Omg what can I say this property is clean inside and outside. The rooms amazing full size fridge it has dish washier etc. I will be back again and I love how it’s secluded and quiet

If you are attending the Wiregrass sports complex, this is the place to stay. We were here for a volleyball tournament and the Hotel is right next door! Everything at the hotel was perfect. Little pricey compared to hotels down the street but definitely worth it. Breakfast was 10/10 with GF and vegan options. Front desk staff were accommodating for early check in and late check out. Nice big lobby with tables for the girls to hang out between volleyball games.

From the time I checked-in to checkout, everyone was welcoming amd professional. The entire facility and room were clean. The rooms were we’ll appointed with all the amenities. The skybox was a plus to hsve onsite. It was nice to hsve a place were adults can hangout. The commentary breakfast was fresh and hot. The kids loved the fresh hot waffles. Our entire family is looking forward in community back.

I like everything about this hotel.
Excellent location near shopping and restaurants but away from traffic areas.
Very comfortable spacious rooms.

Our stay started off nice and quiet but that changed very quickly. House Keeping only cleaned our room once during our 4 night stay and that was only bc we complained to the front desk. They never refreshed towels so we would have to call down for fresh towels. There seems to be a staff shortage generally.

Really nice newish hotel!
Right near hospital and sports center. Weekends get a little busy due to the sports center being next door. During the week it's really quiet. Nice clean hotel with free morning breakfast and friendly staff. Full kitchen and fridge which is convenient for extended stays. Sheets were comfy and bed was soft. Great stay would recommend! AC worked beautifully and Free Showtime was a plus!

Modern amenities and very spacious.
Room was huge, shower was huge
Most importantly thos was s discussion stay for my daughter and the hotel chilled some champagne i left for her, and set glasses out.

Great Staff and Nice Hotel
All the staff the we encountered in our 2 day stay were friendly and accommodating! We even received housekeeping service after our first night and that was great as my wife had a heart procedure early that morning at the nearby hospital and it was nice to come back to a made-up room! Thank you to Amanda! Overall the stay was great! Was wishing the rooftop bar was open those 2 nights, but it was not.

They did not make up our room after the first night so we didn't have clean linens etc.
Was told that you had to ask for these services when checking in but no one asked us. apparently a new process.

I was very unhappy with the fact I was hit with unexpected additional charge of 150 upon arrival at the hotel for my pet. I am not sure who to place blame on ( the hotel, or expedia) . When booking the room I selected the option for a pet friendly place as well as indicating my poodle would be joining us on the trip. I was given a total and gave my card information for reservation of the room. I am very upset for being charged and having to spend an unexpected amount ofmoney, I will not be utilizing the services of expedia for future bookings and will be sure to leave reviews online of my horrible experience. This was my first and last time taking this route and I am extremely disappointed. I am currently unemployed and on maternity leave. These are hard times for families such as mine and I feel very much take advantaged of.
