It's a bit run down. Tub was stained. Floor was dirty. Toilet flushed but didn't evacuate properly. Card keys were flaky.

The bed size was smaller than advertised and the head and one side were against walls making in difficult to access. The AC unit appeared to not be working as it was unplugged. The cleaning staff definitely need to pay more attention to the room. At check in staff mentioned they had security on overnight which raised concerns and as we were leaving earlier in the morning police were doing a routine patrol that included going through the lot.

Difficult to access property, sketchy surroundings, a couple “guests” gathered outside room(near landing) to smoke and converse about life late into night, bath towels threadbare and very dingy, ac/heat unit had broken on/off button on control planel.

The motel room was clean indeed but it had a smell of cigarette; but the turn off was, no microwave and no refrigerator and when you are working 10-12 hr shifts that the last thing you want.

The picture were not accurate of the room. Burn marks all over the tub, floors and toilet. The toilet tank top was broke and just pieced back in together.
Good though was that the bed was clean and comfortable

I booked online a doble bed room and they gave us one bed with a full size bed, we where tired from driving 6 hours so no energy to go back and request or fight for what we paid …
We arrived around 10 pm …A few minutes later our next door neighbor had so much noise but same thing no energy to do anything…
We left early by 6am ..

A motel for drug addicts
I booked a room so that I would have a place to sleep while my partner was a patient at the nearby Banner Desert Medical Center. The taxi driver that drove me there warned me about this motel. He explained that it is a dangerous place where homeless drug addicts come to take their drugs. It is not a safe place for a woman traveling alone to stay. Fortunately, the hospital was able to set up a cot for me in the private room where my partner was receiving treatment.

Had to leave in middle of the night due to bug infestation. The attendant issued a full refund so that it it better, but ended up sleeping in the car afterwards because of it.

Don't leave valuables in your room when going out
Hotel is on the bubble, it will become a dump unless more attention is paid to fixing it up. WIFI was MIA; absolutely useless. Hint: Just don't plan to have WIFI service,
Biggest issue was when we went out and came back, the room access key cards would NOT work. No problem, it happens. Went to front desk and had the cards rekeyed. Got in and went to sleep. About 0300hrs (yes, 3 AM), I awoke to find someone had opened the door about 2 inches and was trying to force the door the rest of the way open. I had used the door's metal latch before going to bed which is why the door had only opened 2 inches. I shouted at the guy that he was in the wrong room and he needed to get lost. He mumbled something. I shouted he needed to go to the front desk and he finally took off leaving the door partially opened So why this unknown guy had a key card that opened my room door when my key card did NOT work (until I had it rekeyed) is a good question and one that someone at the front desk should have to answer. All I got at the front desk was a blank stare when I asked about it. FYI: Something must have been going on in town because hotel prices were super high; 114 for a bad Motel 6 is highway robbery but it was close to where I needed to be so sucked it up. It was only for one night. Lesson learned, don't leave valuables in your room if and when going out and be sure to use the door latch and not rely on just the door lock.

We had a late flight and early departure and needed a place to stay. Beds were clean, but the floors were covered in human hair around beds against walls and in and near bathroom. It was really hard to want to stay longer than we did. Luckily we just were there for 5 hrs. Overpriced for the cleanliness of it.

The property had obviously not been upgraded or even barely maintained for 50 years. The bathroom facilities , like sink, porcelain are stained, corners of the floor have dirt and grime build up, the door frames have chunks of wood that are missing and simply painted over,
I was under the impression there was supposed to be a breakfast included. It was coffee with powdered cream. The property is so poorly sound proofed that you can hear the street traffic at such high decibels that you have to turn the sound up loud on the tv so that you can even hear the dialogue. I probably slept for two hours. Ended up pulling into a truck stop to nap after i left. Wow, this place should be bull dozed down.

Although the facility was close to the place I needed to visit, I would not stay at this hotel in the future. The reason being that other guests were loud and noisy throughout the night. Two of the nights there were loud cars, and even louder people shouting and talking past midnight. I am aware that this may be out of the control of management, but you get what you pay for. Paying a higher price may result in more considerate guests.

Property was well maintained, but room provided the fewest amenities of any Motel 6 I've used: no refrigerator or microwave, no in room coffee, no shampoo. There are vending machines on property.

Not honest room
The room is non-smoking but we had to smell the cigarette in the room when it’s non smoking. We were so tired to come and complain. Not gonna recommend this hotel when they are not responsible. 😢

You get what you pay for
It was definitely a you get what you paid for situation. Super cheap but also perfect location right by the freeway. The bed was super Spriggan uncomfortable. There was no mini fridge and the AC didn’t seem to turn off.

