Love this hotel!
This hotel is absolutely beautiful from the time you walk in the door till the time you get to your room! The standard king room was so luxurious and that bathroom!!! The restaurant, Miranda, we loved as well! The servers were amazing, we ate there for dinner and breakfast! Everyone was welcoming, the food was delicious too! If you are in Miami make sure you stay here and it’s really close to the airport….did I mention free shuttle to and from airport!

Great Location
The big plus for me was the free airport shuttle which was easy to book; they also have a shuttle to the crusie port which i think tou have to pay for and book in advance.
The room was spacious and the onsite restaurant was was good for breakfast and dinner. No complaints!

Staff has little to no knowledge about dietary restrictions and food at the hotel restaurant is horrible. Breakfast was a buffet but $25usd per person after already paying over $500/night for the room. We had to request twice to get fresh towels and housekeeping didn't make up our room during our stay. Would not recommend or stay again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were stuck in Miami due to the weather, and they provided us with robes and slippers and toiletries that made our stay a little more tolerable without our luggage.

Poor communication and service.
The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. Communication is terrible. Their internet was out and we were told they couldn’t check us in. The girl said she would call us when we were able to check in. We got some lunch then came back and sat in the lobby. Two hours later we saw people being checked in, so I went up to the desk and was told it was still out. I spoke to a different person and he said they could check us in on the one laptop computer they had. He told the girl to check us in. If I hadn’t asked him I guess we’d still be sitting in the lobby. The TV was out until the evening. We called the desk and they said maintenance would be up in 5 minutes. A half hour later we called again and we’re told it was a hotel wide problem. It would have been nice if they had called us back to say no one was coming. There is no communication in the actual room to tell you how to work anything. The lights have a special switch to keep them on, otherwise they shut off after a few minutes. There are controls on the bed to customize it, but nothing to tell you anything about how it works. We went down for breakfast the next morning after looking at their menu. When we got there though the menu was not available and only a high priced Buffet. Apparently if you move things in the mini bar, they automatically charge you. Again, we were not told this and there is no literature in the room. This hotel would benefit by learning how to communicate efficiently with its customers.

If you like beung harassed in the middle of the night while your sleeping this us the place for you. Someone repeatedly trying to access our room at mignight while we were sleeping. Then the front desk calls demanding to know who i am and ehy im in the toom thry gave me. The front desk apparently screwed up my check in and put in the wrong room number. Hard to sleep after any of that.
Otherwise hotel is clean snd close to airport.

Over all the property itself was beautiful inside and out! The front desk staff were great and very polite. The restaurant morning staff were very judgmental it was the one and only thing I didn’t like, just because I’m not dressed in a nice suit or tux don’t mean you can treat customers differently then others. Evening bar staff and restaurant employees were good quick to help and respectful over all was a great time and loved the hotel!

Really friendly staff at the restaurant. The front desk staff - not so much. The hotel is is a bit of a barren location but the restaurant is great and the pool is great. Add in free parking and it is great. Big rooms. Clean. A great value hotel.

Beautiful interior as you walk in, rooms are state of the art with incredible multihead showers, automatic lighting, among other things.. we were looking for an "airport hotel" and this far exceeded our expectations....definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel!! Room was amazing and super comfortable. Walking distance to a couple fast food places. Would definitely stay again. One of the most upper end hotels I have stayed in and I do a fair amount of travel. Price was right with a deal thru Hotels.com.

Very Nice Airport Hotel
For an airport hotel, this is about as nice as it gets with large marble bathrooms and a large bed area (we had a business suite).
Given the minimum cost over national brands, it is hard not to stay here unless you are an a tight budget.
The negatives on our trip:
1) Slow airport pickup. When we called we were not told how long we would wait (30 min) or we would have just called an Uber.
2) The breakfast for $25 was just fair.

High luxury feel for a nice price point. Extremely clean and spacious, easily communicated with the staff beforehand and early check in was available for us when we arrived as requested. Beautifully decorated for the holidays too! It is right beside the airport so if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best place for you but otherwise it was relatively quiet. Pool isn’t huge but a decent outdoor space!

I loved the convenience of the airport shuttle which is why we booked here but absolutely loved our stay. The bar and restaurant were very nice and there were also a few restaurants you could walk to. The room was excellent with large shower and the most comfortable beds. To complete our great experience was the staff, everyone was friendly, professional and attentive to anything we needed.

This was a fourth stay for me. This hotel is a hidden gem. I can't say enough good about the staff, the comfort the bed, the generous room size, the cleanliness, the excellent room service and the ease of use. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for ease of use from MIA (Miami International Airport).

Needs some TLC in some areas.
But no fresh coffee with real milk available until after 6:30 am at an airport hotel??? That’s just not ok. I wish I didn’t have to get up at 5:30 to get an early morning flight - so at least have someone at the bar serving fresh coffee at 5:30 like most Airport hotels!

For an airport hotel this is a great property. Staff is very nice/helpful but bar and restaurant are sub par (not the staff/servers). Beer selections severely lacking and the food is not very good. This is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to stay here but will go to Burger King or Pollo Tropical for dinner. That’s how underwhelming the food (not the service) was.

Poor Quality Hotel
I cannot comprehend how this is a four star hotel. To keep a long story short, the staff quality was poor other than 2 employees (1 that worked the bar and another that worked the front desk), the rooms were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast buffet appeared to be nice but tasted like a frozen meal, it’s impossible to shower without getting your hair wet as well as the bathroom floor flooding, the hotel shuttle wasn’t even available during our stay, and the stay was severely overpriced. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

Good hotel poor check in
On check in was advised that our room was ready but we would have to pay extra but after showing that I was a gold member I wasn’t charged.
But next morning I noticed a 200 dollar charge extra on my credit card when I went to the front desk same staff member said she had told me the day before she didn’t I asked to speak to the manager who apologised said it was there error offered us a meal as an apology.

we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite
The evening we checked in we were told not to use bath tub because of a leak. The 2nd bathroom in the morning water was cascading down from ventilation duct.
When i informed the senior person at the front desk it was almost that she did not care

This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Room was huge! Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Fast pickup/drop off at Miami international airport. Close to airport as well. This property is gorgeous. Very classy and clean. It gives the feeling of a small apartment. The only downside is that there is no microwave in the room. It has a fully stocked mini bar and snacks but no microwave. I would stay there again but will know not to plan on bringing in any leftovers.
