Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and everything in Falmouth. Beautiful view of the harbor across the street. I only have two recommendations. 1. We checked out at dawn and it was dark/wet. The steps in front of room 214A were hard to see, especially when transferring from the wooden to the concrete steps. We felt very uncomfortable walking our luggage down the stairs. A yellow line at the edge of each step would make walking safer and end of each step more visable. 2. There small table in the living room was extremely dated and too small to be of much use. A coffee table in front of the sofa needs to be in place, would look much nicer and be more functional.
Even with these two items, we would recommend this property and we would consider staying here again in the future.

If you want to travel to Martha's Vineyard, this is the place to stay. The hotel is on the harbor where the Queens Island Ferry runs. Less than 2 minute walk to board. Clean room, clean grounds, and friendly staff. When you are a guest here, you can visit their two sister properties if you wish. One property is beachfront and the other has an indoor pool. We would stay again.

Everything about this property was nice, including the staff. They have weird check in and check out times. 4pm check in and 10am checkout. They were super nice and let me check in early. But they were strict with the 10 AM time and so much as they kept ringing my phone at 10 AM when I was a few minutes late getting out. It was super annoying and disconcerting, and it led me to forget some of my stuff in the bathroom. They may want to rethink the incessant phone ringing the minute the clock strikes 10 o’clock. For that reason, I probably won’t stay there again.

Lovely stay in Falmouth
This place is about as good as it gets. It is near the berth for our fishing trip, near a laundromat and the rooms are so well equipped. There is also a pool and outdoor grills

Great hotel in a great location. The bar up the road turns into a nightclub on weekend nights. Close to the ferry to marthas vinyard. View of the harbor is nice.

Very pleasant stay
We enjoyed our stay at the HarborWalk. It was within walking distance to the waterfront, grocery store and nice restraurants. Would definitely book again for next Falmouth vacation.

Everything was great and we have stayed there many other years. However, if you are there on the weekends, the bar across the street is very loud and there were frequent fights and loud music all hours of the night. Otherwise it has amazing views and great location perfect place on the waterfront.

We really liked the property and room. And the area was amazing with great views of the harbor, walkable to many coffee, ice cream, restaurants. I booked a queen bed, but the bed was def full. And pull out was in terrible condition with no support.

The area was quiet, but it was May a little before tourist season. The room was comfortable and clean but nothing fancy, good value for the price. Not much to do at the hotel but convenient to the center of town where there were shops and a few restaurants.

Located in the harbor area of Falmouth the property offers comfortable family friendly accommodations with kitchenette. Clean and quiet comfortable bed with lux pillows. Wall divider defines the living room space from sleeping area and creates privacy within the space. Lovely and attentive housekeeping staff.

Valentine's getaway weekend.
I have to say I was very satisfied with our stay. The check-in was very easy. The location is just far enough from the Main St. hustle and bustle. The Harbor view from the window was tremendous. the room configuration was really good. It was a perfect Valentine's getaway weekend. I highly recommend this place.

Very pleased with my stay in Falmouth , beautiful views from the room overlooking a boat marina , looking out to sea. You can walk or bike to many restaurants and shopping . The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful .

We stayed at other InnSeason resorts in Falmouth, but this was our first time at the Harborwalk location. This resort is very nice. All units have been recently updated and are clean, have all the amenities you may need when you are staying here all week with a family: a mini dishwasher, electric stove, microwave oven, pots and pens, dishes, etc. This resort is located within a walking distance to the grocery store and the center of town. The only two drawbacks that i can mention are 1. It is located very close to a rather busy road and there is a restaurant on the opposite side that is open late and had a loud music on Saturday night. 2. There is no place to dry your beach towels and bathing suits in the unit itself. And since most units in this resort don’t have the balconies, you cannot dry them outside either.

Pro: The staff was wonderful, the location to Island Queen ferry is great, the little kitchenette in the room.
Con: The worst night sleep we have had in a hotel room. The pullout was older than myself, born in the 70s. The room is way too small for a family of four. The room smelled musty. The temperature would fluctuate throughout the night. We were told a harbor view and we saw the pool from one view and the sitting area from the other.
If you are planning to do the beach, do not stay here. If you are planning a day in Martha’s Vineyard this hotel is right across the street from the ferry. I would not recommend this place to a friend.

