Needed rest
I felt it was just what i needed. Nice and quiet. Got the rest i needed and loved the breakfast. Only thing that bothered me was about 10 something a big truck parked right in front of my room with bright headlights and started honking their horn. So i got out of bed and looked and it was just a couple gentlmen.

Not a good vale
The room had a very strong cleaning smell to the point of irritation. A guest banged on our door twice after we gone to sleep looking for someone. There was a school group staying all around and above us so it was very noisy. The mattress was uncomfortable and I felt like I was sleeping in a trough. I managed to sleep 3 hours. The breakfast was good probably the only good thing about our stay, however, we won’t stay there again.

Get better WIFI and TV programming
Well the refrigerator had defrosted and flooded the room slightly, maintenance had soaked it up with towels but not cleaned up the mess. The WIFI is absolutely terrible and the Roku tv programming didn’t even work. My amazon firestick couldn’t pick up the crappy WIFI to work properly and I was stuck trying to watch tv programming that wouldn’t work properly at all.

This is the most PET FRIENDLY place we have ever stayed and we wont stay anywhere else in Prescott. They start serving a hot breakfast at 6am which we are very thankful for. The check in is so easy and they have a mini store inside the office. It is a little disappointing that they close the hot tun during the cold season but they have plenty of amentities to make up for it.

This was our first time staying at a Green Tree Inn. We originally picked this location because it was also the only motel in the area that allowed pets. A plus was that it also has the best price in the area. We were trying to decide if we were going to take advantage of the included hot breakfast or try one of the local restaurants recommended to us by our relatives. We were glad we stayed at the motel. Their hot breakfast was a good as other chains we have stayed at and better than many others. We will stay here again if going to Prescott Valley to visit relatives again.

The staff is super friendly and the office has a little store full of goodies. Most of all I loved the nice hot cup of Lipton tea that comes in our room. This is the best hotel in Prescott valley super pet friendly we're very blessed and thankful for that. And there's many services offered around close by even Safeways across the street

Checked out early and lost our money. Room was dirty, bathroom was small (you had to stand in the shower to close the door) and the beds were hard. Would not recommend staying here.

Nice little hotel and very convenient to Whiskey Row about a $20 dollar Lyft ride. Overslept but they were cool about it so really nice folks there running the show.

They texted me the morning that I was to arrive to ask if there was anything I needed. When I checked in, they sent me another text to make sure I didn’t need anything. There is on site laundry. They have a little marketplace in the lobby that has snacks and microwavable meals and refrigerated items and beer and seltzer and ice cream and little toiletries. And that’s open 24 hours a day. I will definitely stay there again The next time I go to Prescott Valley.

Floors were filthy hadn't been mopped for awhile. Bed covering had spots.
Obviously management needs to do a better job training their employees. I use to clean rooms and I know what the white glove test is.

Right off state highway, it’s an older cheep hotel recently renovated. But you can’t fix thin walls. And the cheap rates attract partiers and the like which we had next door all night loud music and yelling.

The property was right off the main highway so it was easily accessible.
However, the shower was terrible. The water leaked out fo the shower and all over the lavatory floor. There were also several occasions where we had to remove water bugs from the floor. Not a very pleasant stay. Would not recommend this hotel. I gave it more than 1 star due to the kindness of the staff.

Felt run down, tub shower creaked a lot while showering. Also asked for a first floor room/wheel chair accessible in the reservation. Counter help just said a lot of people are wanting first floor and put me in a second floor room.

Very clean and safe! Very understanding front desk, when I pointed out that hotels.com over charge me for the pet fee room, the hotel reduced their pet fee, so at least it was a little less

Our room smelled strongly like wet dogs. Also, the bathroom paint and grout around the bathroom sink was pealing and very uneven. The bedding was worn. The $200 per night price tag was high, considering the condition of the hotel. We would not stay there again.

I only stayed for about 6 hours as was the the nature of my visit into Arizona. I was by all accounts in error regarding my booking for check in, the receptionist present was extremely understanding, responsive,& flexible despite all units being fully booked at the time. Though it was a short stay even in that small window of time I would definately return if I'm ever in the area again. Thanks Graham!

