The staff are very tentative and helpful. The only complaint I have is the street noise. Which really canāt be helped. I used my earplugs and that helped. The hotel amenities are really nice. I used the gym and it was clean as well.

Property was great until we checked in which was after hours.
But once we opened the door we were surprised by an awful smoke smell
Pre III ya guest had to have smoked in this room for a while prior.
I know mgmt canāt watch over everything but hopefully they can remedy this for future guest

First off, the whole establishment is beautifully designed and clean, second the lady at the desk has to be THE sweetest and most caring person I've ever met. I have absolutely nothing bad to say because our stay has been amazing.

Ground floor for people with small children
The rooms on the road side of the building are exposed to the road noise. So be warned. It gets really loud. The rooms aren't sound-proof. If you have small children make sure you get a ground floor room or you will disturb the guests below you. There are no elevators here, so plan on that. The laundry onsite is pay with card, but a little pricey compared to others. Bring your own dish soap/dish washer soap.

Hotel staff was always happy and willing to help. Check in was a breeze. Location perfect for BMW, but road noise made it difficult to sleep. Hotel grounds were clean, room was big and seemed clean. Kitchen could have been stocked a bit better with utensils, as long and a roll of paper towels. Outdoor bbq was a plus staying there for a week.

Room was clean and well furbished. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some reviews mentioned noise levels, but we didnāt hear anything excessive. Really has a garden apartment feel. Not far from airport or highway, so travel for us was easy. Would stay here again.

It was my first time staying at this property. Made the decision based on the good reviews and the fact the the property is new. I liked the concept and it's very convenient for extended stays since you have a full kitchen. Keep in mind that this doesn't operate like a regular hotel where you have a front desk 24/7 and you can arrive whenever to check in and get your room key. They have office hours and if you don't arrive before they close they will call you to confirm you're coming, if you don't answer your phone they will give your room away. Here are the issues I ran into: I booked a double queen and got a king (happened to another family in my group as well), they don't use mattress or pillow protectors and both mattresses and pillows were stained, pillows are very flat (they buy cheap Walmart pillows), floors were sticky, shower didn't drain, the shower gel in the dispenser was so watered down to the point you couldn't even use it (cheap way to prolong the use of the product) and there was trash in the kitchen left from previous guests. Our room window faced the street so the traffic noise woke me up at 6am. They have a great property and a good concept but need to put more attention to hygiene and honor the room you booked.

The rooms had a funny smell to them. There was no shower gel and shampoo in the dispenser. There were very few pots for cooking. Not enough towels for the amount of people and only were given extras weekly. Hangers were cheap plastic and broke. No where to lay your luggage. Only a small bar of soap given. Found a dirty coffee mug in the dishwasher that appeared to have paint in it.

Chose this property as it is in very close proximity to the BMW Performance Driving School, which we were due to attend.
We were extremely impressed with this mini-suite with its sitting room and fully fitted kitchen. It was spacious and spotlessly clean.
The only possible negative is that, throughout the night, it was possible to hear vehicles being driven at high speed on the adjacent BMW test track.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Very new condition The room did get a lot of road noise from the road right next to it. It is only a 2 story hotel so if you book a second floor room be prepared to call your stuff up stairs. Staff was very nice and offered to help.

Place looked a little rough, but was very nice in the rooms. Shower had a drip, but bathroom was very clean, towels etc. Very little face time with staff, but with their app you can get in and out with out ever seeing anyone that works there. Beds were very stiff, not my personal preference but very clean. TVās were nice, very up to date. Kitchen was clean and all dishes were clean and in the dishwasher. No forks, but had everything else. Good location, but incorrectly marked on both google maps and iPhone maps. Over all stay was good. Would stay again, but would bring a pillow topper for the stiff beds.

Great studio style apartment setup for extended stay. Loved the separate living room/kitchen area away from the bedroom area. Due to location, next to a main highway, the road noise starting around 5am was terrible. Would be nice to have an ice machine on site or ice makers in the freezers. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Overall a great stay!

Very disappointed with this stay. Unit was dirty, very dusty, shower curtain was moldy, towels provided had stains, bed spread ripped. The unit lacked many of the necessities expected when staying at an apartment.

This location was a great find. It has only been open for a short time. Everything is brand new. The kitchen / living room area is very nice, exactly laid out like the pictures. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bedroom area has a nice big TV and closet. Down side is this is a Apartment type hotel. There isn't breakfast of coffee available, each room has it own coffee maker and cups. And house keeping comes in after your stay, not daily. I hope Management is able to keep this place neat and clean, I will stay here every time I'm in Greer if they do.

This is a very interesting concept, it was a very affordable room, yet extremely spacious and modern. 2 large tv's, not only with cable, but the ability to use your own Netflix account or chromecast. I was only here briefly, but it would have been very comfortable for my wife to stay here for a long period with the couch, dining area, full kitchen, and separate bedroom. My only complaint with the room were the window coverings, they were blind that many prevent people from seeing in, but do not keep all light out. With a lighted parking lot right outside the bedroom, it was too bright in the room. In addition to the blinds, a full light blocking curtain is needed (like most hotels have). Also, their office only has limited hours, the it was not staffed during all the posted hours. The management was very good about reaching out in advance and warning me about limited hours. Since I'd be arranging somewhat late, alternate arrangements to get a key card were made (since I had pre-paid via Expedia). Also, I could not check out via their in-hotel electronic system for some reason. Luckily their staff worked well with me via phone, but the limited office hours could be inconvenient for some.

Well.. the property was Basically brand new. The location was the Killer... LITERALLY at the bottom of the hill to an ON and OFF ramp for a major Highway. So from the minute I walked into my room LOUD Vehicle noise. Then when it got dark outside they Lit the exterior of the building so light shines on the ceiling of the bedroom. Just an overall SAD experience for me and I would NEVER recommend this place.
