Great check in. The luggage cart has a flat tire. Other than that the room is clean and pet friendly and the water was HOT! A comfy night sleep will be had.

Staff was friendly and helpful seems safe rooms do not offer microwave and refrigerator walls are paper thin you hear everything Going on outside your room and in your neighbors room also the hotel is pet friendly so if your neighbor has a dog that likes to bark all night your going to hear it also if your neighbor upstairs has kids that they let run up and down on the floors until midnight your going to hear that also tvs in the room are very small but for the price and for just a place to sleep it ok rooms where clean so thats good also no washer and dryer on site at least not that was made aware to us

It was what I paid for economical not 5star luxury which is okay . You get what you paid for . But honestly beside there being no fridge or microwave in the room and the walls being thin with the wrong neighbors it was very good stay Williams is so much fun!!

It wasn't horrible you definitely get what you pay for no breakfast just hit coffee or tea. The room was spacious but the walls are really thin if you have a bad neighbor you'd have to talk to them asap or no sleep. . For the price I paid it was definitely worth it . No major cons that I could said made it a bad experience.dog friendly indoor pool . Friendly staff . Ice machine . The city completely makes up for anything the hotel is lacking I was hardly even there!

Motel was good condition from outside , room were spacious and clean but bathroom had squeaky floors. It’s old property so don’t expect too much if you get good price. We stayed only for a one night. Williams is nice small historic town. It has good dining and breakfast options.
If you are planning for visiting Grand Canyon then look hotels near flagstaff area.

The property was filthy the toilet paper had mold we got there on the 5th of December at 10:30 at night and left December 6th at 9:30 in the morning due to the fact that the bed had bed bugs and I got bits numerous times in the back of my neck do not I repeat do not stay there

Sink drained slowly, light was burned out in bedroom, no dresser, low water pressure in shower, noisy ice machine outside our room, no hair dryer, tv volume could not be adjusted below a level of 8 so room nextdoor bled in through the thin wall, mattress was uncomfortable (like it was old), no clock in room. Check-in was easy. Staff was polite.

We enjoy staying here in Williams AZ as we travel west.
Friendly staff, rooms are updated and pretty large! Beds and pillows are comfy and shower is good. Price is good too for all those positives.
Dining options and grocery store are all walkable. Try eating at the Pine Country …… great food.

The property was to be expected. Not the cleanest, the smoke detector & sprinkler were falling off the ceiling & the sink didn’t want to drain. Beds were pretty comfortable & the water pressure in the shower was great. Ben checked us in & was very nice, however the manager was very rude a couple of days later! Williams was beautiful & if I ever go back I will probably find somewhere else to stay.

There definitely were bed bugs in the bed. My skin is very sensitive to bed bugs. I work up with a rash due to bed bugs.

Clean, spacious, but lacking in needed repairs
The door of Room 120 would not stay closed unless it was pulled hard. There was no working light by the entrance door. When I told the staff about this they said that I could change rooms because it would not be fixed until Monday when their maintenance person came in. The bolt didn’t work.

Basic and decent. Good sized room, decent shower. Smart place to stay instead of paying Grand Canyon prices. Also Sedona not far. Supermarket within walking distance. Good value with only negatives is no mini refrigerator and no breakfast. Smart choice anyway

Remote didn’t work. We were at same location last week, different room, and it didn’t work. When I checked in this time, I mentioned this was a concern and was assured all TVs and remotes had been services during the week. They obviously had not been. Obviously, they had not. The coffee was gone by 7AM both weeks…. Those should be refilled more frequently. I complained this week and was told they were very busy…. Uh… on Wednesday, and the parking lot was mostly empty?? Seemed like an excuse when an apology would have been more appropriate.

The Bath room shower was old. It was a Fiberglass bath tub that had cracked and was patched. It did not look clean. There was no complimentary soap or shampoo. The parking lot was full, some vehicles were parked on the street. Poor lighting on Parking lot and adjacent street. Ice machine was not working. Lighting in .Bedroom was not bright;

The room was clean and spacious. The lighting was poor where the car was parked. We stayed 2 nights, but the 2nd night, our keys didn't work and no one left us clean towels for the 2nd night, so had to go retrieve some at the desk.

Stayed at this hotel while spending the day in Williams. The only downside to this particular Motel 6 was that a mini fridge was not in the room. Being diabetic on insulin it was kind of hard to keep my medication cold enough. Other than that, a pleasant day

The place has very good people at the desk. Nearly all the guests are tourists
so there is no sign of the usual rough types that frequent any Motel 6. I like this place a lot.

The room was clean, but sparse. There were electrical issues: trouble turning on one of the bedside lights and the fan light in the bathroom wouldn't turn off without jiggling the switch to just the right spot.
The staff were friendly. They allow pets. Close to everything.

When we were on the main highway we couldn't see any motel 6 signs so we had to double back. It was confusing because motel 6 wasn't visible from the highway and no instructions as to where to turn off.

I was looking for a halt before Grand Canyon. And this place was just perfect. Right next to 64 so it was easy to go and come. Nearby area had chill vibes. Being a veggies I went to a pizza place for dine and had a great local beer.

The beds were horrible felt like you was laying on a lumpy board. No refrigerator, I am a diabetic so I had no where to store insulin, pillows were small and lumpy. pool was broke, limited parking. Rooms were clean and staff was nice.

The room was fine for comfort and cleanliness, but smelled musty. I was coughing and felt stuffy during the night. The restaurant was open late and good food which was great since we arrived late. The property is older, but the price is reasonable to reflect that.

Location was fine in Williams and the room was spacious (cavernous) and a great price. However there is no refrigerator or microwave and the walls are extremely thin as was the ceiling. Clearly staff want you on as quickly as possible to clean eg banging the door at 8.30 for an 11am check out. Security poor with a back door open night and day despite having card access. Oh and towels were small and there was no shampoo or gel.
Saying that it is great for the Grand Canyon and the interesting town of Williams on Route 66.

It was cheap and clean but walls are very thin so heard every kind of noise there could possibly be and when we went to check in the pool was not in service when on the app it said it was. That was the main reason we went there because of the indoor pool.

Hair all over bed pillows blankets sheets floor shower. Long black hairs. Shower rod made currtain super close to you so had to have the curtain either out of tub or shower with it all over you. I thought motel 6 was doing better.

Pretty basic w/o refrigerator or microwave in the room. Toilet was malfunctioning and running from a leaky flapper. Staff friendly, parking good, amenities were hot coffee and the ice maker. No elevator - not good if you are disabled, merely inconvenient for the rest of us.

I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel, our room had two beds a dumpy table and chairs and a very small tv. Towels and wash clothes you could see through, looks like owner go as cheap as they can on everything. Should have spent and extra 20 and got something with more than a bed and a chair ☹️

There was no fridge or microwave or tissue box in the room. The bed was hard to sleep on. The hardwood floor made lots of sound while walking around. We got woken up in the middle of the night and before dawn by people walking in the rooms around us and the laundry area. They started to do things before 6am!
