The breakfast was delicious! The room was small but we didn’t spend much time in the room. The parking was a one time in and out parking garage located a block away from the hotel so luckily we were within walking distance from the event we attended at the Fiserv Forum and the weather was nice.

Everything was good with the exception of having to pay for valet parking per day vs. having a package deal for valet. Other than that, room was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly.

One Night Brewery Tour
Location is okay, better on the other side of the river. Check-in hostess was nice, but we were unable to get our our rooms at check-in time, no rooms were cleaned and ready. Room (King) was super small and not spotlessly cleaned, found an empty container of pot gummies...

We had a great stay in Milwaukee. The hotel had everything we needed for a quick stay in the city. The complimentary breakfast was really nice, special thanks to staff member Angela for helping out during waffle making. Bria at the front desk was also extremely helpful and pleasant. Staff went the extra step to make us feel taken care of. Thanks!

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel in a beautiful downtown area. Staff was very friendly and engaging. We had a chance to speak with the manager from the company which owns/manages this location and she deserves a lot of credit for this hotel’s future success. It’s obvious they (as well as other businesses) are struggling with staffing and finding qualified candidates to fill vacant positions; she is working tirelessly (20 hour days) to make this hotel shine! Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay for a night!
Hotel is in a nice location. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of food options close. Off site parking right across the street. Staff was all friendly however the room was smaller then what I am used to. 2 double beds for 4 people is not ideal but we made it work!

Check in was quick, very friendly at the front desk, answered questions about the area. Room was small, no clock, no microwave, one lamp was out of order. Not big deals but for a room here I was expecting better.

We were stuck in a corner room with a view out the window of another brick building about 6' away. Light didn't work in the bathroom, the plug in was shot and the cord for my phone charger would fall out of the socket. Breakfast was horrible.

Didn't mean to book this hotel, I didn't get any reminders so forgot all about it. I explained to them after I noticed my 2 charges for hotels which only one I stayed at. They did not give me a refund, which I do understand, but since not even a partial refund for this mishap they'll get this review. Have a lovely day. From, Person who is out of-$224.00

I will first say the staff were all very polite. There were a few things that could be very much approved on. The hotel did not have any vending machines and the small store area in the lobby was out of all drinks for our entire stay. Our room had lots of stains on the carpet and the furniture. The bathroom fan was not in working order. Our toilet in our room was clogged and when reported to staff they said maintenance was gone for the day and gave my husband a plunger to unclog toilet. While the breakfast was included it was very limited. We have stayed at quite a few hotels and this has been the worst so far.

The staff at the Fairfield Inn and Suites were phenomenal. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! When we needed to check in early to drop off our bags they dropped everything to make sure we could get into a room. They offered bottles of water and snacks daily to add on to the great experience.

We stayed a couple of nights after an event at Turner Hall. Easy walking distance to the Deer District and Old Third St. Staff were excellant. Parking at ramp across the street was easy to use. Breakfast was pretty good too.

I am writing to let you know how extremely disappointed I am with Marriott. This reservation was made months in advance and on the day off this is what happened. Around 12noon, I used the Marriott app to check in to the hotel with an arrival time of 2pm. (I understand check in at the specific hotel is not until 4pm). At 4pm I checked the app to see if the room key was ready and it still said preparing your room key. I checked again at 5pm and same thing. I was in town for a concert that night and was unable to check after that. At 6:55pm I revived a call from the hotel telling me they had overbooked and wanted to move me to another hotel. They said they were going to refund me and move me to a holiday inn free of charge. As I explained to the person on the phone, I was in a concert and did not have the ability to write any notes. She said she was going to follow up with an email within 30 mins and all the information I needed would be in there. After the concert ended at 11:30pm and I was able to get cell service I checked my email and there was nothing. My stay that night was in a Walmart parking lot thanks to Marriott. It has since been 4 days and I have not received an email or phone call. Is this the new norm for hospitality at Marriott?

Clean room, comfy beds. I love the toiletries being on the wall instead of wasteful small bottles. Forest blinds were super neat. Plus, my flight got in super late and after I called to let them know, they had no issue with me checking in at 2am! Very friendly desk staff, both in person and on the phone.

Staff was super nice!!! My biggest complaint though is that we didn’t have a phone in our room, so we had to go out to the hallway to contact the front desk. Also, we were on the 11th floor, and the only ice available is on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, great experience. Thanks to everyone for being so kind and helpful with our issues! (None of which were related to the hotel). We will definitely stay again!