The room was decent. I would get rid of the rugs as there was a massive stain near the pullout. There was some blood spots on a pillow case and the 3 windows, although beautiful to look at the marina during the day, were awful to sleep at night since there is no curtain to pull so the street lights lit up the whole room. If it wasn’t both the bedroom and living room, it would have been fine but some can’t sleep with it lit up like a Christmas tree. We did have a sewage smell when we arrived. I will say the staff is very accommodating and friendly!

Nice, but had to move
They had to move us, so we stayed in one room, top floor corner, which was nice, but we had to pack up and move to first floor next day. Didn’t know that would happen, and it was the first that I had to be moved. If I had known ahead of time than I would’ve had a different expectation. Staff was friendly and the room(s) were clean. 228 was comfortable but 129’s bed was a cheap spring bed that was as comfortable as concrete. 1 minute walk to the ferry and different places to eat. Nice pool and property is well maintained.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. The rooms were tired, needed to be refreshed. This time we came to celebrate my birthday and chose the hotel for it's location and had a great surprise finding the rooms refreshed, renovated. Will come back here any time and would recommend it to friends.

Needs some upgrades but clean and good view
Great location and view, very clean and spacious but the mattress was completely shot and needs to be replaced. The room is so large it should have a king bed. The walls don't buffer noise from nexy door.
The window shades do not block the lights at night. We tried hanging a blanket but the lights from the walkway still light the room at night.

Property with a View
This accommodation was situated perfectly and met our needs! One staff member, Glaubert (may be mispelled), was more than awesome and accommodating; this gentleman went way past "over and beyond"...friendly and resourceful! He was professional in his approach and did so willingly. On the other hand, the day that we checked out (9-29-21) we were greeted in the nastiest way possible (very inhumane) by one of the property's salespersons! My mouthed just "dropped" at how any living being could behave in such a distasteful way! She was aweful in her approach; she very negatively said, "May i help you?" (as if we had no business being there)! Not a good presence/representation of the company! I didn't get her name; it was about 1:00p on September 29th! You can track who was on duty at that time (who was in the Lobby area)! Overall, it was a very nice stay!

A great stay and I will want to come here again. Room was very large with a large clean useable kitchen and a large bathroom. Was across the street from the harbor and landscaping of the grounds was very well kept. Very pretty views and nice location by the beach.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. You’re located within biking distance of two beaches and a very cute town. We loved it here. I would have liked a few more seating areas on the lawns outside. The outdoor tables seemed to fill up quickly. Such a minor complaint for a property that was lovely!

Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Large comfortable suite with fully equipped kitchenette. Great view. The only negatives were minor. During a shower, water suddenly went completely cold. Not a USB port anywhere. Replacing just one wall receptacle with one containing a USB port or two would be very inexpensive. Would stay again.

Excellent stay. We rented the 1 bedroom unit and it had a large living room and dining room (bigger than the pictures). All was excellent-the only negative was that my adult son said the pull out sofa mattress was uncomfortable. The place was very clean and the service was excellent.

Great view and central location. Room was fully equipped with full size refrigerator and stove. Bed was so so but everything else very good. And Raw Bar is right across the street and Flying Bridge just down the road (walkable). There is also a nice market near by.

Our only complaint is that the Raw Bar across the street was REALLY loud on Saturday night. No Innseason's fault but annoying.

Terrific stay in Falmouth!
Incredibly nice room, newly remodeled. New appliances, including full stove/oven. New dishes and glasses, pots and pans. King bed was very comfortable with crisp new sheets. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, maid service was great, room was spotless! Will always try to stay here in the future.

Most of the hotel stay was nice, however my room had wet carpet & smelled very musty. Also discovered blinds gaped considerably and realized people had the ability to look into the room my whole stay. My room was located by the stairs, so every person that came up had a view. Very alarming & concerning.

A Great Find!
This was our first time at the Innseason Resort. We had a one bedroom suite that was very comfortable. Everything was clean and looked new. We liked having an entrance directly to the outside so we didn’t have to go down a hall and through a lobby. We loved the location and will be back!

Pleasantly surprised
We absolutely loved this place. It was very clean and spacious. It was super quiet although I knew that it was fully occupied, we hardly heard a peep. We had a one bedroom suite and it was plenty of room for our family of four which includes my two large teenage sons. Housekeeping was on point and stealth like! Great views of the harbor and great location to get to beach and town.Highly recommend, we will definitely stay here again!
