Great place to stay as a traveller! I knew that breakfast was included, but I wasn't aware of the free snacks and drinks from 530-730pm! That was a welcome surprise. Very clean, very convenient. The food in the restaurant was decent, which is good because there's nothing else around there.

The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the fact that the room was bare. No utensils in the kitchen, no cup in the bathroom, no water bottles available. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

Nice accommodations for the rate. Especially since it includes a decent breakfast with a made to order omelet station. Our accommodations weren’t available upon arrival. The manager Nebul went out of his way to find something suitable. I appreciate him for that gesture. My party was made up of 4 college friends. Our preference was to stay together in a room. That’s why we specifically chose Embassy Suites. We like to stay up late, laugh, and reminisce. Since there were no rooms available with 2 queen beds we were offered 2 separate rooms with 1 king bed in each room. The accommodations were thoughtful but we really wanted to be together. It altered our plans but I’m happy we were given comfortable accommodations.

A Little Piece of Heaven!
Regular weekend getaway at one of our favorite hotels! Great staff, immaculately clean/spacious rooms, and the "Best" made-to-order breakfast you'll ever have, seriously! The table in the living room had sticky stains on it. There was also a stain on the rug. I pulled out the couch to sleep and there was at least 10 press on nails laying on the floor. Lastly, a bug on my son’s arm when he was sleeping.

Used bedsheets and towels were stack in front of rooms and it was very odd looking. Do not want to recommend to any one. I went to service desk you check-out and service representative was watching her cellphone without caring what customer wants. Bad customer service.

I think your snacks are way overpriced. I paid $11 cash for a bottle of diet pepsi and 2 small bags of chips, ridiculous.

Deep cleaning a must
Everything was wonderful except the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly in need of deep cleaning (we did not walk around without wearing some sort of foot wear) and there were stains on the sofa that also needed to be steam cleaned. The bed on the other hand was super comfortable and we had a restful night sleep.

I booked a 2 room deluxe suite but it was one room only other was locked. I spoke to front desk about the guy told you booked through 3rd party so he cant do anything.
I paid upto $450 for 2 nights.

Staff in dining facilities were excellent! Management had no communication causing me to move rooms several times and front desk staff was not helpful! I had to move rooms with an infant and had no help from staff after managers told me I was ok to stay in my room. The staff waited for me to leave my room and changed my room key so when I tried to get back into my room I had to move. I would never book this hotel again. Just because of the lack of empathy of staff workers and lack of communication amongst managers and front desk.

The front desk staff was not welcoming at all, each day we stayed, we had key remote access, but no one at the front desk greeted us to say hello welcome or greeted us to say enjoy your day when we went out to our day visiting the city. We stayed Saturday-Wednesday, in and out of the hotel no one said a word to us. Either the front desk person was talking to another worker, reading text or just staring in space. We didn’t get any acknowledgment. The restaurant staff, breakfast and dinner was phenomenal. Exceptional, every day.

Bed was comfortable and I slept well.
The staff at the breakfast buffet was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is like school cafeteria food and not high quality.
Front desk was not helpful. I asked for an early check in and the woman said no but it didn’t seem like she even tried to accommodate me. Said it was because house keeping wasn’t done but when I finally went to my room there were no house keepers anywhere. It really seemed like she didn’t want to bother to even try.
The room seemed run down. The vent in the bathroom was caked with dust inside it.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because I did sleep well and the ladies at the buffet were really nice. And it was a low price for a one bedroom King suite w a pullout couch for my husband and son and I.

When I’ve arrive with my bf for his birthday gateaway. I wanted to us to relaxed. Means pool watch tv, fitness. Just relaxing but the power was off until 9pm. So the only thing we could do is stay in our room cause the pool wasn’t open now. But the staff was friendly at least

My stay was pleasant, the room was clean, and everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. The only issues I had were: 1) none of the TV remote controls worked (assuming batteries were dead), 2) unable to reach room service despite multiple attempts. By the time they called me back I had already eaten the food that I went to pick up and eat in my room, and 3) the lighting was poor - only two lamps in the suite worked, the rest wouldn't turn on.

None of the common areas were cleaned. From the floor in the lobby to the elevator to the carpeted hallways to the pool area. There were spills that were never cleaned from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out- the same spills remained unchecked. Our room looked like it had not been touched except to make the bed, fold the towels, and add a new bar of soap to the dish. The floors had old stains on them, hair all around. The dining table and chairs had stains that i had to clean myself. There was only ONE ROLL of toilet paper in the entire suite and we had to order more toilet paper in the middle of the night. The back of the TV remote where the batteries are located had no choice on if and the remote wasn't working. The breakfast in the morning was deplorable- there was watery scrambled eggs, turkey sausage that tasted more like hot dogs, and DRYYYYYY biscuits. The whole stay was GHETTO and NOT WORTH the almost $300 that they were about to charge me. I complained to the front desk guy, Abe, who was VERY PLEASANT and understanding and he gave me a slight discount for our inconvenience. The only saving grace for this place is that every staff member we encountered were very kind and helpful. But they were understaffed and poor Abe was literally the only front desk person THE WHOLE TIME we were there. We checked in at 8pm (he had been there since 7am that morning) and we checked out around 2:15pm the next day. Smh. Overall, WOULD NOT recommend!!