This place is old and in need of major renovation, but it is clean and the bed was more comfortable than it appeared. The staff are friendly and helpful, and when I reported to the office a broken security feature, they had it repaired in 10 minutes. A good value for the money.

The very nice lady at check in was pleasant and easy to work with. That being said, the property has an overwhelming amount of drug activity and sketchy individuals approaching me begging for money, food and even asked if I would let him stay with me in my room! I will never recommend this property to anyone.

Good night's rest
We enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze, everything went very well, friendly customer service. Room was very clean and bed and pillows were soft just like we like them. Very quiet area and heard nothing going on outside. Will stay here again as we pass through Mesa again.

Great Stay!
The property was clean, and despite cigarette burns on the tub/shower- it was super obvious that it was just cleaned. Bedding and floors were well cleaned, also. Staff was fabulous, parking was great. I was there to work events - and it is pretty obvious that this is a company spot where a lot of construction/water/power workers clearly staying there for work. This was nice because it wasn’t a rowdy party environment.

I came expecting there to be amenities like shampoo, conditioner, lotion but there weren't any except one little tube of shampoo I could buy at a vending machine. Also there was lots of police presence, which made me feel it wasn't in the safest area. Lots of cigarette burn marks for a non-smoking room renovated in the last six years. Otherwise it filled the bill for an overnight stay.

The tub and shower was in unacceptable condition between the numerous cigarette burns in a a non-smacking room to boot. It has been resurfaced and the bottoms has black marks through our. The bottom making it looking filthy .. or maybe it just was actually filthy. It was hard to want to shower in it.

We had a lumpy double bed. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but you could tell people had smoked in the room. There were homeless people hanging around the property. The police were there quite a bit. Very small room.

When we walked into the room the room was not clean from the previous person that was in there as soon as we close the door there was roaches all over the place. Then there was a random attitude that kept knocking on my door trying to get me to open the door talking about he just wanted to talk to me I don't know who he was and why he was knocking on my door but I didn't open it. I would not feel safe if I was there by myself.

It was not a good area, lots of shady people. We saw a roach in the bathroom, they said they weren’t authorized to refund my money. I paid for 3 nights, stayed 2. Very disappointed.

The floors were filthy although the beds and bathroom was clean.
Our non-smoking room was right next to a smoking area so the second hand smoke came in through the air conditioner and the room smelled like stale smoke.
The property is next to the freeway and looked like a stop for recovering addicts

My friend and I were followed by a strange man who had a room there. Knocked on our door repeatedly and called our room phone. Manager told us to keep our room keys. We were there for 3 hours. Had to have family come get us and packed and went to another hotel

Great front desk staff…but that’s it.
Right upon arrival I was advised there was no hot water. It wasn’t communicated before hand which didn’t give adequate time to look for a replacement. Front desk staff was very very courteous though! Room’s cleanliness also wasn’t the best as it looked like the sheets had not been changed.

They let me pay 200$ to stay 2 days. Then let me get my room without Tetling me they had problems. No hot water. Did it would be fixed the next day. To until 100 on the afternoon. Did nothing about it.

1 towel. No washclothes. Went to front desk. He scrounged up another towel and one washcloth. Said house keeping had issues and they didn't show up? Just the bare minimum in room. 2 plastic cups. Nothing else. Loud! Right next to freeway.

My Favorite Room
Got my favorite room for 2 nights and relaxed, went shopping, and had some great chinese food. Ddont want to talk it up but my room is a bit more money but Worth Every Penny. Small fridge with an actual freezer, microwave oven, bay windows(ok your looking at the 60 off ramp and a dusty field) but its 3 windows and I love the light it brings into the room.

Buget Friendly
This hotel is definately fit for buget friendly. Always smells good in the room. Rooms have always been pretty clean. The front office staff have always treated us very kind we have always felt welcomed here. Another great fact of this motel is you pet always stays free with no mandatory pet fees or deposits.

This was the worst motel I’ve ever been in. The bathroom was filthy. The shower was unsafe as the tub was dirty and slippery. I was frequently killing bugs at night. There was constant noise from individuals outside the room. There was a homeless person sleeping next to the building. Never again!

I reserved a Non-smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. I was told I could go somewhere else if I wanted, it was late at night and had nowhere to go. Staff not apologetic. Had to spend 2 days in a room that smelled awful.

Heater didn’t work and the door was very drafty. Bathroom was dirty and the room had a very heavy chemical stench. We had no comforter only a sheet, a blanket, and then another sheet. My husband and I had to wear our jeans and sweaters to bed to stay warm. I will never stay at a motel 6 again.
