Our trip was great. The room was clean and comfy bathroom clean as well. Front desk staff was very nice. It was very cold while we were there i was extremely excited that the pool was sooooo warm. 90 it was like swimming in a hot tub. I will definitely book here again

Checkin was great! Staff is so nice & attentive! Room is outdated but, is clean & has everything you need. Nice location on the beach. Sunset is priceless & dolphins every morning, swimming within reach! Beach is perfect! Moments from your door! Perfect!

I was disappointed. I had stayed here before in rooms that overlooked the ocean. Even though most of those rooms were empty they put me in a small, poorer quality room which did not face the ocean, one of only a few that did not face the ocean.

Heather checked me in very quickly. She was polite and friendly. My room was very clean and spacious. Great view from our private balcony. Enjoyed the grilling area with the view of the beach. Will definitely return.

The hotel was very convenient and everything was close like walking distance. I loved the oceanfront view. The room was pretty clean but I had to wait a whole hour to wait for my room to get cleaned when checking in, but my overall experience was great.

This place is awesome friendly staff comfortable beds , the only thing i think they could improve on is rooms with kitchen supplied with utensils cooking material and things like that just the money yoy pay to stay in these hotels in tbis area i think shoule be equipped since the cost of living is higher here

We were very happy to have a beach view and be directly on the beach. Center located close to great restaurants. It had a very nicely cold fridge and microwave. And the staff was very nice and friendly.
But we will never stay here again. The floors looked as if they had not been mopped in forever. The corers and ceilings needs work. Worn out basically. There is almost no lights in the room. Only two small desk lamps that only lights up what's in front of. Roku TV without the capabilities, so cold not access my own account. And TV did not have a working guide nor was there even a paper one in the room so we just channel searched and guess. Only one chair in the room so had to bring in outside chairs which had not been cleaned for as long as the floors. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but all the furniture looked old and not well kept and like very lived in. Pictures did not do this place justice. Those pictures are from years ago, not now. Not worth the over $200 we spent for the 2- night stay.

We did enjoy our trip here. The staff had great suggestions on food and places to visit. The beach was very close and there's a lot to do here. We have to come back because we didn't get to see and do everything and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our trip a great one! We will be back!

First room 229 had disgusting bathtub. 2nd room i believe 228 dripping sink, 3rd room had cockroaches. Finally put me on 4th floor which was cleaner.

It was ok, there was a mildew, moldy smell in the room. If the room was closed up for a few hours, it was bad when you walked in. Also during the night it woke me up a couple times smelling bad.

The check in staff was great. First impression of the room was TERRIBLE. Outside of the room unlit. Inside of the room the wall switch didn't work so had to use cell phone to see to table lamps. Bathroom is so small you had to sit on toilet to shut door to get to light behind the door and to open door to get out.Floor was absolutely disgusting. Bed not very comfortable. The view was great and hotel walking distance to everything.

I checked in 0n oct.15 in the afternoon. Walked in to check in the young lady that helped me was not friendly at all. I walked in 1 door ro check in the lady told me to go out this oher door cause she said that my party was parked there.went out door looking for my party thats my sister and brother in law. I feel out that door looking for my party which wasn't parked wher she said. When i fell im 64 scraped knee and foot.when i went back in to turn paperwork in blood everywhere on my leg.the lady that checked us in didn't say nothing. Every time i went to office they was always in back then finally they come out on phone personal phone. Room had buggers on wall. Kitchen sink didn't have hot water and only cold water only. The bathtub held water while you showerd drain was slow. Drain didn't work property the drain was broke and on top of that i had to give cedit card for smoking wasnt expect that. i will not be back.thanks

Hotel was mediocre. Far from a resort. “Two room with two queen beds” was a standard hotel room and a small entrance room at the front door. You had to go through the first room to get to the second room. Also found 2 roaches and black hair in bathroom upon arrival. Staff was great. Hotel room could use some work. Definitely need to hire pest control. This review is for room 117.

Please do not stay here. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else if you can. The place was so dated and dirty. As soon as I walked into the room it smelled and there were ants crawling around the window and bed. There were no enough outdoor lighting and it felt unsafe after dark. We ended up booking another hotel. I would rather have my family sleep in the car that in that dirty smelly room.

Booked 2 queen bed, kitchenette with a balcony. Not many dishes to cook with. Beautiful views, staff was very nice. Parking was convenient. They have a lot right across the street that is well lit at night. I would definitely stay here again.

A questionable repeat stay
My major complaint is, there was at least one mouse in my room (possibly a second by the noise level). I saw it running across the counter, which was reported, but I did not see any measures taken to remove it.

I like the OG spots that didn't give in to High Rise sale outs. The staff takes time to know you and accommodate the little things that make a difference. The location is perfect for All the places we wanted to visit. Seriously even the traffic on Front Beach rd. Would stop to let you out of the parking area. We will definitely come again.

3 friends and myself were very well satisfied. The staff were amazing. They took care of our every need. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will most definitely being staying at Bikini Beach Resort for our annual Girls Trip next year. Loved the place ♥️

Very dated hotel room had a broken toilet, bathtub was stained and not clean, stained furniture, nasty stove, no utensils, no internet, No HD for the TV, smelled old as well. The view was blocked by the palm 🌴. Would I stay again no.

