I like the hotel’s free shuttle from & to the airport. There is a Chinese Restaurant next door and the service is very good. Free hot coffee and free hot tea in the hotel lobby. I stayed only for one night as I missed my flight to San Francisco on that day.
The staff are very friendly.

You might say quaint. Not a high end place at all, but it had everything we needed for a night. Fun bar, friendly staff, cool pool, but the rooms feel 100 years old with AC that drips and a tiny barely functioning bathroom. But I felt like I was on a safari. I usually stay 4 or 5 star, stayed here from necessity. It was fun, kinda rugged, in need of a makeover, but did the job it was meant to do. Free shuttle to and from the airport, low traffic, but kits of airplanes. Cool if you like that.

The staff is great i was happy they helped me with all my needs i am not rich i wanted to have a budget vacation so if your looking for amazing ocean view and rooms that have room service go to the 900 dollars a night room with no taxes included

Clean room. Helpful staff. Uncomfortable mattress, Good Chinese restaurant and bar on premises. Airplanes and AC were loud at times. A good home base when exploring Oahu. Decent value and happy with my stay. Thank you.

The staff was very nice and eager to help. We were told it was under new management and trying to improve. However, the facility is definitely run down, in an industrial area, but near the airport. We hope the new management can update the rooms and clean it up.

Great Layover Hotel
Great for a pre-cruise stay. This isn’t a fancy place but it gets the job done. Reasonably priced by HI standards. Staff is pleasant enough. It’s somewhat worn but it is clean. There is some airport noise, car alarms and other misc noises so it’s not super peaceful. Shuttle service is great - phone them when you land and they’re there in minutes. Very close to HNL.

Even though it was a short stay, I had a great stay thanks to the hardworking employees. They did their best to accomodate me with their Aloha. Mahalo to great staff Geno, Emil and Lesley!! A hui hou (until we meet again) and hopefully the monorail station near by will be running when I return to Hawaii!

Think Twice
My stay at the Pacific Marina Inn in Oahu, Hawaii was far from satisfactory. The lack of parking, indifferent staff more interested in chatting than assisting guests, and rude customer service left a negative impression. The excessive charges for extras, coupled with a disconcerting waiver regarding secured parking (you will be broken into), raised concerns. Non-functional door cards, filthy rooms, and a malfunctioning A/C that dripped onto me during sleep were major inconveniences. Sticky, dirty floors and evidence of bugs further detracted from the experience. The poorly-maintained fan held together by a small screw was a clear sign of neglect. Overall, the disregard for maintenance and guest satisfaction makes it a place I wouldn't recommend.
In addition to the issues mentioned, the Pacific Marina Inn presented further disappointments. The malfunctioning TV with zero volume, coupled with small and insufficient beds, contributed to a lackluster in-room experience. Furthermore, the absence of any amenities added to the overall dissatisfaction, making the stay far from enjoyable.
Think twice before staying here. N I truly hope this is only our experience n is a one off :/ Someone who travels alot …. This is my experience.

My Gem of a Hotel
As usual, this is my hotel of choice for my business trips from another island. I like the fact that it is away from the hassle of being in the busy city and Waikiki. Being in close proximity of the Airport, there is of course a lot more "airport noise" to be expected. The people at Pacific Marina are very pleasant and always welcoming. The rooms are a little dated, internet can be a little touch-and-go, but all in a all a great place for me to lay my head, rest, and work.

Basic, and Basically Great
So, it's a basic inexpensive motel near the airport in an industrial part of town. Not a new building. But there are bright sides to staying there, so I gave the Pacific Marina Inn Airport Hotel full marks:
The staff are lovely, and really helpful!
There is a small convenience shop on-site!
They run a FREE shuttle 24/7, from and to the airport, and that beats Uber any day!
There is a bar, and the next-door Chinese restaurant, Lagoon Chinese, has truly delicious and affordable food!
You can take your dinner ten steps back to the hotel and dine by the pool or outdoor firepit.
Don't expect a fancy place, but it's a friendly and welcoming one.

