The location of this hotel is both good and bad - good in terms of proximity to the airport, bad in terms of the horrible intersection you have to go through to get into it. But that’s just Boston traffic, and not something I’m used to or enjoy - if I wasn’t driving, it wouldn’t matter. Parking was easy, available, and included, which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Breakfast was great and also included, which was another plus. The staff was nice and efficient. Comfort Inn is always a good value.

Everything was perfect, except for the mattress. It was too firm and at the middle of the night I had to changed from the bed to the sofa because my back was hurting too much.

This was our first stay here and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. The Margaritas on site was a great place to eat. We had an early morning flight and were worried about being able to get to the airport at 4am as most other hotels do not offer shuttles so early. No problem! The shuttle was waiting and warm. The driver was so happy and friendly. This will be our new go to Boston airport hotel.

Nothing bad here, the check in was quick, room was great, large and comfortable, breakfast was really good as well. We did not take advantage of the pool but it looked good. The only thing that was a bit cumbersome was we had to use our room key in the elevator to get to our room and also to get into the bathroom on the ground floor. It was a bit excessive. Other than that everything was exceptional.

I don’t normally do reviews but I must give Comfort Inn complete credit for affordability, comfort, hospitality and that breakfast each day. They even provide shuttle to and from Logan airport which was extremely convenient. We got there a couple hours before check in, but they facilitated us and the room was great for a family of four with two young kids. They provided a clean crib for the infant and the food out couch/bed was sufficient for our 8 year old. Their location is about 15 minutes to the nearest subway (Blue line) but that walk is required after those loaded breakfasts lol. The walk to the bus is about five minutes. Full kudos Comfort Inn would come again!

Great place to stay for a short layover at Logan. Some restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The 24 hour shuttle is very convenient. Breakfast is a lot more than you’d expect for the price! I’ll be back for sure.

Stayed the night to pick up my son from Logan International Airport early the next morning. They did a knock out job on their common areas and breakfast dining room.
However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and beyond firm. Could definitely upgrade!

Convenient for pre-trip stay
The room was spacious and comfortable. The contiguous restaurant was very convenient and worked well with our schedule because we did it want to drive much in that area. Quick drive to airport in early morning.

The room was great - had everything we needed and wasn't over the top for a great value! Check in was easy and amenities were nice (pool, exercise room, coffee/water available in the lobby, shuttle from airport (BIG PLUS)), but we arrived later in the evening and asked about the restaurant onsite to make sure we could run our rental car to the airport before we sat down to eat and were told the bar would be open (with limited food options) until 2. We returned from the airport and went straight to the restaurant where we were told the restaurant AND bar were closed rather abruptly (it was about 12:30). Went back to the front desk and thankfully there were some other places that offered reasonable late night delivery so we were able to eat (I was starved by then). Just seemed odd that they had hours but decided to close early...I know it sucks to have to stay but if the hours are there, they're there (especially being IN a HOTEL). My only disappointment was that...the rest of the staff was fantastic and the room was exactly what we needed to be ready for our super early flight just a few hours later.

Everything was so nice, nothing falling apart. The water was very hot, beds comfortable, tv large, fridge didnt leak, shades actually closed out all light. We had a handicap accessible room because my mother is in a wheelchair, and she found it perfect for her. The store downstairs helped in an emergency, and breakfast was amazing for options and taste. Would definitely stay here again.

Wrong room
When we booked this hotel we booked a room with a double bed and sitting area. On arrival we was put into a disabled room (417) with two beds instead.
After coming back from a day in Boston we was going to the pool but unfortunately it was out of service (we do realise problems happen) but has I booked this hotel for the two amenities and didn’t get either we are a
little bit disappointed with Comfort Inns.

I would stay again.
Hotel was great. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. Room was right outside elevator and we didn’t hear noise from people. Bed was comfortable. This area is growing with industry so now there are food/coffee places that are a close walk.