Half the room I paid for
The hotel rooms are nowhere near the stated size of around 500 square feet. After measuring my room I calculated mine to be about 270 square feet. This is clearly bait and switch or just plain false advertising.

Perfect location

Very nice hotel l!
We were in town to see a show at the Riverside. The staff was so friendly and there were free snacks and water bottles in the lobby. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and a great location. The entrance was always locked so felt very safe too.

We really liked our room. The shades were really unique, in that they let the light in, but were private. And had another shade the made the room dark, great for sleeping.

Booked two hotel rooms, one for me and my fiancé and the other for my best friend and his wife. Our room was great, no issues. My buddy’s room however was not so good. The ac wasn’t working, they complained, the hotel attempted to fix it to no avail. They had to switch rooms and by doing so, we were late getting to the concert we went up to see

Sketchy Location
This hotel is located in a less-than-safe neighborhood. As I was walking between the off-site parking and the hotel, I was mugged. Fortunately, they only took my cash. In order to enter the hotel, you have to push an intercom button which wasn't functional at the time. I finally had to call the hotel and tell them I was standing at their front door in order to get let in. Once inside, the staff was very friendly and apologetic, but this is unacceptable to leave your customers freezing on the street in an unsafe area waiting to get in.

Went to check in, first room was dirty, second only had 1 bed ( we booked 2 queen beds). Third heater was broken ( running on high and wouldn't turn off) fourth was a single bed and we ended up with separate rooms not connecting and the first set they gave us were not near each other. Then I was charged $5 for data, they did refund and today I was charged $20 for no known reason. With no receipt or record for anything.

Plain and Simple: a great stay!
I cannot remember a better hotel stay. Over the course of the last five years, I probably have stayed at 150 hotels. Some expensive with well-known brand names and some that were well- below par. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott D/T Milwaukee was just plain an excellent experience. The check-in easy, the room comfortable, clean and quiet, the location was centralized w/ a parking garage across the street as well; however, this hotel is excellent because of the staff. The front desk, buffet attendants, and cleaning personnel. Fitness Center is small but well-enough equipped for personal workouts. I was fortunate to have a corner room with two large windows-great views. I hope to be back! Thank you FI&S D/T Milwaukee Staff!

Overall the hotel is wonderful. Great location. The bathtub looked a little old and outdated. No big deal. The only issue I had was that I had stayed at a Fairfield Inn about a month ago or so near the airport and the room was huge and I purposely picked your hotel downtown in Milwaukee because I wanted and loved the bigger rooms and we got put in a corner room on the seventh floor and the room was absolutely tiny. So I was a little disappointed in that. I don’t know if I need to ask the next time around for not a corner room to have a bigger king-size room? Thanks. Very friendly service. Great breakfast. Loved the comfy bed and wonderful pillows.

Good stay but was it worth the money.
The location was superb, in the middle of the entertainment area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good, and everything was good. The room was roomy however the bath far too small. My only complaint was the price. One day after our weekend, it was listed for two thirds less than what we paid. Maybe this was supply and demand but there didn't seem to be many folks at the hotel.

Easy check in and check out. The hot breakfast was a plus I’m the morning. I loved that there were full pumps of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

The room was very small. The ceiling had water damage and appeared to be in mid-repair. The room did not have a microwave and only one trash can. No trash can in the bathroom. There was no parking included (I assumed this would be an additional fee) but the lot that we were told to use had no in and out privileges which was an expense we hadn't anticipated. The main issue was the bugs. There were several millipedes and small beetle like bugs in the bathroom. I spilled a few kernels of popcorn on the floor. When we returned to the room several hours later there were literally hundreds of small ants covering the popcorn kernels and surrounding floor.
The staff were friendly but when we attempted to share about the bug issue, no one picked up our call and then there was a long line at the main desk and we did not have time to wait.

Well the first thing is they don't take money everything has bad credit card the second thing is they were kind of rude when we walked when we came in to get back to do my reservation took me 2 hours to try to find an ATM to put money on my credit card and going up to the room TV was not working it was in the right room that I ordered. Just everything about that check-in was all wrong. I will probably never stay at that hotel again

Staff was excellent. It was so nice and clean. Breakfast had a nice varity. The only problem l had was the parking off site and the cost of parking. The excerise room didn't have anything to sanatize the equipment or your hands. Management must be great to have a good attentive staff. All in all very good experiences. Will definitely come back.
