TOO EXPENSIVE!
This is a small clean hotel. I got an okay rate through hotels.com @ $120 a night (which i still think was too expensive for this room), then had to book a night through the hotel and they wanted to charge me $179 the night!! Way too expensive!!! They worked with me and only charged me $139 for the night, but still, not worth the high price. I really dont understand how they can get away with charging that much.

Bathroom door issue
Everything was great and as advertised. Only issue was bathroom door stuck and we had to use a lot of force to close it.

Nice simple stay. Cheaper in off season
Nice place to stay. Close to Providence and Foxboro. Safe location. Great pizza shop close by for delivery. Great cell service. Not so good water pressure (we were on 1st floor) nice basic free breakfast, basic fitness center. If you bring your pets beware there are a lot of bunnies running around Norton is a more rural area. Bed was firm. Plenty of pillows. Room was clean. Plenty of outlets.

Short, leisure stay.
Very friendly staff. Clean hotel with good complimentary breakfast and all day coffee. Also with a coffee house literally next door.
Room was clean and comfortable. Bathtub and shower didn’t work very well, with slow drainage and low pressure shower head. Plenty of hot water though.

I liked everything EXCEPT - I reserved an accessible king suite, but when I checked in, I was told there weren't any available, so I was given a regular accessible king room. I was traveling with my 96-year-old mother and this room didn't meet our needs. There wasn't a comfortable chair for her to sit in, and by sleeping in the same room, I kept her awake with my snoring. I was quite upset.

My only complaint about the property was the water pressure in the bathroom was not great. The property inside and outside were clean and well kept. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom was large. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy access to the highway and other routes. We had to get in the highway for a 7-10 minute drive to get to the restaurant we went to and the grocery store.
You are close to Gillette Stadium and the Wrentham outlets.
Highly recommended. The price was great for what you will get. I almost forgot to mention they also offer breakfast with both hot and cold foods.

Everything was great. The hotel is so contemporary, clean, and comfortable staff was always pleasant & helpful. Complimentary breakfast was perfect and much appreciated. My only complaint was the mattress on the sofa bed in our room. It was downright awful. Every spring could be felt, making for a horrible night's sleep.

First off, the price gouging for concert nights is just gross. The walls are paper thin and there are huge gaps under the doors so you can hear everyone's conversations. The hotel is fairly clean, not perfect, but nothing cringy. The biggest annoyance of all was the breakfast experience. The entire area had sticky floors, at 8:30 which is a normal time for breakfast after a late night concert, it was completely cleared out. The staff was slow in replacing anything and when they did it was just the eggs which were too watery. For over $300 for one night, we had at least hoped for a decent breakfast. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience but wouldn't do it again any time soon.

Perfect Concert Stay
We came to town for a concert. It was a short, walking commute away. The room was perfect for my husband and I. The room was large, bed was comfortable, and the property was clean.

It was a great walk to the concert venue. Breakfast was great, the attendant was continuously restocking which was extremely nice. There are a lot of places to just chill and relax. The breakfast had lots of options!
Only decline is the beds are a little hard. But the bedding and pillows make it still comfortable. The couch we had in the sitting area for the suite was on the hard side as well. Everyone was friendly. The poor person on the check in stand lastnight was someone from a different hotel so it was kind of a bummer they didnt know where the bandaids were. And trying to leave to go to a store was impossible.

Overall our stay was great! The front desk staff was very kind and quick with questions and requests. Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and had mlre than I expected. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating across the board is because we sat at the bar/restaraunt area for at least 15 minutes and never saw a staff member. The family there had been waiting for there food over an hour and after never seeing a staff member for so long we decided to go elsewhere. It wasn't a big deal for our group as we were just trying to get one drink, but for those planning to utilize the restaurant during their visit it could have been a problem. The only other thing was that the ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working. Overall the stay was great!

Great Clean Hotel
Perfect stay. We were there to escape fireworks in our area for July 4th with kids. Front desk was friendly and helpful, let us check in early since they had the availability. Looks like a new hotel. Room was super clean and nicely decorated. Pool was nice and well stocked with towels. Area has lots of great food options too. Breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend.

Mom and daughter weekend
From the moment we walked in to the lobby this is the place to stay. We were met with smiles from the staff. The hotel was extremely clean. Music was playing in the back ground very relaxing. The room was large and spacious extremely clean and very comfortable. The pool was very clean and warm and inviting. My daughter and I relaxed in the pool for quit sometime. All and all great staff very clean. Nicely decorated hotel. Box another stay here in August. Highly recommend

What I liked about this property was it was extremely clean staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable. The bedding was incredible as far as softness goes and comfortability.Over all very satisfied with everything.

Unable to reach hotel due to traffic from Taylor Swift concert. Never made it to the hotel so unable to comment on amenities. Can say the location is not at all convenient when there is an event at Gillette. Traffic nightmare and no way to get to where need to go when herding cars out and it not the right way in this case to get to hotel.

Room was clean and attractive. Staff were fine. Continental breakfast was good. Bedside reading did not work. Weren't even connected. shower/tub valve didnt' work right. when you put it on shower the bath spigot stayed on so you ended up showering with 3 or 4 inches of water in the tub. If you selected a station on the TV it went to a different channel so you had to go and find your channel manually.

Very convenient, right off Route 495 and Route 140 Mansfield/Norton. Superb breakfast and coffee.
No Styrofoam cups or plastic coffee stir-rers seen anywhere - the planet is thankful.
It is a new property, and it looked like they have the set-up for sorting recyclables, which is commendable, but it doesn't look like it has been implemented yet with signage and instructions. So everyone was throwing everything in the trash, sadly.
There were instructions in the rooms about towels will only be replaced if asked, if you are staying more than one night. Or you can ask the front desk. This saves tons of water and energy, and this move is the first time i have seen this in a hotel. So hang up your towels, use them more than once. I will be looking to stay at Fairfield's more often to lessen my personal carbon footprint.
