The staff and management were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, they are working with an outdated property in desperate need of repair and remodeling. It looks like they are starting to take steps in that direction, so it's very likely that things will improve. Maybe give them a couple months and try again!

Checked in late because my plane was delayed. Within 10 minutes of being in my room, I booked with another hotel in the area. The room was filthy and in disrepair. Broken table legs & floor lamps, stained bed linens, holes in the bath towels, other guests hair in the bathroom, God only knows what was on the curtains (looked like body fluids), the towel rack was ripped out of the wall and on the floor under the sink, stained sofa with mismatched cushions, burn marks in the lamp shades...I could go on and on, but it was definitely not worth the almost $700 I paid for four nights. I contacted Wyndham directly as many prior reviews stated that the on-site manager was confrontational and rude, refusing to refund for poor conditions. Between that and Expedia contacting the hotel manager, I was able to get refunded for the three nights I forfeited. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, unless a $50/night experience for $150/night price is what you're looking for.

The last night of my stay other guests were playing music very loudly, from late night to early morning.
I could hear the loud music in my room all night. The walls must be very thin.

The office staff was excellent and very friendly. Left after only 2 days. Had no hot water in shower at 8 a.m. or 6 a.m. but had hot water in cold water faucet of sink. Breakfast was a brown bag w/yogurt, 4 oz OJ, cellophane muffin, small granola bar and apple. Not my idea of breakfast.

Terrible service!!!
Room cleaning never done in the entire 6 day stay even when requested! Had to go to front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. Sheets had holes in them. Window did not have a screen which was a hazard for my toddler.

Meh...needs some TLC
Just needed a little Me time and wanted a nice place to be. Pictures of rooms looked alright and it wasnt in a sketchy area or so i thought. The parking lot of the hotel looked sketchy mostly because it had portable storage containers EVERYWHERE! I figured the inside just kept the 80s look with the carpet and such no biggie....but then in the room the floorboard u dercarpeat creaked, tile in bathroom completely broken, electrical outlets all were lose so had hard time charging phone. The caulk in tub was coming off and some towels were stained. Bed was uncomfortable and the bed sheets wouldnt even stay on the mattress. No comforter, just sheets and one itchy brown blanket that clearly had a cigarette burn on it.
Then in the morning, breakfast was litterally a brown paper sack with a bruised apple, granola bar(recall for chewy was issued too) and small muffin and room temperature yogurt and room temp carton of orange juice (breakfast is an extra $8 too!) Only nice thing was the jacuzzi tub.

If this is a two star then every hotel along I-17 should be a negative two star. I picked it for the safe neighborhood. I got a good night's sleep.

This place was filthy, and the room smelled like rotten garbage. There were homeless and questionable characters hanging around, coming in and out to use the bathroom because the outer lobby doors were never locked! The parking lot was unkept , crumbling, concrete and curbs. Their breakfast was a paper bag handed out by lobby clerk …with a little apple, a little cup of yogurt, small muffin and tiny carton of apple juice. I have PTSD after staying here. Now when I pass a Days Inn sign I feel bile rising in my throat.

I couldn't get the nice room i paid for because i had my service dog. I had to stay in cheaper room with no reimbursement. My room was gross. Hair and rubber bands on the floor and pieces of trash. It was so hot in my room. No air. The vending machine broke on me and the tv kept going out. I paid for 2 nights ,but only stayed 5 hours. The only good thing was some of the staff was nice.

Property needs a remodel in a serious way. The tile caulking in the bathroom floor has not been cleaned properly, it looks dirty and seems unclean. The room rug is thin, old and very dingy looking. The bedding is shabby, one thin worn blanket, with a white top sheet over the top. No color or pattern top covering, makes it look unwelcoming. Also the lobby smells like stale cigarette smoke. Our room was on the third floor and every evening it smells as though there was someone cooking Chinese food, which is lovely if your hungry and expecting that for dinner… however, if you’re staying for four days and every night it’s smells like someone’s cooking the same dinner every night, permeating the elevator and the hallways can be very unpleasant. The walls are very thin. It is constant noise through the walls every time the neighbor flushes or goes into the bathroom or opens or shuts the door. The outdoor noise was loud as well. Car alarms going off two of the nights. Also some people were drag racing their cars on the highway at 3 AM in the morning on a Wednesday 😳

There is no maid service to make up your room or change out towels. When I checked in, there was no bath or hand soap for the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk to ask for soap.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I think any positive reviews are bots. Seriously. This place is the most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. Just filthy. Room stunk of just rot. We got moved to another room that smelled just as bad. Carpet incredibly sticky and stained. Bathtub stained. Bugs in the bathroom. Just a disgusting place. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

We were allowed to check in early because we made it to town early....and without a fee!!!
All was spacious and comfortable, a nice little patio to take our doxie and easy access to everywhere we needed to go.