While the hotel wasn’t bad, it seems like they are in need of more staff to help with the up keep of the building. Both front desk clerks that i dealt with were not very customer service focused or even friendly. It was nice that they had a pool but there were no towels for my kids to use after they got out. The overall feel is an understaffed and declining in quality.

Our first stay here was perfection. Our second stay had some issues. No shower soap. The shower handle and drain was a mess. We asked for towels from the hospitality workers and never got any. Other than that, the hotel is super nice. Great breakfast and super kind staff.

Bartender was excellent and food was very good. Problem was with housekeeping. Only one set of towels was in the room for 2 people. It took 5 calls and 27 hours before additional towels were provided. At checkout hotel removed parking charges as a courtesy when we complained, again, about the towel situation.

The hotel was not to the regular standards of embassy suites. It was somewhat disappointing. I felt that for the relative high price it wan not a good enough value.
The lady in the front desk was extremely rude. Although we asked a few weeks before for two close rooms we got rooms.a different floors.
There weren't enough towels, coffe, soap in the room..
The swimming pool was tiny and unappealing with no hotub.
Breakfast was good and people serving it where very professional and helpful.
They charge 12 a night for parking.
With traffic it can take 30 minutes to get to DC. It's not an easy drive.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean. We also enjoyed our breakfast although I wish the hours were a little longer. It’s 6:30-9:30, for guest who are vacationing and may want to sleep in 6:30-10:30 would be appreciated. I’m also use to having bacon as an option at Embassy Suites. Unfortunately, bacon wasn’t available during the complimentary breakfast but they did offer great veggies and crumbled sausage to add to our omelettes so not a major issue. Our omelettes & pineapples were really good. Overall, I would stay again and also recommend. The staff was very friendly & accommodating.

The staff promised a special arrangement and didn't deliver on it. They were very courteous, but the communication amongst the staff was not there, so they were not all aware of the arrangement. After the arrangement was confirmed there was a promise made to resolve the issue, but that was never done. They did try to make up for it in a different way, but the moment was lost. They were professional, they just did not follow up on a promise that they had made that we were excited about and looking forward to.

Clean room and nice stay, awesome breakfast. I arrived late at around 2am and the hotel could not locate my reservation in their system. I had already paid through hotels.com but the front desk had to create a new reservation for me and thankfully they still had rooms available. This took longer than expected but the front desk was courteous and offered to comp my parking for the night which I appreciated. I forwarded the confirmation of my reservation to the front desk at the hotel so that it could be addressed later in the morning with their reservations department. However I felt there was no effort on the hotel’s part to help resolve this issue and when I inquired about this when checking out I was told “that’s on you to call”. I was the only person in the lobby and felt that the front desk agent did not want to be involved with this issue. I simply did not want to pay twice for a reservation. I had to ask to see if the original reservation populated in their system.

We stayed in at the Embassy Suites in Springfield for a day. The pool was unavailable due to a part being ordered. The staff was pleasant and the hotel itself - landscaping and outside condition were well. Our suite needed some attention. The carpet was not vacuumed, the couch had stains, and my towel had a long blonde hair on it before use. The sheets appeared cleaned so we roughed it out for one day.

Quiet Retreat of I-95 in Springfield VA
The Embassy Suites was quiet, although it was located next to I-95 in Northern VA and everything was clean and lovely.
The pool was not open due to a mechanical problem, but this only makes us want to stay another time to use this facility.

Still using COVID to justify horrible service
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, and things were good. This hotel was my favorite hotel in the area. However, this time, service was worse than horrible. I had 2 different reservations, one was for 2 nights and the other one for 6 nights. I requested for my room to be cleaned at least twice during my 9 day stay. To say the least, my room was never cleaned not even once during my entire stay. Every time, the manager will promise me the room will be cleaned “today”.
I was visiting my family in the area, so I was leaving the hotel with my daughter early in the morning and come back to the hotel late at night pass midnight. Since I was promised the room to be cleaned before I left the hotel, I would usually go to my room on the 6th floor, the furthest room from the elevators, and to my surprise the room again is not cleaned, so despite being extremely tired, and ready to take a shower and crash, I had to go down and request towels as the phone in the room wasn’t working. So every single night I had to go down to the front desk and ask for clean towels and soap and wait 15-30 mins for someone to bring them to the room. A couple of time my daughter is so tired that she sleeps without a shower as we are really exhausted….. My daughter and I experience was so bad that I promised her I will never book at that hotel again.
