Great hotel
The room was ready ahead of time, it was clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast at DuPars each day and it was great. Love the location of the restaurant very convenient, housekeeping was great- everything was great! Will stay here again

I love this hotel. It has all the amenities I need when coming in town to visit my mom who lives nearby. I appreciate the ease of parking, the size of the rooms, the food choices and the Golf view. Definitely pay the extra $$ for the view. My only two complaints are that the casino is pretty Smoky and the beds and bedding, while clean, are not comfy. The best kept secret though is Elvira in the Suncoast Spa. Best massage therapist I’ve ever met. So good, I went twice in one visit. I’ve occasionally chosen to stay in nicer hotels on the strip (sometimes they are cheaper). But, the convenience isn’t there and I always end up back at the Suncoast.

Great View but Dated Room
It was our 200th trip to Vegas but first time to the SunCoast. The room has an amazing view but the furniture is worn, stained & chipped. Loved the size & the use of space, also the fridge. Our ice machine was down all weekend & we had to down a floor to get ice but elevators were plentiful & no wait or crowding. Not a fan of the obnoxious teens & children in the rooms next to ours or the fire alarm at 2am we had no apology or explanation given.
The food at 90/90 & Du Pars was terrific & tasty. We had a $10 food credit which they applied. The ladies in the gift shop were helpful & reminded us about the players club discount. My only disappointment was we bought a little jewelry box & it was supposed to have a necklace inside. We were not offered a replacement or discount for it. Missing a key element should've meant a discount of some sort. The shops & food options near by were also a nice option.
Probably won't stay here again but for families or older folks it's probably ideal. Little small & dated for us but beds were comfy, water pressure was good & rooms were very clean.

The sad thing is this was a great place to stay. pricing was fair the facility wasfun and clean. However, we were woken up at 2 am by the fire alarm stating the cause was being invested. Of course we are now wide awake and packed up to go and nothing. They turned the alarm off after a few minutes and NEVER tell us anything. So we have to all and make sure everything is good or not. I think part of the alarm plan should be going right back over the intercom and telling everyone you just woke up that all is well.
Because of this I gave a low rating.

Nice Room - Good Value
The room was large and clean. It also had a great city view. The floor was quiet too.
There were a few things I didn't like though. The bedding was a little scratchy and the pillows were too flat. I was not able to sleep comfortably. Also, there was a terrible, rotten smell when I turned the water on in the bathroom sink. It went away after a bit. Lastly, the water didn't drain quickly enough while taking a shower.

Great all around experience
Travel to Vegas for a fair amount for kid sports and business. Love the Sun Coast, always a great experience all around, especially for a casino hotel. Try Dupars cafe for breakfast or anytime. Really good homestyle food.

The service at the restaurant DUPARS -REALLY needs to improve. They are too slow to even bring your drinks much less take your order-- and by the time they bring your food- your will need refills on your drinks! PLUS- when you go to oay- and wait at the cahier for about 10 minutes TO PAY- a server named Tracy- says"your server needs to take your payment"! After I was already waiting at the cashier for 10 minutes! the server NEVER mentioned this & I believe he went on break or something because no one could locate him! I was about to just leave! Here I'm trying to pay- and no one wants to take my payment! FINALLY- this same TRACY- came back & said I guess I can do it- when she could have done it,15 minutes earlier! HORRIBLE!!

the first experience was great.

I would have given 5 stars except for two things. First the food places close early it was hard to get food late at night. Only other thing was cigarette smoke. I get ppl smoke in casino but the hallways to rooms also real of smoke and it smells like smoke in the restaurants because of the open layout. The staff were great, checkin/out was easy, lots to do, and rooms were great.

Excellent Holiday retreat
We enjoyed our 3 stay from our check-in to our check out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice choice of restaurants. We even took advantage of the 75% After Christmas sale of Holiday decorations in the gift store. We will be back, possibly for New Years!

Love this hotel
We stay here often when we come to Las Vegas to visit our son and his family. The hotel is very close to where we want to be most of the time so it's convenient. But it is also very nice, clean, comfortable, and pleasant. We eat breakfast every morning in DuPar's. It is a great restaurant although I wish it had a few more choices on their menu. Check in and check out are always a breeze!

Excessive smoke smell in the casino. I would use the restaurants adjacent to the casino but the smoke smell is overwhelming. An upgrade in the ventilation system needs to be considered or have a no smoking poilcy in the casino.

Will Stay Here Again
We like staying here, as the location is excellent and close to good shopping. The trail along the golf course (get the golf course view room) is very nice. The restaurant provides a great breakfast. The sportsbook people are friendly and helpful. It may not be the most exciting place, but we always enjoy our stay. I would suggest upgrading the low-tech key system for the elevators. That proved to be quite annoying to us!

It’s very very old facility, the toilet is disgusting and bed sheet has a couple of holes. It’s not the quality of four stars hotel. I had $10 credit for foods, and they said that it’s applied to my breakfast bill, but they still charged me full without any credit. Unbelievable that they also charge $10 for internet. Won’t stay the hotel anymore.

I wanted a location near the Summerlin area and the Suncoast was ideal. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I found the Hotel staff to be very helpful and efficient. Parking was gratis and ample. I look forward to my next trip to Las Vegas and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was the first time we stayed in this hotel but I was impressed coz it’s only 6 mins drive to the hospital where my brother hospitalized. I liked the idea that we were provided a coffee maker. Food excellent in the Taste of Asia.

The stay was good, except for the tobacco smoke in the casino area and traveled to the rooms, that were non smoking. Every time I entered the casino I started sneezing and became congested. We would have left earlier but there were no other hotels close to the wedding we needed to attend.