Where do I begin? Before I even arrived, the deposit on my receipt was not what they charged. It was supposed to be $216, they charged $248. Upon check in, they held an additional $500 that wasn’t budgeted and then put me in a room I did NOT book! Walls in the room were dirty and unfinished. TV remote did not work and there was no heat. My girlfriend and mother are both anemic. Then when I called for an additional blanket, they told me to “come get it.” What kind of hospitality is that?! I originally booked Jan 11-15. We checked out 24 hours after arrival. Never stay here! Only staff that seemed to care was Tina!
No apology was offered.

Friendly service. Close to airport. Shuttle service on time. Facilities need update. Room Entrance door has big gaps and cold air keeps on blowing into the room. Tiny space for bathroom. Extra $47 amenity fee was not mentioned when you book online.

I booked the wrong day abs could not get in touch with Expedia to change the day so i had to pay twice for the room. Room was small and dated but the review is more on Expedia than the hotel. Chinese restaurant and bass were above average that are shaven to the hotel.

The staff here is super friendly, but the hotel is best used for a one night stay over as it is so close to the airport. The hotel’s best amenity is it has a GREAT shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms are small and outdated as well as the bathroom. There is a restaurant and bar on site.

Run down and small bed
We booked a Queen, but instead got full size bed. When I called the desk they insisted it was a queen. I was too tired to argue. The room was tiny, and was not as pictured in the advertising. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, unfortunately that is the only reason I would recommend.

I am a technician that works at the airport when visiting Honolulu. This hotel is perfect for me when traveling in this capacity as it is inexpensive, close to the airport and has a restaurant on site. Also very close to other dining if driving. Beautiful swimming pool on site. The best part of staying here is the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Every one of them. Thank you for a great stay !!!

Pros: Close to airport, friendly staff, pretty fire pit, mini store on site for quick purchases. Microwave and mini fridge. Bed was clean. Felt comfortable leaving our luggage until check in.
Cons: Felt like it was clean where we walked, slept and showered but pretty dirty on the edges, i.e stains and dirt by the base boards; so not technically filthy. Mattress was a bit old/soft. It didnt bother us but can see where others might that it was a bit rusty here and there, and dated.
It was good for an overnight, not for two more nights.

This place was very misleading. I wasn’t expecting much since it was an airport hotel, but it was so much worse. The pictures are not accurate. The place is in an industrial center which is also a construction zone as they build a new transit system right next to the hotel. The inside of the room is so run down and gross that I won’t even consider taking a shower here. The lock on the door feels like it could break off at any moment and took 15 tries before it would let me in the room because it’s so loose it doesn’t line up. I would not recommend.

The property does not do daily house keeping, the weather is humid towels don't get dry, at least change the towels.
There are staff and people talking in the courtyards past midnight. It was loud with laughter, very hard to get peaceful night of sleep.

The rooms clean and comfortable. The restaurant that is attached. Has reasonably priced meals and in good quantities. But our Tv didnt have any sound. Nobody came to fix it. So had to use close caption for the 2 days.

The property is completely out of date. Our room looked more like a prison cell than a motel. The rooms floor stayed moist even with ac on. The beds felt wet when we slept. Just allbthe condensation made it uncomfortable

I liked the amenities like having laundry on the premises, 24 hour staffing, parking, convenience store and restaurant/bar, location was central/close to many things.
Facilities were old and location in indurstrial area, but it was very reasonably priced so I will say I was happy for what I paid for.

Just need to upgrade the toilets, it’s to low and small. Just had knee surgery and it was hard with no hand bars.

The reception team are great, friendly and professional. I love how they remember me when I frequent the hotel and usually accomodates the room selection that I request.
The Chinese restaurant that is located on the ground floor makes grate tasting meals and I especially love the wonton mein.

