The Front Lobby staff is very rude/dismissive and made us feel unwelcome and as if we were an inconvenience. Their communication skills were very poor. Cleanliness was also very poor. There was hair in the shower and black mold in the corners. Room outdated and dingy. The charge for a bottle of water was $14(outrageous). Had to pay a $70 early check in fee. The location however is very central. There are a lot of restaurant options and the Colosseum staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely not worth staying at this hotel.

We got decent pricing for what we expected to be a splurge of a stay, seeing that we normally stay downtown for under $100 a night. Nope. We checked in online and were instructed to go to a lounge and do mobile ticket pick up. That was closed so we waited in line for 20 mins only to get to the front and be told it wasn’t the correct line and we had to proceed to the standard line which went quickly. The resort fee wasn’t too bad at $58 a night but I figured nbd because it’s Caesar’s palace. We got to the room in the Octavius tower and it was worse than anything off Fremont that hasn’t been updated in 10 years. Carpet was ripped, couch was filthy with stains, hair on the floor in the bathroom, and it stunk like cigarettes. Super disappointed in the quality. It was raining so we obviously couldn’t use the pool but the fees should have been waved. Excalibur has renovated rooms 10x as fancy for like $75 bucks. If you HAVE to stay there maybe request another tower, that’s obviously for us Expedia people haha

The pick up spots for rides was confusing, also a more clear layout of how to get to the main lobby would be great. First time visiting and took us an hour and a half to find. One sign would show lobby and you follow the path and then the next has nothing on it about it.

Our check in experience left a lot to be desired, we had to fight with the lady at check in to get the room we’d booked. We were told that we couldn’t have that room as it wasn’t available and it wasn’t because of housekeeping (which we were told the first time we tried to check in). Then our room was dirty and looked like it was only partially cleaned. On the positive side, it is very well located making it easy to walk most places.

Horrible!!! First, we tried to check in early, they didnt allow us unless we pay extra. Then we tried the faster check in using the kiosk next to the reception, we didnt get an email so I asked the person at the lobby, not sure if he was the a manager of some sort but he said that their kiosk check in is “not reliable” that sometimes it does not how to look for the exact rooms we booked. So he told us to fall in line, we ended up in that long line just to be told we are not getting the room we reserved which was a Julius Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking. We ended up in a accessible room with very noisy toilet every time you use the flush. The person who assisted us in checking in did not even want to keep an eye contact its as if they were robots. and oh they said just because we reserved that room does not mean we’re getting it. Horrible! What’s the point of reservation then? Not booking at this hotel again

Ok lets start off with I had a room for 9 days and the first 4 days I moved every day. First room had a runner so big you walked on concrete. second room was two queen beds not what I ordered and mover me to another tower. Third room was what I ordered not a good view but tired of moving so ok take it and shut up I thought. Well the next day I get a call from the front desk you have to move we have to service this room !! By this time I was stressed out and I went down and told them I"m not paying to park or the resort fee this is BS !! I go to Las Vegas 2-3 times a year for the past 20 years and I never had a stay this bad in my life! SO when you call to complain they tell you they have 24-48 hours to get back to you. Well they never get back to you and you have to go down to talk to a manager but they don't come out they sit back and let the desk clerk do the work! They need a lot of help in the customer service area. For what is to be a higher end resort I can tell you it's not !! Don't waste your money here they don't care and there are better places to stay that are cheaper!! So what did I get for a room for all my hassle ? A suite that is what they called it but Hampton Inn has nicer rooms then there suite !! I will never stay there again and I'm not sure if I would stay at Caesar's other places either ! If you have a car here plan on walking miles from your room to parking !!

We didn’t like that everything was charged . No coffee or water unless you paid for it . We paid the resort fee for no resort . Pool was closed which I understand since it’s January but at least keep the hot tubs running .

Caesars never disappoints. Clean, secure, entertaining. I'd still like a coffee maker, minifridge, and micro for between $400 to $1200 a night. I Love the Bacchanal Buffet, truly the most reliable buffet on the strip. Parking is not free and is located at one end ,not centrally so expect a long walk whatever you are doing there.

Going in I had high expectations. The casino and restaurants were amazing. So many different options to choose from. Check in experience is messy and the staff is not very helpful. Most of them didn’t even me the time to make eye contact. Once in the room, first impression was nice, but the headboard was scratched all up and I think we had dust/mold in the corner by the vent. Attempted several times to connect to WiFi and communicate with support. Ended up giving up on that situation. Housekeeping was on point.

Given we paid extra to check-in early (which they scam you into by saying you need to upgrade because those are the rooms available) the experience was quite disappointing. The room was not totally clean, the toilet required you to hold the handle or flush twice, the light in the toilet area was quite dim, the light on the magnifying mirror didn’t work. Despite asking them to dust off the surfaces (they were quite dusty) it wasn’t done. And there is a pod coffee machine with no pods. Yes Vegas is expensive. But given we paid a lot extra to check in earl, I would expect better. Service is overall mediocre. They get plenty of visitors so don’t feel the need to put in extra effort. The restaurant is rushing you in/out and the hotel staff seemed annoyed when I complained about the room. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff is rude and unfriendly. The hotel is old and run down. The ruffles on our bed were down and hanging halfway to the floor. There was only reading lights on one bed. There were children's handprints on the mirrors. The bathroom looked old and grungy. There was a charge for everything including WIFI ($15)!! There was a charge of $65 for early checkin even if told become available (please note that we stayed at the Bellagio three months ago and were able to get a room early at no extra charge). This will be our first and last stay at Ceasers Palace.

