The small room was clean, and decorated fine (very white). The toilet area is tight. There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. I liked the updated decor. The staff was very nice and professional.

We we stayed there because my husband was having a surgery early the next morning and we live pretty far from Seattle. From start to finish the staff was incredible! All of them!! My husband ended up having a tough time in surgery and they allowed me cancel my 2nd night at no charge even though I found out after noon. Then in my craziness, I accidentally left behind my husband’s dentures and as gross as it sounds they put them to the side for me. They were kind and patient and went above and beyond for us while we were going through one of the scariest times of our lives. We are so grateful to them all, from the general manager to the valet. Wonderful wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Hotel was not as described in the pictures on line - Overall the building is old and it has a weird smell staff was very friendly but the place was not as described- bed and pillows where not comfortable and you can hear the noise from the outside so we did not rest at all.

I had my car with me, and when I inquired about parking, they mentioned they would handle it. I handed over the key. However, upon checkout, I was surprised to learn about a $45/day parking charge, which no one had informed me about beforehand. It would have been appreciated if this had been communicated earlier. Apart from that, the staff were all friendly. On the flip side, the bathroom door wouldn't close.

Hotel located in a great location, came up for a show @ the showbox market & it was a quick & easy 10 min walk. The beds were super comfortable. The rooms are a little small for 4 people but we made it work. Front desk staff were all great. Will definitely stay here again.

An ok hotel for the price we paid, the bathrooms are so small my husband could hardly fit on the toilet without his knees hitting the wall. And the bathrooms don’t have a fan so the room will get muggy from showering. I wouldn’t stay here again due to size of bathroom and gross feeling in the room from the condensation. Also the $45 a night charge for parking was ridiculous. (Nowhere else to park so you must pay to park)

Staff was amazing. Heat didn't work in one room so they brought me a floor heater. Valets were amazing and quick when it came to retrieving our car. Bellhop was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and overall a god price for the area HOWEVER MANY homeless people outside some asked for money. Not a place I felt comfortable walking after dark.Passed out people, people doing drugs on the street in front of hotel w/o a care. Hotel overall was good but not somewhere you would want to be alone (esp after dark)

Honestly save your money and don’t book here. We were there for three days. No housekeeping. Front desk refuses to bring items to your room (coffee, towels etc) makes you come get them. The room is SO loud from the thin windows. You can also hear everything in the hallway. Bed was old and creaky which was very annoying in the night. Holes and dings in bathroom are just plastered over not even painted. Just an awful experience. Save your money and book elsewherre

Overall, this was a decent stay. Very convenient for walking to Pikes Market and the stadiums. Much safer and less populated by the unhoused than the hotels closer to the waterfront. It is an historic property, so the rooms are quite small, the elevators are slow, and there are A LOT of sounds (plumbing, doors, street noises). The room was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable with lots of pillow options, great water pressure and hot water, upgraded rain-style shower head. Robes and slippers in room were a nice touch, as was coffee/tea/flavored water service on the Mezzanine level.

We stayed at an older hotel, Executive Hotel Pacific. The only reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5 us that the Presidential Suite was a little underwhelming. We thought we would splurge because it was a rare night out for us and why not? Location was great. Everything was really clean and you can tell there has been a few upgrades over the years, but it felt really small and cramped for a presidential suite. Everything else was fantastic, especially the front desk woman. I wish I could remember her name, she deserves a shout out. Customer service was impeccable. For that reason alone, we will go back.

The toilet was so low to the ground, what you would see at a preschool, there’s no way a large person could even use the restroom, shower was small as well, the photos on site look much better than actual property, staff was not that friendly, I’ve never left a bad review before but felt I needed to.

me and my friend arrived at the lobby, and I put my friend’s nickname instead of her full name, but it was very similar. I had given him the correct last name of both of us, the last four of my credit card, and he still wouldn’t give me the key to my room. he made a big deal about it, and the whole conversation was incredibly awkward. then when you get the room it feels like it’s about 80° which is much too hot so we turn the AC on to about 68. we left and came back after a few hours and the room felt the same. I called the front desk and let them know and the same guy that I had to spoken with to check in came to the room and he opened the window and said if you get cold you can just close it. I asked him how I should wait if it’s still hot in the room and he said one hour. By this point it is almost 2 in the morning and I’m exhausted. I would have preferred to just switch rooms, but he did not give me that option, and I ended up just falling asleep in a hot room. even the next day it continued to be warm even with the window cracked. also, I don’t understand why they made me download an app before getting there for the digital key and he didn’t even use it, he just gave me a regular card key.

