Pike market (read up on this being old burial ground) and restaurants. Friendly front desk make our stay perfect! Loved it and glad we decided on this property!!

It was a beautiful building, room was very spacious. This is not an issue for most, but vending was non-existent. Staff was awesome, efficient, and very helpful.