Doors to lobby were not automatic. It made moving luggage on a cart difficult.
Bathroom door in my room 302 had a badly patched hole in it. The bathroom tile floor had grout missing and/or crumbling in front of the toilet where ther was an obvious depression.

Dirty rooms. Horribly stained sheets. None of the outlets would hold a charger, just slipped out. Breakfast area under construction, provided very poor bag breakfast instead, one small juice, granola bar, and pre-packaged muffin. Not worth the stay!

Nice workers but the carpet was so dirty in our room that my two year old playing in thr floor had black feet in just a few minutes. Had to make him wear shoes. Shower had hair in it, and the breakfast was not given if you don’t get down there by 9 am. I get that but it was a brown bag with like an apple and a packaged muffin. That’s not breakfast especially for my child . No milk available and nothing for food allergies

Never been charged a fee for an early check in, I didn’t even know that was a thing. Old facility in a sketchy neighborhood. Breakfast was a bag with a box juice and muffin in it. Pretty disappointed.

The place is going to go through a remodel. They have several containers parked in the parking lot- making it difficult to find a parking spot. There is no hot breakfast as was described online, only a small bag containing a small juice, small yogurt, small thin granola bar, and a small cellophane wrapped blueberry muffin.

We arrived and Eric, at the front desk, was very nice and welcoming. We got to our room and the bathroom was dirty. The toilet had a lot of old urine on the toilet seat, down the sides, and on the tile, making it sticky. We had to put toilet paper around the toilet and towels on the floor to not stick to it. That was disgusting! The wall next to the toilet was dirty. There were used washcloths hanging over the shower. I called Eric and housekeeping wouldn't be available until the morning. So now what else hasn't been cleaned???
The beds were hard.
The plugs didn't work so we couldn't charge anything unless we used the gross bathroom or unplugged the clock and used that ONE plug.
The breakfast was super light and I felt like a little kid in school with my little paper sack lunch. We didn't get to chose our muffins, granola bar, yogurt, or juice. When we did ask for a specific type of muffin, it was an inconvenience for the front desk staff to get one.
We went to use the coffee maker and the basket for the coffee had mold. We called the front desk to get a new one and two hours later we still didn't have one. We went downstairs to ask for ot and there weren't any. The staff could have communicated this to us.
We will NOT be going back and will question staying at all other Days Inn.

I booked a room with a single King bed but was given a room with 2 queen beds. When I brought it up to the front desk I was told there is nothing they could do since it was booked through Expedia. I even showed them my booking on the site of a King bed but it made no difference

The property is nicely located. However, it is rundown, people cooking in parking lot, noise all night from laundry toom, no seal on room door or window, so howling cross breeze and noise, outside doors did not lock so anyone could enter, room was worn, dirty, and there was blood stains on our bedroom curtains

the worst hotel stay we have experienced
This hotel could not be bothered to change light bulbs, the door lock had been broke previously and was not fixed appropriately, the bathroom was awful, the couch cushions did not match and had horrible stains, they absolutely could not be sat on, the carpets are so soiled they seem wet and upon arrival the lady at the front desk did not come to the counter. I said hello, is anyone here, she said I am eating and came out a few moments later with food on her face very rude. this place should be demo'd, we stayed the first night only and left

I enjoyed this hotel. My family and I have been traveling from Wisconsin to Arizona to visit my husband who is in the Air Force. We stopped at several hotels on the way to and from! This hotel was an average place to stay. I just needed somewhere to spend the night and this place did the job. However, I forgot to add two more travelers to the reservation on expedia, and I was charged an extra $10 for each person I forgot to include. There was also a $25 pet fee not attached to the reservation, so I had to pay $45 extra on top of what expedia was charging me. Don't make the same mistake I did!

The lady that checked me in and set me up to extend my stay was great, even with the computer system running super slow. Room and area were nicer than expected. The only issue I had was the other front desk lady waking me by calling my room at 4 AM to ask if I could hear a thumping noise? NO EXPLANATION! She had to be on something to think that was appropriate. I am someone who stays awake the moment I am up, so this was inconvenient to say the least. I asked her for for a plunger at 6am, which she couldn’t find, and said she’ll ask the 7am shift… an hour later, I had to go down and ask again because that lady just left. So hotel great, the overnight lady makes you question what’s really going on there.