Great hotel excellent prices
So it wasn’t a pleasant trip to begin with my hubby had a stroke with massive brain bleed and had been rushed to harborview medical center they gave me a list of so called cheap hospital hotels I came here and found this one cheaper and in walking distance to harborview it was comfy clean secure and a nice place all in all to just rest and relax there is no microwave in the too but they are more than happy to bring you one if you ask. No bugs of any kind I know lots of people wonder about that. Free coffee in the morning and free wine in the evening was a bonus for people I’m sure we didn’t partake in either as we spend all day up at the hospital. I suggest if walking to harborview go up to 9th on spring st it’s five blocks up spring st and six blocks to hospital doors on 9th and it’s not nearly as steep if you are walking back at night walk 9th to James go down one block and walk the five blocks down 8th st to spring st and down four blocks to hotel go to far side of spring st since you will be on that side anyways. It was fantastic that they were so cheap even compared to the hospital discount hotels

Clean but poorly designed
Business hotel room? Hardly! No desk, no drawers for clothes, no chair to sit in. On another recent trip I stayed at the Travel Lodge by Space Needle and although the hotel is rather dated, the amenities make up fir it: super comfortable bedding, a desk to sit at, a comfy chair to read in. You guys need to hire an interior designer who knows how to work with a small space, like Travellodge did.

Stayed here when I had to come in for a work retreat. This was a good price point for me and was centrally located to all things downtown Seattle. I appreciate their evening happy hour in the Mez level and friendly staff. Rooms facing the street are a bit loud so be aware of that is you are a sensitive sleeper.

Great Centrally Located Hotel
Hotel is centrally located to all of the main attractions in Seattle, a 10 minute walk to a target, the room was very hot upon check-in but called down to the desk asking for a fan and a very nice gentleman named isidro I believe his name was brought one right to our room within 5 minutes of calling, the walls are thin and you can hear the people next door but had no issues as the people we were next to werent too loud, the valet service is an added plus and they are very quick bringing the vehicles to you, just wish there would have been a vending machine or two to get some snacks but was able to get food doordashed there and they had no issues at all giving me silverware to use if i needed it, they also have free water which was a nice plus

The walls are paper thin. We could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to ours. They weren’t even talking super loud but the walls are so so so thin that we could hear what they were talking about. It kept us up until like 2am until they finally stopped talking and fell asleep. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The room was freezing the heaters were broken, the front desk staff said. They knew it was broken but never said anything. There was a small space heater in the room, but it only went to LOW and did nothing, it was cold all night and AM. The Hotel Manager was supposed to call me back last night , but he never did. Very disappointing.

This was already on my DO NOT STAY list for my trips to Seattle due to lack of cleanliness and the area but I broke my own rule. Was the only place available for a last minute trip.
First there was a dried urine spot right on the toilet seat that I had to clean off. That means housekeeping staff is not cleaning the toilets between stays. That is so gross. What else are they not cleaning? Second they changed to valet parking with no warning. And they charged me for two nights of parking because I couldn't take my car by checkout. I didn't arrive until 7pm and I left at 4pm. Less than 24 hrs and I was charged $90. I had a day of mtgs. What else was I supposed to do with my car. Please avoid at all cost.

location was right at the center of everything! walkable to the waterfront, pike place etc. rooms were comfortable, clean, had everything you’d need, communication with the staff overall was very helpful & reliable. definitely would stay there again.

Please look elsewhere you will thank me. Heaters did not produce heat and were very noisy. Secondary bathroom shower would not produce hot water. Staff never asked how our stay was or if we had any issues. There are many other places that would be way better than this hotel.

King bedroom - Room was rundown looking. Room smelled like wet dog. Bathroom was small and cramped especially where the toilet was situated (knees hit the wall when seated on the toilet! Freezing cold in room and heat wasn’t working. Told front counter staff member in the morning and his response was “well you have blankets!” Would never stay here again even if the heat worked.

A quick Seattle trip!
I had such a great time at this hotel! It was in a very convenient location, which made commuting really easy (I rode public transit all three days). The staff was very kind and helpful. I got the best sleep of my life while I was staying there. I will 100% be back.

Very cute and clean hotel, next to train and bus station. Had nice staff, water, iced tea, coffee and wine tasting hour.
Only thing that we would have like to know is that there is no air conditioning in room, bc of low temps around this time of year they only had heater available. We are from a tropical island, so we opened our window and the nice cold air was nice but I mean, we’re used to sleeping way colder in home with air conditioner. Just a heads up because it was not advice before our stay.
Other than this, great stay.

The front desk staff were totally versed in customer service. We travelled from Vancouver Island, BC , arriving quite late at night. The staff had us checked in and keys ready the moment we walked in the door! The valet parking attendants were happy to collect the car day and night.

Great location with very nice rooms. The building is very well-kept, and some old appliances match the theme of the hotel's age. It is on a one-way street, so make sure to be on the left lane to pull over and check in for parking around the block, or about $45 for overnight parking on the same corner—great place with many things to do near by within a 5-15 minute walk.
