A good stay overall. Lots of parking, decent breakfast, nice pool and fitness room. The rooms are mostly remodeled, but lack decent overhead lighting so it's very dim and yellow. Our room key did not work, but they brought over new ones. The outside of the building looks old and run-down, but the inside is better. There was no hot water in the shower at 10 am though. It's in a rough area, though that is everywhere in Seatac.

Everything is great, breakfast is super good, just noisy due to the airport being just a couple minuetes away wouldn’t recommend if you a light sleeper.

We were on the 1st floor, we can hear music blasting 2 doors down, old building not so sound proof. Pool and hot tub was great. Breakfast was awesome 👌

solid but noisy by the road
The hotel was great for the price, solid amenities and fantastic staff however, I got one of the rooms next to the major road and the sound from the road kept me up all night. I even used a White Noise app but still it seemed like the windows were paperthin, and the noise was just right in my room, if I had a different room, it probably would’ve been a much better experience. Truth be told I never complained about it and asked to change rooms I would guess they would’ve accommodated me.

I love that they had a shuttle pick up and drop off to the hotel. The hotel is close to the airport. I had to be at the airport early so they had coffee and some breakfast items at 4:30 AM. The front staff was very nice and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I had to catch the 4:30 AM shuttle because all the other timeslots were full so I arrived at the airport even earlier than I had to, also my room on the first floor looked outdated and very tired.

Don’t forget anything in the room
I forgot my cell phone charger in my room when I went back to get it the attendant told me he couldn’t access the housekeeping area during the evening and they would mail it to me and they haven’t. It’s the best phone charger I’ve had in my life and I want it back.

Stayed here with small kids. We enjoyed the spa and pool which was open at 5am and closes at 11pm. That’s great considering some hotel close theirs early and open late. Decent size bathrooms atho no bath tub on our room; comfortable bed, pillows and clean sheets.
Not too much selection on food for breakfast but okay for a hungry stomach. Choices include egg,sausage, hashbrowns. Pancake, some fruits,yogurt, cereal, milk and toasts. They run out of food around 8.30 so people lined up for that.
24/7 coffee station was great. Overall satisfied with our stay especially with the hot tub! and might be coming back. Hopefully the breakfast selection is better.

Doggone good value for money stay
A very friendly budget hotel that was two minutes from a frequent King County Metro bus line and a quick hotel shuttle ride from Sound Transit Link light rail - perfect for the public transit rider. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless with many plug-ins.

Evening staff need training on customer service. I called the hotel for shuttle pick up from the airport. The receptionist was yelling in annoyance that i was calling to request a shuttle. She said it comes to the airport. She was very rude over the phone. I wouldn't have known about the frequently of the shuttle as i made a last minute booking due to my flight cancelation. I was in transit going home to canada. This hotel is dated and is not at all a 4star hotel.
Back home i have stayed in several best Western hotels in Vancouver Nanaimo and portAlbeny, the staff service and the hotel standards are not anywhere near the mentioned hotel standards. Will not stay here. The shuttle bus driver was very nice.

The staff personnel were very helpful. I had a complex, confusing and uncertain situation and the staff was very helpful to me. Also, the check-in clerk thought on his own to put me on the back side of the hotel away from street noise. I was very, very glad. Usually I ask for that when I check in, but I forgot to ask this time. The breakfasts were very good. Thanks very much to the staff. It was a nice 2-night stay.

A nice quick, clean, overnight stay!
I thought the staff was super friendly, especially the front desk at check-in and check-out. The 2 women were both super friendly. The room I got was a King room, and was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was decent too. Scrambled eggs, chicken sausage links, 2 kinds of muffins, and English muffins and pancakes on demand.

Breakfast was really good & staff was super friendly! Only issue we had during our stay was the key cards to our rooms had to be reactivated multiple times which was a little annoying. Other than that everything went well. Beds were so comfy and room was clean!

We have stayed at many hotels in Seatac area, but this one is our most favorite! Nice spacious room, swimming pool and hot tub, game room, and great breakfast! Workers were helpful. 12pm check out time is nice, too.
Only thing we wish they had was a microwave in the room. We had to go to the lobby to pop popcorn. But overall, we had a great stay and we will be back! ;)

Overall I would say we had a very nice stay with good service and nice room. The only negatives: I noticed one of my pillow cases on the inside was dirty and we tried to go swimming one afternoon but the pool was too cold.

The room was spacious and clean. The hot breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. The game room and pool area was large enough for our group of 9 and other guests. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and all of the staff were wonderful. 5 stars for sure!

One of the biggest reasons I rented the room was for the hot tub. Guess what didn't work the entire stay? The room was not nearly as fresh as the photo. it was dingy, scuffed walls, late 90's looking...very disappointing.

Let me tell you all - even though its pretty close to SeaTac, I wasnt really bothered by plane sounds. The room was enough for my needs and i felt comfortable in it. The staff was awesome and 10/10 would go back in a heartbeat! Also, for hotel breakfast, the omlets i had, had no reason to be that tasty.

After 6am lot's of plans stat to flying and these made a lot of noises, far away from downtown Seattle, mattress cover and desk in our room was old with very cracked and dirty! Room was small and AC was working well

Very convenient. Front desk staff and shuttle staff were amazing. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing we did not like was we stayed 2 nights and our rooms were not cleaned in between nights. Not sure if we’re supposed to ask or what. But other than that I would stay there again.
