This property was incredibly clean and appeared to be recently updated. The rooms were huge! Kitchenette, living space, comfy bed, and big bathroom. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful.
My only negatives are that I couldn't get the internet or heat working in my room. I tried to call the front desk and did not receive an answer.
Normally, when I travel to Columbia for work, I stay downtown, but this trip required a location on the outskirts of town. Reviews were spotty for all the other hotels near Harbison, so I was happy to find this one. Near tons of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Would’ve given it 5* but the microwave was broken, the toaster caught on fire, the dishwasher was caved in, the sink wouldn’t drain, both dressers wouldn’t open and close normally, and the hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke by our room. Other than that, we were pleased.

The main thing that caught my eye is the cleanliness of the room!! Everything was so clean!!! Staff was awesome! I would definitely recommend and my next trip to Columbia I’ll definitely choose here for my stay!!

The sign at the main road gives no indication where to go once you leave the street. We ended up behind the gas station before realizing we missed the quick right turn. There is only parking on 3 sides of the hotel. It is tight.
Facility itself is wonderful. Our deadbolt would not operate.

Very helpful staff. Hotel is very quiet…seldom hear anything from adjoining rooms. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Location is excellent for my needs and is convenient to a number of services and eateries.

Pluses and economy budget place for sure.
Many great offerings but definitely budget quality. Bathrooms so plain with exposed pipes and very cheap towels. Microwave and coffee maker, TV and bed comfortable. Carpet in halls old and DIRTY!

They have everything I need to feel home away from home and that is what I love about Residence Inns. I've stayed at 2 over the last decade or so and they take care of/provide everything I need. Full kitchen, sitting room, huge comfy bed, huge closet space, big bathroom...the rooms are warm and inviting, comfortable, and quiet. And the complimentary breakfast has to be the grandest I've ever seen.

Staff was awesome! Young man working the front as we checked in around 10pm was wonderful, friendly and went above and beyond! The suite we had was squeaky clean, no bad smells and everything was perfect! We will be returning here in the future. Also the breakfast was a great option, eggs, sausage, grits, waffles and more was all great! Beds were extremely comfortable and room was very quiet! 10/10!!!!

Excellent hotel. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Very clean rooms. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. Worked perfect for our family. The couch, however, was extremely hard and not comfortable at all to sit on. The refrigerator was not very cold when we arrived. May want to request it to be turned up prior to arrival. Our room had everything needed to feel like a home away from home with a mini kitchen with full size appliances. No handicapp parking that I saw. Great stay and would highly recommend.

The staff was very accommodating. I called in advance for an early check-in was advised to call the day of. Upon doing so the staff had already accommodated me and advised my room will be ready upon early arrival. Excellent. It was a short stay, but will be returning for another brief trip the coming weekend.

I like that the facility was very open, plenty of room in the common area's for people. Elevator carpet needed updating that's a quick fix. maybe its me but the staff is questionable, and it's not just in this hotel. presentation say a lot for and establishment.

After I reserved the 2-bedroom accessible suite, because those are the accommodations I needed for my 81 year old mother, the management emailed 2 days before my trip to tell me we were being moved to another property. The new room did not meet our needs because it was a traditional room. I left 4 unanswered voicemails, then called Marriott customer service. Eventually, we were given the room I originally requested.
Our stay was actually really nice and the room met our needs and expectations. The staff, including Asia at the front desk, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I like the hotel second time staying here was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room stains on couch and cabinet. The grout in bathroom was loose and coming out and vanity looked like it was water damaged. No change of sheets or towels for entire stay. The pool was nice and clean but 1 ladder was broken and roped off. I still like this hotel and will give it another chance.

The hotel was convenient, and I knew where it was. Bed was uncomfortable and looks like it needed a new mattress. Parking in the evening was a pain. The lots was full...Need more parking!

Bedroom set up not convenient. One room with king bed was too tight, no place to lay luggage. Other room had a pull-out sofa and the mattress was in terrible condition (split open in the middle). The pull-out bed was not made (actually one dirty bedsheet left in it), no pillows or blanket were in the room for sofa although I signed up for 3. Light in bathroom was extremely dim. Not my favorite set up. Prefer 2 queens when traveling with kids which was not an option, except the double suite which was almost $100 more. Not very impressed here.

Seems pretty safe & secure, though a room safe wouldn’t hurt for those who are more worried. Check-in went well, The (afternoon - 11PM) guy who greeted us (Damion?) (04Mar22) was very nice & informative. The King studio was perfect for just the two of us. The bed was very comfortable w/nice pillows. The rotating TV was convenient. We brought pets previously & it was great. Outdoor pet areas are good. Pet prices were quite reasonable. So very glad this Marriott accepts pets!!!! Breakfast was good. I’d prefer sausage & biscuits be separated. Syrup was room temperature so not runny - PERFECT! Melted butter would be nice for waffles (but no one seems to do that in USA). Outlets at bed lamps are convenient for charging. No fishing behind bed got an outlet! Appreciated the table & chair for laptop use. No measuring cup, but nightlight above range was nice.

Almost left because room was so gross
Borderline disgusting. My son and I stayed for one night before his gymnastics meet. I didn't even feel comfortable walking around the room without shoes on. There were red stains all over the carpet throughout. The room itself was in rough shape. The chairs were sticky. The bedding smelled terrible (which was the most bothersome). I have stayed in Residence Inns before when visiting Colorado and they were awesome. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here. This place was not clean.

It was Great from the minute we walked in to check in to leaving. Staff was always friendly & helpful. All was clean but seemed a bit dingy. Walking down the hall inc our door it was dingy & dirty looking on white doors. Our room was great but cleaning could have been better ie: Cobwebs in corner of room, beds 2 light fixtures Very dusty, simple cleaning of corner of tub & faucet could have been better. But all in all it was a nice place & would go back!

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived rather late, after 12:30. They still had a fire going outside on the patio. It was so inviting!! The young lady behind the desk was very helpful and nice. The room was beautiful. We loved the Mini kitchen area and comfortable bed. We definitely want to stay their again!!