Before I booked with this hotel I read the reviews. There were a lot of mixed reviews and I didn’t know what to expect. The bad reviews seemed like they were nitpicking! We got to the property and check in was a breeze! We found a good parking spot the first two days. But their is also a parking lot across the street. No big deal at all! I booked a three bedroom suite with a kitchenette. There was some confusion about that, they said they don’t have a three bed suite with a kitchenette and they were trying to correct that online. They switched us to a two bed and kitchenette room with an AMAZING view right on the beach. The room was clean, all the staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool was great too, my kids always wanted to get in there after the beach. The kitchenette did not have pots/pans utensils, so I just brought my own. Again no big deal at all. I really don’t have any negatives! I think the bad reviews on here are literally people just nitpicking and just finding anything to complain about. The price was also very affordable! Thank you to the staff! I had an amazing stay and will be back again!

The beach view was obstructed by palm trees with blissful whiffs of cigarette and cigar smells from the pool area. Getting my luggage in the room was like getting a couch around a spiral staircase. The room was musky and looked dirty.

Bikini beach is older than the high rise condos in town but it is clean, safe, a fantastic staff, and none of the tacked on fees like everywhere else. We have stayed here for many years and many more to come.

Great getaway, quiet, clean and friendly.
The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was a little smaller than we would have wanted, but it was clean and we had everything we needed. We were on an “anniversary do-over” and the weekend was just what we needed. Steps from the beach, we carried our beach chairs waterside and enjoyed the waves and full moon on Saturday night. The pool was refreshing and crystal clear. Thank you everyone for a great little getaway!

Get what you pay for.
Very basic amenities. No table to sit at in the room. No closet or even shelf, rod or something for hanging clothes. Staff was very friendly and courteous, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, always offering a smile and conversation, so that did make up for the other downfalls, but small conveniences like that would help. Having stayed here before the remodel, expected a little more.

The check in was great very friendly staff, however the room was in pretty bad shape. Balcony door would not close, extreme water damage to ceiling, no pots or pans for use in the kitchenette, sand in the carpet/dirty floors, and there were some roaches. I let the front desk know upon check out and the response was it is Florida? But it was a very quite hotel and very convenient.

My mom, toddler and I loved staying here. The staff is great, it has amazing views of the water, the facilities are clean, and it’s affordable. Our favorite part were the swings on the deck overlooking the water. Only constructive criticism I have is to make the lights at the tiki bar one color. The changing colors distracts from the beauty of the beach at night.

This was our third time staying here. The staff is wonderful, and the accomodations are clean and comfortable. Parking can be hard to gind but they do have an auxilluary lot across the road. Proximity to the beach is great. Be aware this is not a 5-star hotel, but you don't pay 5-star prices, either. Will definately stay there again.

Don’t forget your roach spray, we had to buy our own. We left it in room 328 for the next poor soul who drinks the koolaid. Don’t worry about gets the kitchenette, there’s no pots,pans, cups, silverware etc. literally NOTHING. The staff is truly exceptional and very friendly but they can’t overcome the lack of responsible ownership. Oh and they do have complimentary 4 oz bags of ice in the Lobby.

Our room was infested with roaches. The front desk offered to move us but the other room s most likely were infested also. We only stayed a few nights so I bought raid and made the best of it. Staff was great and they cannot help the poor conditions they have to work with.

The beds were comfortable and clean. But the whole place could use updating. The only new thing was the floors in the rooms. There are No Smoking signs all over the place but they don't enforce it. Guests were smoking at the pool, on the balconies, and probably in the rooms. Because of this I probably wont be back. Convenience to the beach and having a pool were pluses.

Decent enough for a short stay. Kitchenette with no utensils or pots and pans. Room is showing its age and needs at bare minimum a coat of paint. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan. Shower/tub had chips in the fiberglass. Doors had to pushed closed to ensure they closed properly. There was a piece of trim with nails sticking out of it laying on the balcony I almost stepped on. Elevator is terribly slow and could also use some sort of fan. Parking across the street at the secondary lot was a bit sketchy with poor lighting and no security. I felt sorry for the ladies at the front desk not being able to provide utensils and cookware when asked.

The room needed repairs & the door, etc. to be cleaned. The A/C was super loud & ran continuously. The mini fridge didn’t work well. Parking near the building is super limited so had to use the lot across the street most of the time.
A plus was the front desk person was great & the beach being right there is awesome!

5 Stars. First the Manager Vicky called the day before our arrival to check in. That made my husband very happy. We got there and the young lady on the front desk was so friendly and answered the million questions my husband had about the area. The room was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator kept our water ice cold. The room was dated but nice and yes like every place on the beach parking is limited but parking across the street was very convenient. Really enjoyed the fact that they did not enter our room at all for our 4 day stay. They did make it very clear that if we wanted them to clean all we had to do was ask and they would also if we needed anything all we had to do was ask at the front desk. We walked to have breakfast every day as there are restaurants less than a mile away. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The tiki bar sold reasonably priced drinks. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