We checked in online and stood about 40 minutes in line at the Flora next to registration. No one ever came. We had to then stand in the line of about 50 people to get our keys. The room had dirty socks left on the floor and the dresser was not clean. We did not have hot water. in the morning, we had to shower lukewarm water We were charged parking on our bill, and we tried to use the room card to leave the parking structure and we had to pay again for parking.

Appalling customer service
The customer service was terrible. We booked 3 rooms and some issues and although they were ultimately dealt with, the staff were dismissive, rude and condescending. They also nickel and dimed us for EVERYTHING. I have been to Vegas many times and will never stay at Caesar’s Palace again. I am a hardworking professional who wants to relax and have fun and I certainly don’t need or deserve the attitude that I encountered during this stay.

There were several instances where the food court (near the colosseum) negatively impacted our stay. It was just a mess, disorganized, bad attitudes, and the worse was when we had an emergency where one of my family members was having a coughing/asthma attack and I ran over to ask for water at the Starbucks in the food court but they refused to give me a cup of water because they were closing. Even though it was an emergency and I was begging the employee to help she kept saying “sorry, we’re closed” even with the water right next to her. I’ll never forget how terrifying it was and it honestly ruined most of the trip because I couldn’t believe how indifferent she was. The hotel was fine and we had fun but the food court employees didn’t have the best customer service so that dampened the mood while there. I’m only giving two stars because the actual hotel staff were nice. So my review is directly for the food court staff.

I like the property. Obviously it’s huge. They have good restaurants. The pubs were nice. The one thing I did not care for is the 12 people in my group which were housed on different floors all had to take a cold shower when we were getting ready to go to the airport. to me that indicates that the property should do something to maintain the hot water for all of their customers.

Uber pickup is very confusing. The app only gives one choice for pickup but there is 4 or 5 pickup points for the property. Caesars should provide Uber the ability to put all points of pickup on the app.

It was just okay
The Octavius Tower needs some love as the lamp shades in my room were damaged and the bathroom is a bit dated. The service was above average but it still seemed that the property was short staffed as laundry and trash was left for hours in the hall.

The public areas of the hotel are fantastic. We were there for the Adele concert and the venue is beautiful and a great place for a show. There are lots of food and drink options and the casino was hopping. Check in and check out were super easy. We stayed in the Octavius tower on the 57th floor. The elevators were outdated compared to other parts of the hotel and did not require a key card to access a floor. My room felt kind of dank compared to my friends’ room in the Julius tower. The door frames and the baseboards were splintered and missing large chunks of paint. The door to the toilet room was super finicky and had a tendency to lock on its own. The room phone was temperamental so it was hard to reach the front desk without going down when the aforementioned toilet door locked unexpectedly.

many staff people we asked about restaurants in the hotel and they couldn't answer us or gave wrong answers. The table limits were all to high. We went next door where they were more reasonable. My room had candy on the floor from previous guests.

We booked for Ceasar’s palace with king bed. Upon our arrival for checkin they reported that they upgraded our stay to complimentary better stay Nubo Hotel. We went to our room, and the one they provided was a downgraded room. I can tell by quality of carpet, smell, and lighting. We complained to staff at Nubo front desk who told us to go to Julius’ VIP (stating that she’d call them) and I was welcomed with a very impolite middle-aged man talking bad things about Expedia being a third-party. The man was not helpful at all. We have to get into the checked in process at the front desk again and was told that our name wasn’t in the system. Long story short, we got a room but not the king bed we requested. We only got the double bed. Overall it was an unpleasant experience with unpleasant staff esp the man from VIP. Note that Caesar’s palace will accept your booking with Expedia but will downgrade you on arrival. Be mindful bc they’ll tell you it’s an upgrade. Refuse if they do this to you.

Room was tired, caulking gone everywhere, found a needle cover in chair in room, random colored lightbulbs (red and blue) in lamps, loud room near elevator, lack of body wash and soap given. We are easy hotel guests, the kind who clean up before we leave and only take room service as needed, this was a poor experience and would not recommend staying at Caesars as an average person. The rooms were extremely over priced for what you get and the property itself is showing it's age. Do yourself a favor and go to Aria, park, Wynn. Id even take ph over this place.

The hotel and restaurants are amazing. The check-in line took awhile even after pre-registering. A few words of advice. Don't move anything in the fridge or items on top of it or you will be charged ridiculous amounts for commin items.e.g., beer, water, juice, nuts. Great location and had a great view of the fountains at the Bellagio. There are plenty of dining options.

I was staying Caesars palace several years ago. It was very impressive, but not this time, the room is old with many scratches on the walls and furnitures. The sink is stuck. Our room is half miles from the elevator. Overall, I will not come back again.

The room was old and the furniture was all chipped amd beat up. We had an issue with the minibar and was assured by the fromt desk there would be no charges and we got home to chqrges. We were charged $90 AND they said too late nothing they could do. Ive stayed there pre covid and had great experiences. I will not stay there again

Paid for early check in, got an email 20 mins before regular checkin time that room is ready, then I had to wait in the checkin line for more than 40 minutes to get the room keys, and they didn't want to give me back the early check in fee. The room is very old, wifi didn't work and the I didn't even had a bottle of water in the room.

We booked 2 rooms under one booking and put in a request for adjoining rooms, called ahead of time as well. We were assigned rooms on different floors, they couldn’t give us room on same floor - basically wanted us to upgrade and pay more money for any request. Broken ice machine, poor room service etc. Overall it’s just the hotel that has a name, service doesn’t exist.
