Can be vary loud
If you are worried about noise make sure to stay in the Galley Tower. I was in the Grand Tower the first night and it was so loud it felt like I was in front of the stage in Fremont street. I was not able to sleep, even with the ear plugs they offer at the front desk.
The staff was nice enough to move me to a gallery room. This room was much quieter.

Trade show
The carpet tacking was coming undone between the bathroom and main room and I stepped on it barefoot. It hurt you need to fix that it could have been worse.

Terrific property. Location very close to the action, yet just far enough to be a relaxing place to stay. Friendly staff and updated rooms.
So much to do close by. Way better than trying to stay on the strip.
Plus, Pizza Rock is right across the street!!
I will stay here again for sure!

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown
Room was nicer than expected and pretty clean. The only small issue was one of the pillows smelled a bit like mildew on one side but I just moved that aside and it was fine. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was surprisingly big and modern. I tried checking in online but the system was done as well as the kiosks in the hotel. I checked in with the front desk and they were very friendly and efficient. Had a great short stay.

Great location close to activities on Fremont St. The parking deck was close and very easy to enter and exit. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The continental breakfast at the cafe was a great value (good coffee, quality pastries, fruit & yogurt). The only problem I had was there was no room service to make beds, replace bottled water, exchange towels.

I had to call the front desk multiple times to ask if someone can clean our room, make the beds, empty the garbage,towels, etc. we stayed for four days and our bed was never made and we ended up getting g towels on the last day. Also I paid a lot of money through Expedia just to get hit with $500 extra fees at the hotel

The room is very noisy. We were right outside a biker bar and could hear the motorcycle all night long. The room lacks any sound proofing. We can also hear the music from Fremont street that was 2 blocks away. The self parking is also sketchy. No elevator and the stairway smell like urine. Felt a bit unsafe.

Smelt like smoke, dirty around the bed.. rooms have not been vacuumed properly. Has to sleep with AirPods in every night as the music booms from Fremont street next door til 2 am. My first clue should have been the ear plugs that were being handed out at the front desk. Awful!! Dont stay here you’ll regret it

It was overall good. Hotel is clean and in a great location.
The Casino dealers ($1 Black Jack and Craps) were very friendly.
My status allowed for a room upgrade and I was not offered it. Also, I had a food/beverage credit and the front desk did not say anything about it, I had to remind them. Free Parking is a nice perk.

For the 1st time, it was very loud: woke up almost every night between midnight and 5AM due to very loud neighbours. Had to call front desk after 2 days as I didnt have fresh towels and bed not done to realize you "had" to call for this to be made. On a 5-night stay, seemed cheap. Starting to see damages to the bedroom (doors, walls, furniture). Might need a refresh. All-and-all, great location and tons to do nearby but afraid it's starting to loose it,s touch.

You won't be disappointed
Once again our go to hotel to stay at in Las Vegas. Just a few steps from the Fremont Street Experience. Of course that is the spot we love in Vegas. Hotel is everything we need. Can't review the food or bar because we have not ate it drank in those spots. We usually eat on Fremont Street. Nacho Daddy is the spot. Hogs & Heifers is a bar directly across the hotel and it gives Coyote Ugly vibes. Really recommend you hitting up this bar.

My husband and I loved our stay here. Its a cute little hotel, and you can walk across to Fremont Street experience. Its far enough away to not hear all the commotion of Fremont though. It was a nicely decorated hotel, the staff was kind, and the Cafe had good options. Our room had an awesome view. We will be back again.

Rooms are nice.
The rooms are very quiet and the beds are mostly comfortable. This surprised me since we were in Vegas. My only complaint is there is no chair or desk if you need to use your laptop.

My only complaint was that the room above us had the creakiest floor I’ve ever heard, and I think the occupants walked around all night, every night we were there. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

I did not spend much time at the hotel. I went out and came back to sleep. There was a problem with my original room. Staff wonderful accommodated me moved to another room. I was near Freemont st. I always felt safe.

