Didn't stay very long because I got there late and left early as I was going to visit a friend, but the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There were also many channels available on the room's rather large TV. It was just me in the room, but it was quite a large room and well worth the low price.

Cigarette burns on everything smelt awful ac didn’t work right bed felt damp and wet then there was in and out of building all night long door slamming no sleep at all not a good experience no breakfast just overall not a good stay

It is a good place to stay and the people in the office are great the housekeeping they are good and the room's are sima clean could be cleaned a little better than Thay are but I would stay there again and I would tell my family and friends

I stayed here a couple of weekends due to traveling down to ga for a family emergency. Its the most "decent" hotel in Suwanee for the price.
My last reservation pissed me off because they refused to let me check in, without explanation. I'm assuming it's because my 2 year old dog barked at a manager. Pet friendly? Lol they're a joke. God forbid your DOG barks while being on a leash outside, they will literally threaten you to "control" your dog or they will kick you out. Privacy? They don't know what that is.
The whole staff and their grandmas live on the property and don't know what privacy is and will stink up the hallway with their cooking but complain about you smoking in a smoking room. You will never get the room you booked,they will put you in a total different room and be rude about it. All the bedsheets have burn holes, pillows are hard. The rooms are humid, I'm surprised i didn't see any mold to be honest or maybe they just paint over it. The only decent manager is the youngest one, the rest of management are rude grumpy old men, racist and not friendly, if you don't like your job/home then maybe move out of your job...literally. The only good thing about this place is the housekeepers, they are god sent and i hope they find a better establishment to work at.

Very well cared for property. Felt homey. Liked seeing the Indian couple that ran it there every day, hands on care every day. The wife was in the laundry room a lot washing sheets and towels. They seemed to really care about the business. It was very clean. Loved that family owned business atmosphere!

Check in person basically mumbled incoherently behind the plexiglass, so that was comically frustrating. After check in, i found my room smelled like weed even though the entire hallway is non smoking. Also, it was so incredibly humid in the room and the cool or dry options didn't seem to help, other than making it cold and damp. The heat helped a bit, but by then, the sheets were damp and it was a terrible experience. The only thing that really helped was simply showering repeatedly and then again in the morning. I will say the TV was nice, large and clear and the location was convenient. It looked far more upscale than a usual Motel 6, but the issues above makes it a no-stay again. Also didn't get any shampoo at all, but didn't bother to ask.

Great Location, Clean Hotel, Friendly Staff
I needed a one night stay for a nearby expo at the Gas South Convention Center. The proximity was great. It was very close without paying the expensive rates at the center. It is located right off the interstate. As a single female I was of course concerned with safety. Not an issue AT ALL. I came in alone after 11:00pm and never felt uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The lobby & my room were clean and bright. Mind you, it was not fancy. Not a lot of fussiness in the decor. I didn't have an issue but some people might. If you are looking for a lavish hotel, this isn't for you. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, nice place to stay for a reasonable price, this is it. I will be booking again next year.

Nice place! Pet policy.....
Lots of room to walk your dog outside. Lobby is nice but closed at night. Offers free coffee when open. Pet policy is 2 pets per room max and if you leave them alone in room, you have to keep them in a crate.

If you are looking for a one night stay in the most basic of motel, this is your place. Clean, comfortable and cheap. Bring your own shampoo though.

Noise level too much for restful sleep
The check-in was easy and pleasant. The room was well prepared and clean. What I found most uncomfortable was the noise level throughout the night. TV noise, laundry noise, people going down the hall and coughing.

Horrible Experience!
Disgusting! We saw roaches in the bathroom, at the fridge and at the table. When my wife reported the situation at the front desk during the night time, all she got was a bottle of roach killer spray for us to do the work! Bed wasn’t comfortable and there were cigar marks. The area around the fridge was very dirty. I felt very bad for not paying 15-30 usd more for another hotel, I was too tired after driving all day and they had my money already.

This was an affordable room with no frills but even in a non smoking room you could smell the cigarette smoke. If you have allergies or breathing issues this may not be for you. My sister in Law had a coughing fit and had to undergo a breathing treatment just walking into the room. But as affordable it was good.

Great stay at Motel 6 in Suwanee, Ga.
Motel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Desk clerk even opened the front and fire doors at the bottom and top of the staircase for me. Big TV and wifi worked great. Room had fridge and microwave, Only negatives were lack of elevator, no facial tissue or shampoo.

The room was perfectly acceptable. I was on the second floor, In the doorway at the top of the stairways to the hall was equipped with key card entry but *never* locked during my two night stay.
I had no problems, but this was obviously a security risk.