Pros:
It is very close to the HNL Airport.
It has a shuttles to the hotel/Airport.
These 2 above are the only good things about this hotel and nothing more.
Cons:
The place was like a motel.
The place is only for a stay to sleep and take shower and nothing more.
What is this outrageous resort fee. You call this a resort?! Oh, Puuulleeese!
The door is a half broken. The bed conditions and the sheets/cloths are from the 70’s.
The pots in coffee thermos are Luke warm.

Last night on Oahu
WE stayed overnight here so we could catch an early morning flight yes the hotel is a little dated but overall to was a great place, I dont think we would have been happy staying a full week but for a few days it would work. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a restaurant and bar are also on sight yes we would recommend this hotel

Just outside of airport property and not much but car dealerships. The snampoi, cream rinse, body wash and hand soap bottles all seemed to be filled with the same hand soap. Rooms were very clean and staff was super helpful and friendly.

The property was inexpensive and convenient to the airport and getting around. Construction for the raised rail is happening next to them and above them so noisy. The room was clean but dated. The AC was lous so i played tge TV loud. The door was not square so light came under and so did dirt when the wind blew. :-) If you just need a quick somewhere this is it. The saving grace was the staff.

The AC was not working properly, we frozen at night and we did not have any blanket. We had to slept with the light on because it could not be turned off. The location is terrible. Ee heard a lot of noise inside the bedroom at nught and we couldn’t sleep.

This is an overpriced and not too comfortable hotel which is probably the best choice for an overnight stay between flights. I can only say that the airport pick up and drop off were good, everything else wad barely satisfactory.

The manager and front clerk stopped helping those customers just to go outside to try to fight with us all because a couple of customers mentioned their elderly wife got sick because the dirty rooms they placed them in were also molded in them. They also had videos and we got videos of the Clerk threatening us and getting in our faces too close she was talking and spitting in our faces. The manager was yelling at us because someone had just dropped us off and they hadn't removed the truck quick instead of telling the driver to move her truck she came in the lobby and started yelling at us telling my sister she had a bad attitude. We wanted our money they didn't want to give us back our money when we wanted to cancel since the policy says we could cancel for any reason within 48 hours. I will never book with Expedia after this horrible experience we had. They didn't help us or the hotel at the Pacific Marina Airport Honolulu. You will hear from our lawyer soon. I also have a video. Will never ever recommend Expedia or the hotels to anybody ever.

Nice people, nice clean place. No perks, no breakfast, no room service unless you ask for it, so make sure and ask, but they do a fine job.Hidden fees and charges I didn’t know about till after I paid and reserved it.Hawaii is full of all kinds of extra charges in addition to routine taxes, so this hotel is no different. Definitely I would stay there again, Price made me take it and it was nice enough to definitely go back. Not for people who want beaches and Waikiki. But convenient to the rest of the whole island

Our first room had an issue that after taking a shower the water would not turn off. This was quickly resolved by getting a new room. That was the only down side. The hotel has a little convenience store and a bar/restaurant on site and is close to the airport but still quiet in the room. Free shuttle was nice too.

Took us back to Motel 6 days. . .
We had to wait until close to 3:30 PM for our room, and the a/c waiting area was full, so although the courtyard was pleasant, it was hot & tiring. The desk clerk really tried to be pleasant & helpful, but the cleaning staff was challenged. We did not like the fact that the deadbolt on our door and the safety bolt were not operational, since we were ground floor facting the parking lot for easy access. The free coffee was good, and checkout went smoothly with the offer of a shuttle. Last, you definitely know that you're near the airport!

We would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here. The free shuttle service to/from the airport is a plus. We didn’t notice air travel in the air being so close to the airport. We walked to the excellent bus service. The rooms are small, but we didn’t need a large one. It has a refrigerator and microwave. The Chinese restaurant in the same building is very good. Happy hour in the bar everyday. Ilean is very friendly! There aren’t any other restaurants in the area so you will need transportation to get anywhere else.