Stairway hell!
They put me on the 24th floor and did not tell me the elevators would be down for 3 hours. Had to take the stairs up and down, 24 floors, 3 times!

First impression of Vegas was not positive.
Not a clean hotel. The smell was almost unbearable, both in the main hallways and in the room. The room itself had very deep, dirty grout in the bathroom, which also was poorly designed: it had only a partial glass block for the shower water, which came out on the floor (no shower curtain or door available), adding to the mold and mildew. The food was incredibly poor, and I feel bad saying it because I know the poor staff is probably overworked; I didn't finish my pancakes on the second day as they tasted distinctly like someone put a dollop of cleaning chemicals in the middle of the batter (also not completely cooked). There were a couple staff members who tried, but it wasn't a good stay. When I needed to get home early and asked to cancel my third night at about 3pm they immediately went to "no" instead of trying to find a way to at least partially help me with the bill. I get that it was 3pm so turning a room around would be extra work for the staff, but for the price, there should at least have been a modest bill credit for leaving early. And again, the smell that permeated the entire building was indescribable and ineffable (not in a good way) - I almost gagged through my first night, only eventually becoming hardened to the olfactory extremis. Not trying to be mean, but I would not recommend this hotel. Alternatives like the Venetian would likely be very high on my list after seeing beautiful lobbies during events.

The bathtub was filthy, the staff was sort of rude and unhelpful. My food was taken by unhoused person and they hunted him down and took the food from him and offered me my food back. Why would you take the already eaten food? He was in need. It was all distastefully done. But the casino, gym, room and cleanliness outside of the bath was nice. I won't stay again, but I wouldn't say run away either.

The live music from Freemont street goes until 1am every night and is very loud inside the room. Great if you want to do some karaoke, not so great if you want to sleep. The coffee bar people are great but they are overwhelmed when a long line forms due to conference people coming T the same time.

The hotel is a block away from Fremont street making it very easy to travel back and forth. The staff were so helpful. My room wasn’t ready when I checked in but the front desk representative quickly switched us to a room that was ready without us needing to ask. The room was very modern and had a great view of the pool. Carpet was brand new and clean. The only problem I had was noticing the bed frame really needed to be cleaned as there were greasy handprints all over it but that is a small detail that could be easily overlooked by housekeeping. I would definitely stay again.

They have 2 hotels in one, 1 hotel is very old and the other about 3 years old. The old one should be remodeled, the new one is too small and you can hear your neighbors. The casino is about the same as the hotels, crowded and noised, but the restaurant is good for breakfast daily. On my opinion if you like tranquility, you better stay away from any hotel at downtown area!

This place is usually a great place to stay. Close to Fremont, staff is very friendly and the rooms are usually very nice. But recently they opened a hot and juicy restaurant and let me tell you it was the worst idea. The elevators the hallway even the room on the 18th floor SMELLED so HORRIBLE. Like rotten eggs.

The hotel seems to be updated. Upon arrival the front desk greeted us nicely. Pointed to where our room was. On our way to the room the odor has a very bad odor. The elevator smells like someone urinated in it. Upon arriving at the room, same thing the room has a very unpleasant odor. The cabinets were broken and it was overall runned down.

Highly disappointing.
The hotel (room, hallway, elevators) stunk like sewage and the elevators were almost unbearable. My sink did not drain, the toilet did not completely flush, the noise from the local clubs made it nearly impossible to sleep. I had no room service (cleaning service) and the TV had continual black spots fading in and out, so that was hard to watch. Not a fan.

The room was not as described or what I paid for and booked. This wasn’t a grand studio. Tired room. Safe didn’t work, screws loose on the door handles. Stains on the carpets. Unwelcome feel. Check in and check out was dull. No explanation of facilities or services. No welcoming feel. Breakfast was poor. Didn’t eat there, went elsewhere. Tried to seek assistance and they were not interested.

Property is OK. Pics depict a much more modern hotel.In reality the room was outdated, carpet looked dirty and bathrooms felt old.