Dirty stained sheets, pub8c hair all over the shower, shower water not even working. Ould not even get another roo. As they sId they were sold out. 8 30pm i. Stuck with kids trying to book another hotel.

We were really pleasantly surprised at the value at this price point. Yes, it is a motel type floor plan with doors to the outside and basic rooms similar to a travel lodge, but it is much better than a motel! The rooms were very nicely decorated. The shower had a curved curtain bar for more room and a nice shower head with many settings. Water pressure was good. The tv had many channels. The property was safe and appealing. The lobby was cozy and had a 24/7 market. I was shocked at how many food options were in walking distance. Found a great takeout spaghetti place nearby. The hot tub was in great condition and the pool area was quiet, clean and stocked with towels. Breakfast was top notch! Fully attended and clean. There were several hot options (sausage, eggs, pancakes and make your own waffles), yogurt and granola, cereals, oatmeal, pastries. Large dorm fridge and microwave in the room. We were so pleased, we plan to stay at greentree inn whenever there is the option.

Everything you need in one room.
I love the layout of their rooms. I stayed in there king bed room. A Spacious room with a good sized bathroom/shower. The shower even had a removable shower head. The shower also had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. In pump bottles.

Remolded the room but the shower was nasty. One of our rooms refrigerator was in the parking lot when we arrived.Front desk had no clue. Staff was outside at picnic table complaining about management. Loudly. Later some man was sitting there almost all night. No security around. Would not stay again

The front desk personnel were nice throughout our stay. The room was generally clean but it could be better. The room cleaner cleaned our room after our first night but didn't washout the tub and one towel was filthy (looked like it was never washed). But it was folded neatly and placed by the sink. The bed was comfortable. The carpet did have stains where there's a lot of traffic.

I’ve stayed a couple of times but this time there was some kind of construction going on close by someone using a chain saw and a jack hammer it started at 9pm and ended at 10 pm besides that it was a good place

The staff was excellent & friendly. The free breakfast was awesome & delicious. The hotel room was comfortable, but could have been a little cleaner. The TV screen in our room was a little fuzzy & blurry to view and possibly on it's way out. I would stay there again though in the future. The room was also very reasonably priced by today's standards.

This property definitely needs to hire a facilities person to upkeep the repairs each room needs. The room I stayed in had broken outlets, you had to push almost your whole body weight on the shower handle to turn off the water, our AC sounded like there was a jet engine in the room because the motor was loud. We had to unplug the unit (the power button wasn’t turning it off) to get any sleep. The room looked like it was missing like a couch or a coffee table or something because there was an open spot with nothing there that you could easier fit another queen bed in.

This was the second time I have stayed at GreenTree. The first time I had on complaints or concerns. Rooms are spacious. The second time we had a light that was flickering above our sink. I let the front desk know but they didn’t fix it during our stay. Also our tub was really creaky. It felt like the bottom was going to break.

The staff was super friendly and very cool that they sent texts to check up on us make sure we were coming when we'd check in and to let us know we could text them for any of our needs. The only down side was the bed was a little hard but I am used to my memory foam, so there you go.

The overall stay was decent
The room was good for the night
Breakfast was also pretty good.
Hershel did an amazing job keeping the the food stocked and tables cleaned.
The only complaint was somebody had a truck and trailer and took up 6 parking spots which left us having to park in the Denny’s lot. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Just an inconsiderate guest.

The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was behind the door--odd. Would have very much enjoyed some secondary curtains on the window other than just the blackout curtains, so that I could have had daylight during the day. Some soundproofing between the rooms would be nice. I could hear conversations and phone ringing and phone alarms next door.

We had 2 rooms, one was good, one wasn’t. Needed extra blankets. One had tape holding floor together. Cabinet broken and falling off in bathroom. Bathroom sink in scary gross conditions. The good too had pee drops on toilet and toilet inside not scrubbed for awhile. Random hairs in bathroom