False advertising
This place is in a great location as I am traveling for business. It is close by Boswell hospital. Overall, I am pleased with my stay and will be back in the future.
What is NOT acceptible is that you advertise a "free breakfast." That is very misleading. To me, free breakfast brings to mind at least some bagels, toast, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee, possibly waffles, eggs, potatoes... In reality, the front desk hands out your ration. It reminds me of when I used to have to count on the Salvation Army once upon a time. Although, their sack lunch at least included something from each food group. Are you kidding me right now? Your "free breakfast" in a brown paper bag consists of 2 tiny granola bars, an apple, and a itty bitty carton of juice. I am absolutely appalled!!! Don't insult my intelligence by calling this breakfast!!! I would rather you NOT falsely advertise. I included a picture. Come on Day's Inn!!! Very disappointed.

This property needs renovation and remodeling. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The carpeting the room was dirty. After the first night, our bathroom was serviced but the beds were not made. After the second night, the room was not serviced at all. The entire property is very dated and somewhat dirty.

I was pretty pleased with my experience at this days inn. The front desk girl was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool was nice and spacious. My room was very clean and the hot tub was nice and big. My only complaint really was tbe covid bag breakfast which consisted of a small muffin, an orange, a yogut, granola bar and a tiny boxed OJ. Its July 2023 we don't need to be doing bagged breakfasts anymore. That hasn't been a thing at any hotel I've stayed at for at least 2 years now. Seems like a way to cut coats and corners and isn't very good customer service in my opinion...still I knew this going into booking here so if that's a deal breaker for you the comfort suits is right next door and i believe they have a regular breakfast.

Clerk took my picture with her phonne as i approached desk to check in. Could barely get her to tell us the best way to the room and elevator. Asked for handicapped room. Does not meet standards. The bar for toilet was behind it. Nothing to hold on to to enter tub shower. Towel bar was 5 feet away by toilet.

A priorities check badly needed!
The desk attendant Leighann asked to wait a minute when I approached the desk to check in. There were no other guests around. She then took approximately 2-3 minutes to walk to the back where I could see her and she leisurely filled her cup with ice and then colored water and drank a few sips then finally came back to the desk. She then did the check in with no customer service behaviors at all. Never had this poor behavior anywhere.

The hotel was fine Travelocity lost my reservation. it took an hour to check in . then they charged me again and said it would be reversed at once 48 hrs later charge is still on my account

I am not happy at all with this stay for the amount I was charged. The service was horrible. I kept calling the front desk and they would never answer me so it forced me to walk to front desk. Only be standing there while the front desk lady was on her phone having a full blown personal conversation. The the complimentary breakfast was ridiculous. They advertised it would be a full breakfast meal and it would be served in the their diner. this was incorrect as all I received was a brown bag with a yogurt and bread? That's not breakfast! That's a small snack. I am not happy at all with this

Not a money saver
Room clean and ok, but window had been broken before due to screen being bent and flimsy curtain rod as a stopgap measure of security.
breakfast consisted of brown bag: yogurt, oj, glorifed and small bar of cardboard and coffee was not hot.
TV in room had to be set to a specific setting, but no directions on how to do that. Wifi was also as hard to join as launch page connection was hard to see above the connect button.
Only redeeming quality of this was that it was pet friendly and not too far from family. Next time, reading more reviews for what I may be reserving in the future.

Do not stay here
We checked in and the room they put us in had not even been cleaned yet. Bedding was on the floor, dirty towels in front of the door. Went to the front desk and the 2nd room they put us in had mold under the counter. Found another hotel within the hour and they still charged us for the night plus tried to add a charge for a safe we did not use. I would Not recommend this hotel to anyone

Enjoyed stay, the 3 beds were very much needed. Had stayed here a couple of times before, and enjoyed the breakfast (waffles, eggs, etc. (not so this time...a paper bag with a few easy things in it). Covid must have changed things. Aside from that, a nice stay.

Check in was lackadaisical, along with incorrect information about eating establishments within walking distance.
Too boot, the warm breakfast offered was not available due to a “remodel”. Also, no coffee pot in the room with the maker!?
This aging motel has seen better days, so recommend you look down the block for better options.

Over all, the place seemed run down. Room was painted orange. Most of the electrical outlets in the room were so worn out, that anything that was plugged in fell out. Very hard to get power. Did not seem safe to have these outlets so worn out. I could literally wiggles the plug in the outlets.

The lady on duty at the registration desk was on the phone with a customer. Monica stepped up to help us with check in. She was very helpful and friendly. We were a few minutes early, and the cleaning staff were very busy. Monica took clean towels to our room for us.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing unique about the facility. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. However this place needs some sprucing up. There was loose tile in bathroom floor. the air vent rattled. the molding along cabinets was loose and color did not match. Parking lot needs re-paving.