Good Luck Trying to Get Any Sleep!
Good luck trying to get any sleep at all in the Motel 6 Suwanee, GA. The sound insulation between rooms is non-existent:
1. I could hear every word, every cough, every sound loud and clear through the adjoining doors. My neighbor didn't stop coughing and making noises until 3 hours after I tried to go to sleep.
2. It was a hot and humid August night so running the AC was a must, but it was like trying sleep in the same room as an old, poorly-running Pratt & Whitney jet engine. After the room cooled down I had no choice but to just turn the P.O.S. off.
3. Once I was finally able to doze off, the AC unit from the room above mine started dripping water condensation drops onto my room's AC unit and it sounded like someone beating on a drum. So I finally called the front desk, and the man I spoke to took care of the dripping water, but I had to wait 15 minutes before he could get to it.
Other issues were: The hallways reeked of skunk weed (probably from my cronically-coughing neighbor). And even though they have large, newer TV's, they don't subscribe to HD service so the TV picture is pretty crappy and defeats the purpose of having HDTV's at all.
There are 2 positives: the parking lot is very well lit, and the shower water pressure is exceptional.

The room was great! Pulling up, it doesn’t look like much. Our room was upstairs and the smell of cigarettes and bleach cuts like a knife. The stairs and upstairs hallway have horrible smells. No elevator.
But the rooms are spacious and clean. For the price and the room, I'd stay there again. I just learned to hold my nose and run up and down the steps.
Also very limited laundry hours.

I like the spacing of the rooms, the room was clean for the most part.
Unfortuanely it took way too look to get checked-in. You have to walk way to the other end of building to even enter and get to your room. Upon entering, the floors were dangerously wet and slippery from it raining outside and should have more mats placed. I had 2 close calls slipping up and falling.

Felt unsafe. The guest services was behind safety glass when you walk in. You get your key and have to go to a side door that isn’t locked to gain entrance to the hotel. There is a sign on your door that’s says lock deadbolt for your safety. Property reeked of smoke. Our room was and bed was clean. Absolutely no amenities except a bar of soap and coffee/tea in the lobby in the morning. My extra blanket I asked for had cigarette burns all over it.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was so very friendly. We checked in after attending a family wedding and the guy at check in was so very sweet. He even offered ice packs for my feet when I mentioned having been in heels all day. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The entire hallways smells like smoke even walking into a smoke free room. The amenities are minimal at best. Rooms are clean and beds aren't the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in, but definitely wouldn't stay again even for just a quick over night stay.

I was asked personal health information, which is against the law, hence HIPPA, and forced to leave the hotel because I was sick. Then, a fight happened one night while I was there and blood stains remained in the hallway for several days. Yuck.

i felt unsafe
while in my room i hear a knock on my door around 11:30PM i ignored it then i heard SCREAMING in the hallway and apparently the man who knocked on my door attacked the woman in the room across the hall and the police showed up. hours prior to this incident i also heard fighting but after finding out that the man that had knocked on my door could have attacked me made me feel extremely unsafe and i will not be staying at that hotel again.

This hotel is ok but just ok. No frills and minimal effort by management. Check out is 11:00 am and the staff will knock on your door prior to that to kick you out. Definite turn off for this property. Soap only in the bathroom no shampoo/condition, lotion etc. no tissues available toilet paper is close to sandpaper. A bed overnight it is but not great value for the money. No coffee anywhere on the property even to buy.

to restaurants and shops.. Very clean and everyone was very nice.This will always be our go to hotel for the area. Beds are comfartable and rooms spacious.The only thing is no coffee maker in room or on site.

Good stay. Cheap, clean rooms. I was in a non-smoking room and couldn't smell any smoke in the room, but you can definitely smell it in the hallways. This doesn't bother me, but if you have a problem with the smell of smoke then keep this in mind.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient, and Inexpensive
Got into town late for business meeting and just needed a place to crash for the night. The room was clean and quiet. I got the most restful sleep I've had in a long while, which was very much needed. As I arrived late, I had to interact with the front desk through the night window, which gave me the sense that there were sketchy characters about that the staff needed protection from. However, I did not encounter any sketchy characters and everyone I saw in and around the hotel appeared to be decent folk. Checking out in the morning I was kindly greeted by the young woman at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and also very beautiful. If I am back in that area of Atlanta again, I will stay at this hotel. It's nice and there is no reason to pay more for a more upmarket brand hotel. A few weeks earlier, on a similar trip, I stayed at the Westin downtown for 6x the price. Honestly, I prefer the quiet and simplicity of this Motel 6.

This motel reeked with cigarette smoke. Even though I had a non smoking room. I had to turn air on to breath.
I could hardly understand the front desk attendant. Very bad english!
Lots of people walking around outside at all hours who appeared not to be staying at motel.
