Wonderful stay every time I’m here! So clean, staff is very kind and helpful, love that bottled water is always available to the customers, I have met the owners, Jeremy and Christie, who are friendly, spend time talking with the customers, they interact well with their staff and listen to the needs of those preparing breakfast. And breakfast is awesome!!!

Great newer hotel with great staff. My family stayed 3 nights with each night being very quiet to where we could sleep in each morning. We ate the breakfast each day as well which was great. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was nice also that breakfast was served from 6am to 10am every morning. It is where we stay each time when we come to the area to visit relatives.

This was a very clean and newer hotel. I did a lot of homework for a hotel to stay at on our route from driving to Oklahoma from Chicago. Most neighboring cities and hotels had a lot of complaints about bugs! (Roaches or bed bugs) so I steered clear. Even the hiltons garden in. This place seemed clean and big free after reading all the bad reviews which were mostly about stupid stuff. The beds are so comfortable and the hotel is not noisy. The cleanliness of the room was great and our overnight stay was comfortable and quiet. We spent a night here on our way to Oklahoma and another night a week later in a different room on our way back. Both times exceeded expectations. And they also went out of their way and made me special gluten free waffles for their free breakfast. 5 stars!

Cordial staff. Clean clean clean! Nice amenities for this type hotel. Staff very responsive. Excellent breakfast choices in mornings. Restaurant next door has 10% discount for hotel residents - ask at counter at hotel.

This hotel offers good breakfast. It is located in a quiet area with a good size parking lot. The only draw back is it does not have a pool.

All staff were very friendly. The night manager was very helpful with directions for food options as well as with directions for a place we had found online. Room was clean. Beds were very comfy. People at check out were also very friendly
Hotel is right off a major roadway, which was convenient but a bit noisy until about 10 pm and then things seemed to get quieter until traffic picked up in the morning

Room needs a dresser cabinet with sone drawers! Only one small narrow drawer in the room which if you stay several days (we were there four days), you have to live out off your suitcase! Not very convenient! ! 😞

We had a very enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable. The water pressure was okay, but not great. The room was very small and we felt like we couldnt more around. For the price we wished they had a pool. There is one restaurant within walking distance, but nothing else walkable. We could hear little kids above us, but it was very faint and really didn't interfere with our stay. Breakfast was typical of hotels that offer a hot meal. Nothing good nor bad stood out.

My first time at a Sleep Inn. The room was very calming, the bed was super-comfortable, the shower was HUGE, the water was nice & hot, just the way I like it. I had a 3-night stay and the breakfast each morning was very good. Excellent coffee. If I would have anything negative to say, it would be about the cold temperatures inside the hotel: the lobby, the hall to my room, the breakfast area were FREEZING COLD. Even the front desk attendant was wearing a jacket and he too said he didn’t know why the hotel had to be so cold.
But overall, my stay was exceptional and I would definitely stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Joplin, MO again

The property is new. It is bright and welcoming. Room was clean included all the necessary items for our stay. My only complaint would be that we could have used a couple more bath towels- one per person doesn’t work for many people

Nice new hotel! We were told there are outside cameras around the perimeter which was important to us given we had everything stolen from our car overnight at a hotel in Joplin despite our car being locked. Breakfast was awesome with so many options and sweet lady prepping all of the food. Front desk staff were great too!

Had a weird smell when we first entered the room. Granted this is a brand new hotel. It smelled more musty like you had an old house you had a bit once we got the air flow going it was great. Our shower leaked at the bottom of the door where the two glass panels meet. So if you shower more than once. Go by and get new towels bc you will use the two towels to clean up the leak mess. Other than that everything was great. Breakfast was great and staff was super friendly.

A Great Place to Stay

I rented a room with the king size bed, and it was probably one of the most comfortable beds. I have slept on in a hotel. My husband said their complementary breakfast was one of the best he had. I use the gym and it was wonderful as well.

Great new hotel.
Super clean, nice and new. Rooms very great. Very comfortable. Location was very helpful as there are few places to stay near that area. It was very full when we were there and we were worried about it being noisy, but it was very quiet. When we first arrived they had a snafu with the cards to get into our rooms, but they addressed it immediately and got it resolved super fast. Would definitely stay here again.
