Great location. However, I was not informed of the very high pet fee until after I had checked in. I could have booked a room just for my dog for what I paid for that one night's pet fee. I was just a surprise and at 11 pm I was not willing to find another hotel.

This stay was wonderful from start to finish. Mandy at the front desk was amazing. When I told her what I was there for (bachelorette party) she gave us a bottle of champagne and glasses. It was delicious btw. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was great! So many options! I will stay here again and will tell all my friends and family.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the room, as well as the cleanliness and atmosphere of the entire hotel. We would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn if in the Greer area.

Whether you're a foodie or someone who enjoys spending time in nature, this hotel's location has got you covered.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always available to assist with any of my requests, and their sweet and caring nature made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The cleanliness of the rooms was another aspect that impressed me during my stay. The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. However, I must admit that the pillows could use some improvement. They weren't the most comfortable, but this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by all the positive aspects of my stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Its fantastic location, attentive staff, and cleanliness make it a top choice for accommodation. Despite the minor issue with the pillows, the overall experience was exceptional. I would gladly return to this hotel on my next visit and encourage others to do the same.

This was perfect for my solo trip with 2 kids. Safe well lit garage, great breakfast options was also a plus. Only thing to suggest @check in no we’re to really park and can’t enter garage without a key. So if a weekend were lots of visitors it would have been a nightmare. But smooth sailing this time

It’s an annoying little town with a lot of traffic and the lot that the Hampton is on is very hard to get to. Parking garage is frustrating too. Our room smelled like smoke all night. I wouldn’t stay again. It’s a pretty Hampton inn with new decorating but the staff wasn’t overly friendly either. Just not a great experience. Bed wasn’t comfortable and the duvet smelled strong of febreze. The manager discounted the room which was nice. The breakfast attendant was very sweet.

The employees were outstanding. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the coffee. We were not impressed with the mattress at all. There were several
Homeless people staying in front of the hotel. They were there from Thursday until Sunday while we were there. One of the gentleman attempted to enter but didn't have a key card. There were a few words exchanged with the employees. We were there for a wedding. This motel
Was recommend by the venue.

The amazing staff!!! James and Shahari on the front desk were so knowledgeable and helpful. There was always a smile and a greeting even when assisting others. Tina in food service made me feel special like the others. The room was perfect and everything was so thoughtful. Shahari handed me water after a very long and hot day of frustrating travel. James helped me when I called prior to making a reservation by getting an answer to my question about EV charging in the area. He even called the city to get all the information about the availability and type of charger the CALLED me back to give me the results. What service! Thanks Hampton Inn, we’ll be back!

This hotel was just a block from several downtown restaurants but the downtown area is still very quiet. I would definitely stay here if I was in the area again. Very convenient.

i really enjoy staying at this property. It is very convenient, clean and pleasant. The only reason I didn't give it an "excellent" rating in the cleanliness is because there was a splatter of something that appeared be ketchup or something on the wall beside the bed. It wasn't a large splatter so it was easily overlooked unless you are lying down and see it at eye level. But disconcerting nonetheless. Overall I love this property and will return again.

The staff was very professional upon checking in. They offer free parking under a secure garage. They offer free breakfast free Wi-Fi very clean very modern. I was able to sleep peacefully no noise. I also enjoy the restaurants downtown. Greer South Carolina I will visit again.

One night in a new hotel with waffle makers.
Brand new hotel right in the middle of all that is happening in Greer, SC. Parking is too simple. Staff was flawless. Breakfast was on par with most hotels. But when you have waffle makers you get bonus points. They have TWO waffle makers. So….

This property is only about a year old, so it still felt quite new. The only negative was we didn't have facial tissue, but didn't notice until 11pm. So I didn't feel like calling the desk. Although I'm sure they would have remedied it immediately. Beautiful area to stay.

2nd night was great, no complaints. 1st night someone was playing loud music at midnight, and people were screaming in the hallways. I’m sure it could be a once off, but it’s not fun when you’re there when it happens.
